I ordered just now and I am waiting from last 1.5 hour. Firstly they are not picking calls and when they picked then they said they have no delivery driver available. Before accepting any order please check if you are able to deliver order or not. Literally this happened to me two times last time I have to wait up to 45 mints to receive order. Disgusting delivery system. Now I called again boy said lie to me that they are busy but before I called them girl asked different. Even I don’t have any option to cancel the order because it’s showing it’s person it way. So rude, irresponsible behaviour.

We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a burger. The burger was good, but about ten minutes after finishing the milkshake, I nearly shit myself. I had to leave my car on the side of the road and jump into a bush—it hit me that fast. I was sick for two days after that. I’ll never go back to Five Guys.

Awesome Food. Delivered Bang On Time.

Met with 3 friends for a meal and a much appreciated catch up. All meals looked very nice. I had a fillet steak it was nice but slightly overcooked more medium than medium rare but it was lovely.Seemed to be quite a busy night but the £10.00 off offer was on. The only thing I found a little bit unsure about was none of the waitresses were wearing face visors or masks as they are in lots of eateries. It was my choice to go there but I do feel safe when I see them protecting themselves and the customers. I will be going back but when it's a little quieter. It was good to have a discount on as it can be a bit pricey I also had a bottle of Frexinet as a late birthday treat from the Mossbrook.

Very respectful and good service and food

We requested the lamb chops to be soft but it was hard like rock. Last time we bought it and it is as hard and we requested them to make it soft. They should take the required 15-20 minutes to make it for it to be soft but they made it very fast. Second time and they don't seem to listen. It is also sheep, this isn't lamb chops. You shouldn't be selling sheep chops.

My wife and I had a splendid couple of meals here last week (23 + 25 Oct). The food was excellent : calamari and sole goujons - and the waiting staff were both courteous and friendly. We were surprised to read a poor recent review where a steak was criticised - in fairness the restaurant holds itself out as a primarily fish restaurant which maybe explains the problem ? We are very happy to recommend the Watch House. Hugh + Sarah Price

Tasty, a big plus for sauces made on site. garlic spicy firecracker. I recommend.

All Prets are good in my opinion. I like the coffees, I find the subscription convenient, and the kiosk Pret has on St Pancras square is the best!! The guys working there are absolutely brilliant!!!

The hot food was stone cold like it’s been sat there since yesterday morning

We are a plant based couple and used to love going to Pret The food was so tasty with herbs avocado but but all seems to have gone downhill now we offered a baguette with peppers and peppers. It looks like it has leaves in but it has one leaf in it we actually asked for a refund. It was very poor. The staff are really friendly and amazing though no more prep for us.

Disappointing Experience I visited Jay Jays Beach Cafe after seeing their Facebook post advertising a “Winter Warmers - Two Meals for £20” deal. However, when I arrived, I was told the deal was no longer available, and there were no alternatives or replacements offered. The staff seemed unable to do anything to rectify the situation, which left me feeling very disappointed. It’s frustrating when promotions are misleading, and staff are not empowered to help customers. I also contacted the owner, and although they saw my message, I received no response, which only compounded my feelings of frustration. Winter officially ends in the UK on March 20th, and I was hoping for a warmer experience than this. I hope you can improve communication and customer service moving forward.
