Beef was overcooked. It was like chewing on a car tire.

Once, reliable for great food. Sadly, no more. One of the food preparers had his hands down the front of his trousers as we opened the door. The 'manager' (and I use that term very loosely) didnt have the first clue about front of house management and how to greet customers. The shop has ended up with the wrong people. Shame

Ordered a cheeseburger, didn't realise till afterwards that there was no cheese on it, would have made the dry, tasteless burger taste much better

Some staff in there get your order wrong on purpose and they don’t seem to care about it and they don’t even attempt to apologise or sumit and some staff have got bad attitude too and this is not the best McDonald’s really up to now but sometimes it used to be

My food order was extremely late and arrived cold. Very disappointed

I order my meal at 10 and it arrived at 11:15 cold. I also ordered a veggie stack meal and my muffin was missing the hash brown - meaning I was just given a veggie sausage and egg meal which is cheaper. Wont be ordering from here again.

Went in today and ordered a meal which they did not have asked for a second and they didn't have this. They had no option for a veggie ir vegan. I asked them what were my choices and they said none they don't have anything. Not paying a lot of money for a salad sandwich. The staff couldn't have cared less with a simple shrug of the shoulders rather than an apology or even spoken words.

Food was very greesy. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not worth the money.
