TERRIBLE! Hard chucks of boiled rice. Curry sauce like soup. Phones to complain and got shouted at over the phone by the woman in the shop. Could only get a refund if I went down to the shop. Asked for the dish to be sent again but was told too busy. I am a regular customer at this shop and spend a lot of money even order for Christmas Day but I’m sorry you have lost my business and my family business. Disgrace.

My family had a great meal everyone enjoyed everything they had great staff very friendly would highly recommend...

We enjoyed the comfort & convenience of this hotel. The food was fantastic, tasty & enjoyable, well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Customer service is terrible we tried to book £150 order for Christmas Dinner and we got told they are too busy come back later with a really bad attitude

We were in the area on holiday and used the takeaway twice. First time the place was very busy so collected, cash only so beware, food was very good and fresh. Second time they forgot to put one dish in, but went back to pick up, a bit of a pain but again the food was very enjoyable.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Placed order over counter at 10.55pm large order and requested spring rolls was very rudely informed by female member of staff that it was too late to order spring rolls as they close at 11pm. When we pointed out that the time advertised is 11.30pm and this is misleading for customers she informed us that her boss probably would not want to pay to re print menus. All advertising in the shop on their menus, boards and website clearly states 11.30pm Cannot understand why this was refused as we also ordered chips and surely they are all just deep fried. When we left 11.10pm there were customers going in to order. Very rude would not go back.

After ordering three vegetable dishes, one being the vegetable Singapore fried rice, we were disgusted to find chicken had been added to the vegetable rice. I haven’t eaten meat in a long time and have frequently enjoyed the ease most Chinese and Thai takeaways deal with basic dietary requirements, so you can imagine how dumbfounded I was to find CHICKEN in VEGETABLE RICE. If they can be that stupid, what else is going on. Just to top it off, when the chef who prepared it was confronted by staff, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Food standards agency have been informed and if you value your health you should avoid this sh*t inn. Zero stars.

Purchased family meal here, delivery arrived quickly, rice smelt and tasted burnt. I had already poured my prawns over it before I noticed........in the bin it went. Called to complain, offered a new one, I declined as the rest of the family had finished. Offered a refund but I'd have to drive down to collect it..........not happy and wont be using them again......poor show if you cant cook rice!!!

I phoned to order food for delivery and was shocked by the way I was treated. The person on the phone was rude and unpleasant. For simple questions regarding the menu she had one answer ‘I don’t know I don’t work in the kitchen and I don’t eat the food’ . Really? She refused to answer my question saying I have a menu and it’s my responsibility to know what’s in it. I asked to speak to the manager/boss and been told he’s not in the country. I am local and have been ordering for a long time. Not anymore AVOID!!! It’s a shame I can’t rate it zero.

After a few great deliveries from this restaurant decided to go for a family meal! Can’t fault this place at all. Food great, massive portions and the price is for what you get is great. Service was brilliant considering it was busy. Will definitely return

not got a clue dont care about customer what happens wen you cancel order thats been sent out in the bin or to another customer over 1 hour not good enough phoned another while waiting it came befor them .wont be back

Used this outlet before and generally been OK. However, on a recent visit The order to food was very quick which was surprising then once home found chicken for lemon chicken to be burnt as was their shredded chicken. Both ended up in bin and won’t be using again.

Terrible time keeping- even after ordering for collection and being told a time to collect and STILL having to sit in and wait for 10/20mins till its ready!!! Now I’m being told a half and half portion of chips and rice that they cant change the chips to salt and chilli ones? Why not? Everywhere else seems to accomodate their customers! Lastly they dont do half portions of rice or chips so my 92 year old granny has to pay full price for a massive portion that she will definitely not even manage half of. Shame on you tiger in, you’ll lose a lot of custom if you keep going this way! After all its your customers that keep your business going!

After several years of being a customer of Tiger Inn I will not be returning from tonight onwards.

Ordered tonight for the first time and was so disappointed. Chicken with honey and chilli had no flavour and was very bland . Chicken curry was lovely but far to many big bits of onion and not enough chicken .

Just got Thai green curry and bbq spare ribs and it is the best i have had. The lady was serving was very friendly and made feel welcome. Will be back 5 stars all the way

Drove past on our way home last night and noticed for first time. Decided to return later. Checked out menu online. Do Chinese and Thai. Ordered a chicken red curry and a prawn red curry with coconut jasmine rice. Restaurant quality despite being a wee takeaway. Average price. (£18 for both) Rice in particular very good. Would have happily eaten just a bowl of rice. Very friendly staff. About to become our new favourite - and only a 5 minute drive away - might be dangerous for the purse and the waistline!

I ordered Thai and Chinese food. Waited about 10 mins to he cooked and the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent and would recommend it.

Shocking customer service, got told our delivery was going to be 30 minutes and 1 hour later and wasn’t delivered. Phoned to ask how long and the lady was very rude and hung up the phone. She told us it’s always busy at the weekend and it’s not her fault although she told us it was going to be 30 minutes.

We have been ordering from here for the last 6 years and we have never had a bad meal always very tasty wouldn’t go anywhere else !! Great place to order Chinese and Thai food

Always wait a while for delivery but thats because they are good and lots of people order from them, The food is normally really good, If you need it fast pick it up or plan in the delivery time! I rather wait for good food than have crap delivered in 15 minutes..

We went for a take away from here when staying at a nearby caravan park.... food was excellent and much cheaper than we have up in aberdeen. I would definitely use again in the area in the future.

This dish was very nice. Lacking any bean sprouts. That was about it’s only fault. Otherwise pretty tasty. Not covered in oil or grease. I will be back.

Tiger inn has a great selection on thai and Chinese food. Very quick delivery service and good quality food. I highly recommend anyone give them a try.

Sometimes food brilliant but not consistent. When they make a mistake on order they say one thing on phone at the time and then completely different when you phone back to use promised credit, go elsewhere

When we want a Chinese takeaway, this is the only place we go now. It has never disappointed with every dish we’ve had. The lady at the till is extremely nice too. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Since my old takeaway is no longer we looked at the reviews and thought will give a bash.

Best Thai in east coast!! Regular use by us, staff are always friendly and cheery!! Good quick service and after trying quite abut on the menu so far we have never had a bad meal yet!!!

The tiger Inn is fab, food is amazing and the staff are very friendly at the counter. We get food from here quite frequently we have never had any problems.

We have now had 3 take aways from here. 2 from the chinese menu and 1 from the Thai. All large portions and superb quality. With a 20 minute ordering for collect time. We will return again soon. Thanks

A joy to behold must rate as one of the finest Chinese takeaways in the area, food cooked to perfection every time.

Placed an order at 1830, advised it would be delivered by 1915. At 1925 zdvised in would be delivered by 1935, at 1935 advised it would be delivered by 1940, at 1945 advised it would be delivered at 1955. Cancelled the order at 2000, food turned up anyway at 2030, 2 hours after we ordered it. Refused to pay, guy left the meals anyway and they were inedible. Would never use them again - stay away!

Go here all the time. Great food doesnt take to long and prices are not bad. Service could be better though.

I do like the food here but the service is sadly lacking, I will give it one more go and if things don't turn around their are plenty of other places to spend my money at.

Having purchased from this take away a lot over the years have always been v happy with the food until the last few visits, now we were prepared to let go last two visits but this evening the normally v good food was inedible!!! so I called to let them know (having worked in retail and cathering customer service for years if you don't know you cant fix it ) Clearly this store missed the memo that customer service goes hand in hand when working with the public !! ....... now having worked in customer service for years I KNOW the customer is not always right but when someone calls to tell you food was VERY SALTY or just DISGUSTING in a manner that was friendly DO NOT take um-bridge and ask WHAT DO YOU WANT ?!!!! I could go on and on about the quite frankly hilarious and discriminating phone call had with the man on the line at this take away but its way to long and sounds like a v rude and bad Benny hill sketch show !!!! So instead I Will go about advising all my friends and their friends to longer use this establishment ........ Now if they happen to read a book on customer service or ho w to answer and hold a phone conversation I am all ears but until then if I want rudeness and bad customer service I WILL KEEP MY MONEY !!!1

I visited this Chinese carry out restaurant as I have on many other occasions however on this visit tonight 02/06/16 @ 21.30 the lady serving behind the counter was extremely rude that much so that I will not be back! I cant fault the food as the food is always delicious but the rudeness of this 1 individual has lost tiger in a customer. Disgusted with the way I was treated as a paying customer tonight. Lady if you read this buck up your attitude before you lose more customers. .

Normally eat proper Thai, from Lana Thai, in Musselburgh. However they now don't deliver....Used Tiger before, for Thai......never been dissapointed, with the quality or taste. Tonight, rather last night, we waited 1 hour for delivery....food was LUSH.

Been in to this takeaway twice now on seperate occasions when travelling in that part of the country. Found the food excellent , good portion and moderately priced, good busy busines even on a Tuesday night, a sign of good food. And it is.Thankyou tiger In.

Ordered chicken noodles, comes with the chicken on top and noodles under neath, chicken was piping hot but the noodles weren't cooked at all. Called to ask for a replacement and staff didn't seem to pleased, didn't believe that the noodles were uncooked. Unwillingly, they sent a replacement but again the noodles were not properly cooked. Won't be ordering from here again.

Quick special curry and boiled rice on way home from a late shift. Was ordered by phone before leaving the job. Only waited a couple of minutes for it. Hot and tasty, no complaints, very enjoyable.

We've used this takeaway for years... had a bad meal a few months ago so have been avoiding . Decided to give it another try and wished we hadn't bothered. Chicken chow mein dry, tasteless and very obviously not fresh ingredients. The little chicken that was in the dish was frozen chicken strips straight from a local freezer shop. We won't be back.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered the thai platter or the (thai rubber) food was obviously cooked then microwaved, chicken satay skewers were unedible along with the rubber prawns and what I think was supposed to be fish cakes , also ordered their chilli salted spare ribs, they were also nuked....just wondering why on earth this would be sent to someone's home for consumption ......SHOCKING.

Writing this review as I wait to be sick again over the toilet. I feel terrible don't go here they gave me food poisoning. Woke up at 1:30 am needing to throw up.

We enjoyed a very tasty Sunday Lunch, with good choices for the children as well as the adults. The staff were excellent and although we had not arranged anything they presented my husband with a birthday cake (bringing all his cards was a bit of a give away!)

The food was good l very tasty, the staff were very friendly , we will recommended to our friends, we will back !

Sometimes good sometimes bad, have had to take food back, Sometimes think if you go to early you get a re heat use it because its handy and cheap.

Never had one bad dish food here is amazing vegetable curry lovely crispy chips salt n chilli chips lemon chicken in sweet n sour sauce crispy seaweed spring rolls crispy chilli chicken egg foo young banana fritters everything on there menu is fantastic and reasonably priced try it out you won't be disappointed

I am a world traveler and believe I know my Chinese and Thai foods by now, especially having eaten in both countries on more than one occasion. Understandably we do not expect the meals to be the same as when cooked at home, but so far and this being my first delivery from the Tiger Inn, I was impressed with the Honey Spare Ribs and Special Satay, nice taste and good helpings, will certainly return for another go!

Great choice on menu , quick delivery , lovely fresh food. Very busy on weekends this is due to the amazing food which is produced.

I have had take away delivered twice now and both times it has been amazing. First time i had their set menu for 2 and there was so much food - all fresh and hot and absolutely delicious - so much of it! The second time I ordered hot and sour soup and beef and chicken dishes - again amazing! Well worth it. I've struggled to find nice chinese delivery in edinburgh since I moved 4 years ago, this is bar far my favourite.

Stopped here on way home from work, stood for over 40 minutes for caary out order, in that time several people came back because they where giving the wrong orders, when I eventualy got home with mine the food was so bad I had to bin it, no one in the house liked it, I found out later that my friend had been in earlier for a big order, he too binned his.

We love the Tiger In, staff are always very helpful and friendly over the phone, and wasn't a problem to get the lemon chicken and sauce separate as my 5 year can be a fussy eater! BBQ spare ribs are so tender and honey chilli chicken tasted amazing! Delivery was quick considering it was a Saturday evening! Can't wait to eat here again! Well done Tiger In.

Ordered,chicken with mushrooms deep fried chilli beef and a rice,rice was cold,chicken was very rubbery,mushrooms were not fresh,but the chilli beef was quite good,average

we have used the tiger Inn on many occasions and the food is always very good, hot and fresh. They deliver and keep your details on record so provide a very efficient service.

Highly recommended little chinese takeaway in wallyford , usually order at least twice a month. Food is always piping hot ,fresh and plenty of it! A busy place so usually 45min delivery. Thumbs up

Popular for a reason, it can be quite hard to get a hold of them but they are worth the wait.I tend to collect so not waiting on delivery people, so can't comment on that side of things.Recommended for the food and price combo.

I am usually very happy with their service but I had to phone FOURTEEN times and each time it was busy, this was over around TWENTY minutes, and to make me even more angry they said it would take an hour and 15 minutes. ALSO when I was on the phone I got told to wait about 4 times. I AM DISSAPOINTED
