Ordered two takeaway pizza deals through Uber Ears last night from here at 19:15, only to receive the food at 21:10. Ridiculous! No updates from the restaurant or Uber Eats about the wait time. I had to ring the restaurant twice to ask where our food was. No apology from the staff on the phone and there is no option anywhere to request a refund either. £27 and a two hour wait later and we are not impressed. Will not order from here again unfortunately.

Lovely pizza. Very fresh Lovely soft dough. Chips were really nice too, with a tasty seasoning. Will definitely order again. Only disappointment was how long the delivery took. 45 minutes more than stated. But it was a Saturday night.

First time of trying a pizza from here last night. Ordered a pizza deal. On a positive note-the chips were delicious. So tasty. Very big portions. Dips good too. On a negative note-the garlic bread was your big standard garlic baguette. (I thought it would of been home made). My pizza, whilst it tasted very nice, it was lacking in how much they give per topping, and the pizza base wasn’t cooked enough for me (that’s my personal preference though).

Staff member was lovely when I called but pizza was nearly an hour late, arrived luke warm. No apology from driver or no update through Uber Eats.

Food arrived on time I had a 14 inch meat feast pizza it was cooked just right and arrived hot chips with the seasoning were amazing would definitely recommend you try this place

Absolutely disgusted. Placed our order (over £40) 2 hours later I called they said it was next for delivery, 1 hour later 10pm kids asleep waiting for their food, hasn’t even been sent out! But it’s ok because they will give us our order for £35! Joke. They’d rather take the food back cooked than honour us as loyal customers. Disgusted. Never again will I be ordering from here.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Pizzas were burnt on the bases. Chips were cold, bland and soggy. Salad was 99.9% limp lettuce. We ate iwhat we could anyway, as by this point the kids were really hungry. We have ordered from here before and it’s usually more hit than miss. This time however, was very disappointing.

Ordered at 6pm arrived at 8.45. I can understand them being busy but that's an awful long time to wait for a pizza.

Second time food was late. Shame because it tastes amazing!!

Food quality was great, great dough and great cheese, loved the chilli drizzle. The order took over 2 hours from ordering to delivery, I can appreciate lack of staff and a busy night but 2 hours is taking the cheese a little. I was also missing a can of pop I paid for. I would recommend to order from here as I will again but I would definitely recommend to collect. I'll be cashing in on that missing can of pop when I come in next.

Food was on time but 2 hours after order time. asked for no Mayo in one burger and there was mayo in there, I am allergic to egg so couldn’t eat the burger at all. Gutted as normally they get the order right

Food quality is great, but it was an hour and a half late and they forgot the drinks. Called and the excuse was “it was busy”. Still happy enough to take everyone’s cash despite knowing they can’t get the food out on time.

The food was piping hot and was beautiful, the burger was delicious and juicy, 11/10 to these guys :)

My burger was a bit dry and stale from where it clearly was left in a Bain-Marie for a bit, hence the burger wasn’t hot and juicy like usual unfortunately, the rest of the food was nice, not much seasoning on the fries anymore though so I doubt il be ordering again which is a shame because I used to love pizza dough and still love their hot wings!

Food wasn’t here by estimated time(45-50mins)so I then called after an hour to see what was happening, when someone went to check, I could hear them saying it wasn’t printed off and no one had made or had even sorted out our food. We were then apologised to and told they will bump it to the top and deliver it ASAP to then wait over 45 minutes again for it to be delivered, no compensation for this or offer of part money back for waiting. To then receive the food For the standard to be quite poor, you can tell it was rushed.

This is the second time I’ve ordered food from here and had items missing. I have called before and was told to call and place my order but when done this it gets ignored that I was told I could have discount because of this. So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and it’s happened again don’t get me wrong food is lush but missing items is not.

An amazing meal yet again I’d go as far as saying one of the best places to eat from in Cwmbran!!

We haven't received our order! Fair to say we'll peeved especially when I rang at 21:48 and was told that our was out for delivery! Won't be back.

Restaurant was busy but poor communication until we rang. Over an hour late and order was wrong, did rectify however when we rang again.

The food was cold because the driver got lost. But I still enjoyed the pizza as I haven’t eaten pizza in 3 years.

The app suggested a 40-55 min deliver time. When the order was placed the estimated delivery time was 1hr 10mins. The order arrived an hour late. We waited 2 hours 10 mins in total. I spoke to someone at the restaurant when the food was twenty mins late and the lady was v polite and reassured us it was ok the way, it did take another 40 mins to arrive and was cold which was disappointing.

Over 2 hrs for a simple meal which was cold , however the nachos were nice , so my son said

Considering we are in difficult times right now and the request for delivery is higher then ever they still offer great service and are always on time. The Food is absolutely amazing I ordered the seasoned chips to and I have to say they are the best chips I’ve ever tasted. Delivery driver was really nice as wellI would highly recommend eating here. Next time I’ll be sure to leave a tip

Ordered a pizza last week, with chicken strips and a big bottle of pepsi. When the food arrived it arrived late and they forgot my bottle of pepsi. I opened the pizza box to find it had folded over on itself which was salvagable but then it was cold when i ate it. Contacted Pizza dough and instead of giving me the refund i asked for the manager/owner insisted that he would give me my next pizza free with a 50% discount on sides and drinks which they did tonight 16 dec 2020. It arrived 50 minutes late the pizza was cold again. Atleast they remembered the pepsi this time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food was was very nice I would definitely recommend the chicken tikka and the seasoned fries are amazing food came quickly and was steaming hot 👍🏽

Ordered it, wouldn’t answer phone when calling about being late, then turns out 3 and a half hours late

First time ordering from this restaurant, delivery driver arrived opened the just eat bag and a big plume of steam exited the bag and I could no longer see the delivery driver. Food was excellent, piping hot and delivered on time.

Hi, it was delivered 25 mins after proposed time. Unfortunately there was no pineapple in my burger so that was disappointing Food was hot.

1 hour late. Rang twice and got told it’ll be five minutes each time.

Absolutely terrible service before I ordered waiting time was 30 minutes to 40 minutes as soon as I paid the time went up to 1 hour 50 minutes then had to wait another 45 minutes before food finally arrived several calls to pizza dough and all I could get from them was we’re busy very rude food had been sweating and not very nice at all absolutely disgusting service

Order was over an hour and a half late. Called for update-no apology, was advised food would be leaving with the next driver. Called half hour later and still no food as well as the girl who answered the phone sounding completely unbothered and rude. Food finally turns up-still no apology, update or anything from restaurant or driver. Chips are literally soaking wet, chicken dry and lukewarm, same with pizza and onion rings-were both soggy clearly from sitting and sweating for too long in the packaging. Not to mention dips were literally quarter way full. Paid more than £25 for this terrible service. I understand restaurants can get busy but to be given no update, apology and to finally get food that is completely unacceptable is just not okay. Won't be ordering again.

Chips poor (old and dark brown), pizza very poor (greasy, hard, old chicken and old dough, funny taste). Changed their chicken nuggets (disgusting). What a waste of over £30

Food that we had delivered was lovely but forgot nachos which was one of the girls full meal so she had no food. Lady on phone was pleasant but told me to ask just eat for a refund when all I wanted was the nachos.

We use this takeaway much more than say dominos these days. Price is better and the deals are great. The new bbq or chilli bites are amazing! Kids all enjoy the food and portions are decent.

Ordered warm cookie dough with ice cream and warm chocolate cake. Cookie dough wasn’t cookie dough, it was more like tasteless pancake and there was no ice cream. Chocolate fudge cake was cold. Wont be using this company again.

Pizza box looked like it was sat on. Should have checked it before the driver left in hindsight. Pizza toppings and cheese mostly attached to the lid of the box. No plastic stand inside to prevent it either. First time ordering from here in about 2 years (was previously a regular customer) and won't be ripped off again.
