The seating area is within the shopping centre, so first impression screams no frills. Which is exactly what I was expecting. I just wanted a quick coffee and a simple lunch. I ordered a latte and a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw. It cost £11.80. There was a bit of hanging about at the counter. It seemed like no one was really doing any one particular job, All scrabbling around getting in each others way. Anyway coffee was as made and I found a seat to wait for my food. I’m not sure really what to say about the food. I’m trying to find a positive! It was delivered by a pleasant waitress who was to be fair smiling and she did ask if I had everything I needed. So job well done for her. Simple should always be done well, I think. A jacket potato should be piping hot, salad should be crisp and fresh, coleslaw should be nicely chopped and seasoned or fresh from a container! The cheese should be melting from the heat of the spud right. Bonus points for a nice crispy potato skin. None of the above applied! Barely warm potato, struggling to even melt the butter. Limp, browning salad, almost naked chunks of cabbage and carrot for coleslaw. The cheese I can only describe as a light sprinkle of yellow dust. No bonus points for the leathery potato skin. Add this to weak lukewarm coffee. A Freezing cold seating area, pretty rubbish food and coffee makes it a no return for me.

I popped in for a coffee with my sister and the staff were so friendly, the place was clean and even though I didn't have anything to eat on this occasion I wouldn't hesitate to choose something from the extensive menu another time, everything looked appetising and fresh and not as if it had been on display for hours. Thank you ladies in the Sheffield Moor branch for making our coffee break a pleasant one XX

The food was delicious 🤤 the drinks on the spot, especially the local IPAs and to top it all off Martin is some man to make your stay comfortable. All other staff also really nice 💯

Hi had a starter lamb and tandoori half chicken with sauce chip etc absolutely amazing 10 / 10 the best

Chuck wagon is safe enough for you to go there alone and the staff is nice and kind and the food is great and yummy and you can even see a cash machine near the entrance/Exit of Chuck Wagon and there is a bus stop near Chuck Wagon

Went in sat for ten minutes was trying to get food, no staff acknowledged us or anything after enquring for menus was told would be a 45 min wait, was happy to go elsewhere ✌️

Sheekh kebabs were nicely cooked but incredibly small in size and certainly not worth the price charged. The chips were again quite nice but I’m afraid the main course, chicken tikka rogan josh was simply dreadful; overcooked, far too hot to taste despite my request for a medium strength and it entirely lacked that fresh tomato taste. Indeed, it was quite unlike any other rogan Josh I have tasted elsewhere. I cannot recommend this takeaway based on this particular dish.

We order on a regular basis, the food is always piping hot and quality is usually good.

Food was great! Portion sizes are good too! We had a variety of cod, pie, chicken burger, battered sausage and chips and was all immaculate, fish was full of fish and not just mainly batter which made a lovely change! Highly recommend! Friendly staff too!

I've been going to the food box for years. The food has always been fresh and the portions are huge. Gym goers can get their protein fix too. Would recommend 🙏🏻
