Nando's in Gateshead

Very badly ran, manager is ignorant and mekes excuse's for not changing an order, till staff do not listeren to customers when ordering meals and floor staff get into your face just to ask if everything is ok Worst nando's restaurant i have been to

We visit a Nandos a few times a year. We've been here before. This time it was dreadful. We were the first ones in and it wasn't particularly busy. Waited 35 minutes for service, cold food and poor attitude from staff. Will not return to this restaurant.

This Nando's offered a delightful dining experience with impeccably cooked and incredibly tasty food. Portion sizes were generous, and we definitely left feeling fully satiated after just having a main course. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff at Nando's were attentive and courteous, providing top-notch service with their genuine hospitality. The seating arrangements at this Nando's were excellent, with options ranging from cozy booths to spacious tables. The private booths offered an intimate dining experience, perfect for a romantic dinner or a quiet meal with friends and family. Furthermore, the ambiance at Nando's was inviting and vibrant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a casual meal or a special occasion. With its welcoming decor and friendly staff, this Nando's truly stands out as a fantastic restaurant choice for any occasion.

We visited metro centre Nando’s we ordered food it came promptly well cooked we were quite happy with our visit me and my wife both used the toilet if I had been to the toilet prior to eating our meal we would have left the gents was stinking of stale urine the wash hand basin was filthy whole toilet was filthy I met with my wife and she said exactly the same with the ladies we alerted the waiter he didn’t say anything just shrugged his shoulders

This is an excellent venue. They allowed us to book as we were a large party of 10, including children, and didn't want to chance just turning up. The manager who took our booking went above and beyond to be helpful. The visit itself was great. The staff were so friendly and efficient, the food was delicious and served promptly. Three members of our group have food allergies (some of which are severe) and we felt that the process of taking the order and preparing the food was exceptional. We certainly felt safe. A massive thank you to Nandos Qube for making a birthday meal special.

I have been coming to nandos for years but recently I have noticed that everytime I come here the food is not nice, especially the chicken which will be undercooked, last time I had a bad stomach after eating it. I wouldn’t recommend this nandos, the staff can be complacent and always forget to give you something.
