The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Saw the award winning sign and thought give these a go. Waited 10 mins for 2 giant pasties as they were in the oven. Nothing amazing really just average and had better and worse.

Tonight we had probably the worst fish and chips I've ever had. The fish didn't look right,taste right and was hard as if it was frozen. It was grey in colour. Supposed to be cod but it didn't flake and was definitely not right. I took it back and the girl was very dismissive. She asked if I'd like her to cook another one!!!!! I think not.......she said that's fine to which I replied, well it is not fine. She threw it in the bin with no apology or offer of refund, nothing. We won't be going there again,that's for sure. If I could give it a minus it would be at least minus 10 and that's generous. It was yuk.

Food portions absolutely shocking waited 2 and half hours for delivery never again

Fantastic takeaway! Staff are all fantastic and the food is amazing, I always get a small chicken kebab with just mayo which always tastes amazing! ☺️

Fish was amazing and good choice of other things .. My local closed that day made a nice change ..

What a lovely local bakers! Sandwiches are sooo tasty! Highly recommended. Can be a little busy at times but for good reason. Staff are all very polite and helpful.

Had one portion of cod & chips & one scampi & chips because we were told at 16.30 that they only had one piece of fish left. Food was cooked as we waited. I asked for the food to be wrapped as we were talking it away but got given a box that couldn't be closed (with a shrug of the shoulders) due to the only good thing I would say about the place & that was the portion sizes. The batter on the fish was undercooked & the fish was chewy. The scampi was overcooked. The chips are most definitely were frozen oven chips. Everything had an unpleasant flavor from what I'm assuming is the oil used to cook in. Would give no stars if possible for the food. The positive reviews surprise me & what made me try there in the first place.

Pizza had not much taste, hardly any tuna. Burgers were ok but chips were good. Won’t be ordering again sorry.

Now called the fish house, I've been coming here very occasionally at lunchtime for ages mabe every 2 or 3 months or so over the last several years. Over the last couple of visits the prices have gone up and the portion size gone down. The last vist will be my last until I here of some changes. Just not worth the money for such small portions. Quick check on Google shows its become a common complaint.

Particular sandwich sold out at lunchtime and the staff could only inform me the kitchen is making more but I can not tell you how long. Is the kitchen in another time zone?

Ordered online the limited edition chicken and asparagus stone baked roll. WOW! *** Seriously, you have to make this a permanent fixture on your menu. Absolutely delicious. *** Very fresh. Glad I bought two. Great job guys

Really good fish and chips. Cooked just right and good friendly service. Definitely going back !
