Great selection, top quality, great prices. Not the easiest place to find but worth the trip...if only they had chairs and tables outside it would be perfect...

A traffic jam was reported around Edinburgh while passing through. We drove out quickly and hey presto: we weren't disappointed. Great food for the last-minute camper or traveler. Opposite in the park you get a real holiday feeling when you eat the great dishes.

This gem of a place is worth making the trip for. Some amazing regulars, like the Giros. Daily & weekly specials are always special indeed. You will not be disappointed. Jennifer is such a welcoming host and her cheery face adds to the whole experience. This is a ‘no regrets’ visit - you will want to got back !

Jen wee van is amazing and serves a varity of lovely hot food, from breakfast brunch and lunch. You may have to wait but everything is cooked fresh.

This is a cool place with the food well above the standard you expect for a van at the side of the road in an industrial estate! It is worth the journey. Really tasty food and great value for money.

Been a social media fan for a while after seeing the logo on my partners sons football kit ( mussy Windsor 08s ) and always been sidetracked . But not today !! At last managed to make my way to mussy and newhailes ind estate . Very pleasant and friendly service. Advised that specials had sold out as was a bit late in the day so was to be expected . Opted for the Greek chicken gyros . Absolutley all I hoped it would be and lived up to the hype . Tasty and loaded with chicken . Couldn't manage it all but really was superb and will defo make sure u return as so many more dishes I want to try

I honestly can’t talk highly enough of this place. I travel from penicuik at least once a week because the food is top notch. would be more if my work allowed it. The kilted colonel is my go to wrap but the burgers are amazing too. Must visit if your in the area

I use The Artisan Van on daily basis, I am yet to be disappointed in the service,food or price. Yes you may have to wait a bit, but it's freshly made to order in front of you and quality takes time. All the food is handmade by Jennifer in the van and is reasonably priced to suit. Sweet treats are also available for the sweet toothed amongst us. Specials change every day. There's something for everyone,even the dogs can get a liver doggy cake (6 months+) If you're ever in the Musselburgh area,give it a try #eatlocal #supportlocalbusiness

Visited Tuesday lunchtime. Well managed queues, food is amazing. A succulent burger with a perfectly toasted bun. Never managed to finish it as the portion size was too big. I'm usually wary of street cooked food but the van was spotless with a second staff member cleaning in the background. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic food, always fresh, hot and very tasty. Huge portions too and friendly staff. If you've not tried it yet, do it soon, you won't be disappointed x

I've been to the Artisan Van a fews times now and always make it part of my trip home to visit especially for the Halloumi fries omg!!... I would highly recommend this location as a must visit as their food is value for money with good portion sizes too. Their customer service is very friendly and welcoming.

I'm lucky I live only a short walk away from the Artisan Van. Regular visitor, at least weekly. Food is brilliant, portions are great and the girls who work there are very friendly. So much more than your standard burger van.

Absolute utter Rip Off. Definitely not worth HALF the price. Small Unremarkable Expensive Burger. Once was enough Never ever again. Would rather eat at Burger King for value for money. This is no ordinary burger van. The food served here is top shelf. You can find various specials which can be anything from steak baguettes to healthy options like Greek gyros. The burgers are absolutely fantastic and are made from proper mince meat, no birds eye here. Plenty sweet treats too and hot drinks. If you go on a Friday, you get a free side of fries with any gourmet burger which works out at 4 pounds. Excellent value. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Jennifer has the best food! Halloumi fries and burgers are always my fave! Has a great selection of tasty treats. If you haven't tried you must.
