A great chippy, the staff are friendly and work hard. The food is cooked to order so you may have to wait a little while but you won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp for half the evening. The burgers are the best around especially the willow stack and willow chicken stack

Do not give them your business- they do not pay their bills. They owe me over £1500 for fish supplied and lie and hide to avoid paying.

Slightly chaotic. Obviously, new staff trying to learn the ropes. The food was cold as left sitting there and I had to ask for it.

was looking forward to trying as all the reviews seemed positive, food was half an hour late, cold and missing items very disappointed as was really hoping it would be as good as the reviews stated.

2 years ago. Bought sausage and chips twice and a portion of chips £14 . Just a regular size portion of chips. Didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Got home 3 minutes away food cold and small chip portion. Overpriced and disappointing. Lots of friendly.staff . Returned after 2 years . Huge improvement on quality and portion size , now 4 stars

Not surprised the shop was empty....over cooked fish (supposedly cod??) Dry mushy chips, all just luke warm. Live locally but won't bother again!

Popped in for a takeaway midweek and was a taken back by the language and behaviour of the young girls behind the counter. Swearing and shouting not only to each other but also whoever they were on the phone to, it was completely inappropriate.

Chips aren't like "chip shop chips", they focus too much on making it 'good' that it loses its traditional characteristics. Everyone I know rather takes the drive to Hawkswood

Absolutely dreadful, when the food eventually arrived over an hour late it was stone cold, the driver was rude when we told him to take it back. Unfortunately the restaurant kitchen was closed by the time we got our food so we now havent eaten!

Got a combination kebab and it was really tasty and delivery was efficient. The only downside is the portion is quite small for the price compared to other kebabs in the area.

The staff were friendly and polite but unfortunately the order wasn’t quite up to scratch. “Chilli cheese” bites were not chilli cheese bites and there were only 4. Chips were quite undercooked. We will give them one more try in the future and hopefully this was just a one off.

Food got delivered to another address and the people actually took the food and ate it but luckily when I called the shop they re delivered my food with a few extras which they didn’t have to do as it wasn’t really there mistake but the food was good as it always is and the bloke was very helpful 👍🏻

Went there excepting brilliant food as normal but No it was terrible fish full of oil and the chips looked and tasted like they where reheated sorry guys but thumbs down from me .

Drove ten minutes to come here on a friends recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Will definitely come back. I had the stack burger and it was lovely! Also ready for the exact time I requested. Staff were very friendly. Only request would be that you do milkshakes. That would be the cherry on top!

This has to be the highest quality takeaway burger I have ever had, I real surprise.

1st time I have ever used just eat an will certainly be the last, my food turned up stone cold an was unedable , arribed over an hour late an by the time it got here I couldn't go anywhere else as was to late, got offered a tiny amount of compensation which was ridiculous as I couldn't even eat it , very unhappy

I ordered at 7 arrived at 9 freezing cold had to ring multiple times to be told they’re unsure etc really unhelpful and food was disgusting by the time it arrived ! So disappointed in the service and the food

If it was possible to less than zero stars I would. 2 hours wait for food that still hasn't arrived. Restaurant has no idea where the driver is. Just eat app says food has already been delivered. Ringing the restaurant to be told they don't know where it is and where or if I'll get it. Save your money and time. You could save for a boat, learn to fish, take the boat out and catch them yourselves before you'll get your food here. If I could put zero stars I would.

This is the third time I've ordered from here and the second time it's turned up late and cold after two phonecalls for them to say they were packing it. Still not received, called again, they had no idea about the order. Won't be going here again!

Arrived just over an hour late and time kept changing. When it came it was ice cold. I do however blame this on JustEat not the restaurant!

predicted initial delivery time seemed long, then it arrived even later, would have been much quicker to go and collect myself if I had known

Food was lukewarm when arrived, no salt or vinegar on chips and Curry sauce wasn’t the best.

Absolute shambles - we wanted to eat at 7.15, the app stated they food had been delivered- it hadn’t! When I spoke to the restaurant they said the food was still waiting for collection. The food arrived at 8.15pm. Dreadful service.

Delivery was put back three times and when it finally did arrive the order was incorrect.
