McDonald's in Kettering

Nearly 20 minutes getting served after ordering, staff stood around , discussing shifts, somebody in a black jacket, looked like they were in authority, didn't even acknowledge the people waiting, just wandered around gossiping with the staff, McDonald's must have too many customers if they can afford to ignore them.

Shocking service forgot food and then when came still brought not two drinks just one had to prove I paid for it as manager looked at me like was a thief

I would like to say Jack was great his customer services skills are great. He made sure we enjoyed our visit very friendly a lovely lad

Congratulations to the Lady - Lorraine - who was cleaning the front/restaurant, chatty and pleasant with everyone - whilst still doing a great job of keeping the lobby clean! She was happy/patient to help an older couple to order on the boards. A genuinely nice person- she is a credit to her role....and deserves a mention. Food was normal McD fare - hot and fresh

We were driving down the A14 and decided to get something to eat from here. We went through the drive though which was quiet when we arrived. We ordered our food which we had double sausage and egg mcmuffin meals. This was ok, your usual McDonalds quality. I had a tea which was ok. It didn't take too long between ordering and getting the food. If you want sauce it is 10p which they have put a sign in the window to advise this (not sure whether this is just for breakfast they charge for the sauce or whether it is a blanket 10p all day everyday regardless), if you want free sauce you can just walk in and get tomato and bbq sauce from the dispenser. Overall the food was ok, the car park seemed relatively clean. The staff seemed friendly.

Not a fan of McDonalds but needs must when travelling early. Pleasant staff and very clean establishment. Filled the hole till I could get something more substantial.

Always my go to mcdonalds! Staff are so nice here, very polite! And it may get a bit busy but it's always worth it. Never got my order wrong. Very clean inside! Recommend this one tk everyone!

Order came quickly, was accurate, food was hot and tasty, and served politely and with extreme courtesy.

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s poor and you complain. The staff usually put things right, but when you go through drive thru and get home before you discover the issues the process for customer feedback is only monitored by a machine. Doesn’t matter whether it’s positive or negative feedback, it’s the same autonomous response.

My granddaughter is celiac and therefore gluten free. As McDonald do not supply gluten free rolls I always take my own and carefully explain to staff what is required. On one occasion I did this and collected the meal and took it home. After she had eaten part of the cheeseburger (with the gluten free roll I supplied) she became ill and when I examined the roll I found it had been toasted by McDonald staff. Don't these idiots realise that if you toast a gluten free roll in a toaster that has been used for normal bread there will be cross contamination. This service really is the pits and what is worse the staff don't seem to care.

Not overly attentive to the customer, not just me but others in the queue, too. Rather slow being served, but they got the order right,

We just had a mc ds and the milk sake tasted and smelt vile ,I think it’s gone off please don’t go there all food was cold from my burger which Half of the cheese wasn’t on the burger to the chips.some annoying child serving me took a few try’s to get the food right never going back going toilet if anything

Visited on Sunday and went through the drive thru for what I expected to be a simple breakfast order. Sausage and Egg McMuffin, 2 jam Bagels.Arrive home, Sausage and Egg Muffin tick, 2 bagels, tick. Jam? No. Butter? No.How hard is it to put these in the bag, apparently too hard for the staff at Kettering...

Popped in with the grandchildren on way home. You know exactly what you are going to get when you use a Mac D. It's fast food and service. Tastes the same where ever you go. Only thing is to be careful coming back onto the A14 as those lorries come thundering along

I totally understand that ordering everything by touch screen and making payment this way will suit a lot of people. However there seemed to be no other option here. Nobody was manning counter and no menus behind counter. Fear of losing that connectivity with customers and can end up taking a lot longer for some ordering this way. All this said, the place was spotless, bright and well laid out. Good for stop off next to garage to fill up.

Out of the McDonald's in Kettering, this is the one i prefer. The staff here are faster and the food is served hot. If there's an order issue they sort it fast. This restaurant is also the cleanest out of the McDonald's in kettering.

If you like immaculate suroundings, served by happy helpfull staff, this is the one for you. Add to that fast service and perfect food, then you'll look no further. This site has had a top refit very recently, and is bang upto date.

We called in for a quick breakfast during our long journey from North to South. Staff were quick to serve and an additional staff member was amongst the tables clearing away, wiping them and clearing rubbish and food from the floor.Pleased with food, drink and service.

When we went in this McDonalds was very busy, due to its location. Got served quickly, food up to usual McDonalds standard, pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and tidy recommended.

mcdonalds is mcdonalds nice and easy quick pit stop off the a14 makes life easy and fills a hole. staff were particularly helpful on this occasion

Tuvimos un precioso Gran Mac y patatas fritas, muy americana este restaurante. No estoy seguro de si es una cadena, pero como los grandes amarillo M, que me recordaba a un arco dorado!La hamburguesa fue preparado muy bien y tenía una cortada en rodajas gherkin, que tengo que admitir que me recogió y me dieron a mi novia que ella era muy feliz.La comida era inusitadamente rápido trajo como si de alguna manera sabíamos que estábamos entrando, increíble!Las instalaciones son muy buenas, los baños están muy limpios y nos gusta cómo usted puede tener acceso ilimitado a apenas dos salsa de sabores.El personal era encantador y limpiando constantemente.Está muy bien situado en la a14, justo al lado de una gasolinera que me permitido llenar después de la comida.

Got a milkshake. It was not bad, but no extra praise is needed. They have the automatic ordering points that make it easier to order other stuff, but we were just in for the milkshake...

It was relly good! I was relly hangry so I went there as a traet! it was good! Im just sad that it wont let me giv it six sters!

Just another McD, no ordering from the big touchscreen so no table service, but otherwise ok and clean etc - but note that parking is limited to 90 minutes, which is unacceptable so I'll not be back (I regularly use McD as an office, as do many of us reps, and I 'pay' for that by buying lunch and coffees etc.).

The staff are always polite at this McDonalds, if i ever have a problem its sorted right away. Food is always fast and Fresh!

Si estás en Kettering / Zona de rothwell, mejor evita el outlet en Kettering y conducir a éste situado en la A14 Cerca de rothwell. Normalmente ir al outlet en Kettering, pero después de un incidente que no vaya. Entré en el outlet de kettering 21:50 el 20 de enero tal como lo recuerdo, y el personal me dijo que tomara para llevar la comida y salir diciendo que no permiten que los clientes cenar en en ese momento. En la puerta que dice que están abiertos hasta las 23:00 (11:00) pero me dijeron que no puedo comer la comida que compramos. Así que no vayas más; en su lugar, me voy a la Earl de Restaurante dalkeith ahora para la cena después de bajar del tren todos los días. Pero cuando tengo un amigo que le encanta visitar un Mcdonald's, tendría que uno a este outlet (en autopista A 14) ya que el personal de aquí es mucho mejor comparado con la toma de kettering.

A reasonable drivethrough mcdonalds speeedy service and enough place to park if you want to sit in recommend anyone to use if passing by.

Stopped for a cup of tea to break up our journey. All clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and so helpful. Will use again and can recommend.

I pass this McDonald's at least once a month and it's handy to get a quick breakfast. Been this morning on Sat 10th (second time this week) and the breakfast food was dire. Easy to say what do you expect for McDonald's but I try the healthier options. Bagel today was cold and rock hard, Tasted stale. Last week I had porridge which tasted off like the milk was sour. Last time I will eat here. Poor quality food. Should have gone to subway opposite in hindsight.

Sullen faced servers, having to ask for my order several times before getting it right. The food and service is what you expect...

Nice little McDonald's outside Kettering. Service was a little slow but the food was hot and the restaurant was clean.

Arrived and waited Lad looked at me, and showed no interest in serving, no one in Que. so decided to give him time to wake up, returned after toilet break ordered milk shake, a real grumpy manner when giving me change, obviously no on the star programme, but would have won a award for bad attitude no smile, Milk shake good but you really cannot get that wrong as a automatic machine, shame lad was not trained like the Mc D way.

Staff always so pleasant and friendly. Quick service and good food. Nice location with outside seating in a little forest . Perfect for a quick stop

If you like fast food, and on occasion I do, this place is what you expect from a McDonalds, clean, not really friendly, and food is exactly what you expect.

One of the few services on the A14 excellent tea and coffee friendly staff and clean, the food is as expected sandwiches are available in the petrol station if like me you can't stomach another burger or muffin.

Had been to the local hospital and had been there for several hours .We were hungry and as usual McDonald's did not let us down . Place was spotless and food hot and tasty and cheap

Not a great fan of fast food,but have to say that the management of this particular McDonald's do a very good job in maintaining very high standards of cleanliness,the food we have bought has always been hot and well presented.

the food is alright what can I say its MC Donald , but the staff and the toilet are very clean , big car space and good size terrace , big field behind good for a walk with pets.

Called here on the way for a long weekend in Cambridge .We had McChicken sandwich and pulled pork wrap meals with toffee latte and coffee ,All tasted good and “filled a hole”

No me quedé impresionado con el servicio que recibimos este servicio, tanto el chico en el recibo y las chavala en la barra para servir, ni parecía que querían estar allí.Pedimos el chico por una hamburguesa festivo y me dijeron que no venden, algo extraño, ya que había anunciado en la pantalla delante de nosotros?Al final conseguimos ida y vuelta a la segunda ventana para ser servido por un aspecto desaliñado muchacha cuya camisa había alimentos secos manchas hacia abajo, muy atractivo, no!Nos dijeron que esperar en la bahía de aparcamiento, las bebidas que nos dieron era asqueroso, coca-cola se había equivocado, too much jarabe no había manera bebida, así que lo dejamos en la papelera. Luego nos abrió la comida en el papel, las patatas fritas habían puesto en la bolsa, y estaba fuera del titular y las hamburguesas parecía como si lo hubiese sido improvisado. No es muy atractiva, esta tiendanecesita actuar juntos y emplear personal que son amigables y parece que se enorgullecen de su apariencia.

Yo uso este McDonald's en mi camino de vuelta desde Birmingham mucho más tarde por la noche. El personal es siempre en el clavo. Siempre bien y son muy amables, aunque es 3 por la mañana en un viernes o un sábado. Preferiría en coche aquí y te dan un servicio decente en el McDonald's que los que hay en la ciudad.

No me normalmente revisión un McDonalds porque sabes lo que te puedes encontrar, sin embargo, tengo un montón de tiempo libre así que ...A diferencia de muchos servicios autovía y autopista, este sitio está justo en la calle, así que no estés conduciendo media milla de la carretera y a Serpentine access road. Mejor aún, usted aparcar justo al lado de los DCP y puedes ver su vehículo mientras que comer, esto puede ser muy reconfortante y práctico, ya que puedes dejar todas tus cosas en el coche.Se trata de un diseño moderno, más oscuro estilo verde. La comida era tan buena como cualquier McD's he comido, y el café era bueno (me he sonido algún McD's puede tener mala café, quizás si la máquina es viejo).La conexión WiFi funciona bien, me dieron banda ancha de alta velocidad interna normal (15 m, 0.5 hasta).

Mientras viajábamos en dirección al este por la A14 desde su cruce con la autopista M6 paré para el desayuno en el McDonald's en Kettering, que está en el lado de la autovía doble junto con una estación de gasolina. Por tanto, tenéis un lugar muy práctico en un largo viaje.Como un McDonald's el menú es conocido y calidad asegurada, con acogedor y eficiente.Lo único negativo de este lugar es desde la visita anterior me he convertido en un vehículo eléctrico conductor no hay punto tarificación y por lo tanto no puede utilizar la A14 en este momento.

Este restaurante está situado en la A14 cerca Rothwell y es un buen lugar para tomar un descanso. La excelente disposición del personal cada vez que he visitado lo hacen una parada que inspira confianza. Es tan coherente como puede desear. Maravillosamente ajardinada y limpio y ordenado. siempre limpio y rápido servicio para comer. Los baños están limpios y bien cuidados.Es esta una atención constante al detalle que hace de este restaurante un placer para visitar para romper un largo viaje.

The staff here are always friendly and cheerful, even when we have stopped by in the middle of the night and it has been quiet. They recently hosted a charity fundraiser and Ronald McDonald himself showed up. So entertaining. Generally clean and well staffed.
