Really nice coffee made and the person who served me was super friendly and nice, he had a beard and wore a black shirt, super caring. Also mention really cute, the girl with the spiky hair was also lovely to me great survive overall.

They have great barista, which is Alex and a great assistant manager Sebastian, they are both always very kind and make the best drinks out of any store in Manchester . I’ve been to pret stores globally, and these guys make it the best and have the best service. They’re both great when the store is busy and empty. Well done Pret!

This is my first time that I’ve ever used just eat. I was so impressed. This was a little treat and I was absolutely amazed that the hot drink came with no spillage two pastries and a sandwich. They even added a pastry for free which is a really nice touch, the delivery driver was amazing, very friendly so everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Lovely staff, great selection, bakery and sandwiches always being restocked. Gets very busy during peak times, seating area very small, not a lot of space. There’s only one toilet - often have to wait a while.

This Pret is a must every time I'm in Manchester! Great food and ambience. The service makes it even better, Sebastian did a great job the last time I visited.

Service is ok. Not far from Oxford street station or Manchester library. Is on one of main bus routes. Can get to Wilmslow road and Manchester museum easily from there. A downside to this location is that there's only one toilet and not to much seating.

I order and waited a while I noticed they didn’t make my drink on purpose and made other costumers drink and when the other employee noticed me they gave me an incorrect order and I needed to wait even more.

The server suspected me using two subscriptions code just because he didn’t notice my friend did scan his own code. He refused to order for me through I explained we have in total two subscriptions for each of us. Finally I got my drink but it’s a bit frustrating… Don’t blame people if you are not sure😅 Apart from this, drinks are good as other Pret.

Staff busy talking to themselves to serve me! Too McDonalds like. Compared with other PaMs, very disappointed.

Love the staff in this Pret. Everyone super friendly and items always re-stocked quickly. Only small complaint is that they always seem a bit too busy to properly steam/froth the milk in the morning. A latte is meant to have some foam on it - 7 times out of 10 lately it's just coffee with some milk thrown in. Hope this gets fixed as tempted to cancel club membership as not worth it if not.

Always busy, but it's a good place for people watching as it looks out onto a busy intersection. Standard pret but make a mistake with your order, and the servers will scold you like a schoolchild, but apart from that just your standard pret

One of the items of food was incorrect

Pret is dependable and a staple lunch venue in the high st. Their Posh Cheddar Baguette is a big hit with my son. Their menu is rather versatile and reliable. 10/10 for a continued positive performance.

No coffee holders at the station

It was my first time going to pret i was buying myself a drink and there was 2 boys on the tills , a homeless man came in and asked if they could make him a drink because he was thirsty one of the guys called Aleks took his time and spoke to him and said he would make him a drink and gave him some food for free and that honestly made my day as normally all places i go to they kick out all homeless people but this staff member decided to take his time to help somebody in need . We need more people like this honestly what a lovely person 😃. Overall amazing experience the coffee was nice it was made by the other guy but l didn’t caught his name :( they were both supper nice and friendly but Aleks honestly made my day

no other coffee shop even compares to the sublime customer service that pret a manager has. aleks, klaudia, abby, dolores all make me feel welcome and serve my coffee with a smile, very cute smiles i should add.

I missed lunch, so was starving around 3pm. Manchester had many places to choose from, but I wasn't in the mood for surprises, so I headed to my nearest Pret. They didn't have what I was looking for (haloumi wrap), so they put in a batch (15 min wait). Everything as expected. 5 stars.

Sandwich was nice but expensive. Cofee was weak. Servic poor. Excellent location to watch people go by.

Good food and drink, great service, very busy but this is as you would expect in a Pret A Manger. Would recommend.

Ginger shots are the thing. Nut bars were delicious. After paying for the shots we wanted to add the bars, here the cashier just offered it for free, I wish I had his name, would have mentioned him!

We were 3 people to eat but all tables of 4 were occupied with 1 person not eating with a laptop. When I mentioned to the staff we couldn’t sit and eat because of the above they practically said, not my problem. We managed to squeeze onto a table for 2 when one became free. I was given a napkin to clean the table myself. Very disappointed as I love pret and have never had a bad experience so far. I won’t be coming back to this place tho. It certainly isn’t a great business plan if someone can order a water and then use a table for 4 all day, regardless of people with food having nowhere to sit. Bad service, bad attitude. Avoid this one if possible.

No hay sorpresas, no evolucionan. Sándwiches de ingredientes sanos a precios altitos y no demasiado sabrosos. Venden fruta. Local muy, correcto.

Im here today with my sleeping toddler. They might close at 5pm but bfre 4pm theyre already closing the other area and moved the other people to the other side where i am,moving the chairs intentionally making noise. i look at the staff many times.. i know they understood but theyre intentionally making noises to make my toddler wake up and for us to move.not very considerate

A Pret is a Pret - quality stuff. This one is open on weekends which is a bonus. Try their New York style sandwich on rye bread.

Staff are rude, inefficient & incompetent.

Coffee had leaked so much through delivery that when I took the bag and brought it inside, the coffee fell through the bag and all over my floor. Tape tape the lid down, problem solved. Thanks guys.

Avoid this particular cafe. Staff were quite rude. They behaved like moody teenagers. Any issues regarding your order could have been resolved without attitude. Food and drink was ok, but still in my opinion, not worth it for the unpleasant interaction that is included. Plenty of other cafes in the city offering better service. Cheers :)

There is an employee who works in the morning shift, his treatment is very bad. I did not receive the order for 30 seconds or less. He told me, do you want your coffee today or tomorrow?

I really don’t like the attitude and rude behaviors of two specific employees. One is male staff who has fair skin, a big beard and a tattoo on his left arm. The other female staff has fair skin and dark hair and is about mid-thirties. I have been visited this shop for over one year and their rude attitude has never changed only become worse and worse. They literally laugh at me in public because I didn’t catch the name of coffee, which me very embarrassed and angry. I hope they can change their attitudes and become more patient. We live in a civilized country so they need to act more polite.

I pre ordered my food at 11am for 12.15pm for delivery as my lunch at work is 12.30pm. it was only a smootie and salad box with corn snack - 3hrs later it arrived!!! my drink was tipped up side down in the bag so thanks for that as well

What a brilliant service. I'm not able to go out at the moment as I'm preparing for a meeting this afternoon. The fact that I could have my lunch delivered is absolutely wonderful. Pret A Manger's food is out of this world and being cheeky I got my tea on the same order. The delivery driver was brilliant. Thank you everyine.

The place is perfect for a calm and relaxing breakfast, lunch or just to have a cup of tea. I liked the sandwich and my pain au raisins. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Good drinks but slow and doesn’t seem to be well organised. It was quite busy and the staff seemed like they were fed up and not the usual friendliness you expect in pret. It wasn’t really helped that there were about 15 people crowded around the till waiting for drinks and only 1 person making hot drinks at a time despite 4 staff members behind the counter. We ordered within 2 mins but ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes for our drinks. Fortunately the drinks were nice

I buy regular from Pret and Nearly every time the bervage has spilt in the bag and wet some or all the food.

Ordered a caramel frappe waited a whole 20 minutes before I asked where my drink is to find out the machines were apparently broken although other people who ordered after me got their frappes and milkshake. Would rate 0 starts but unfortunately that's not possible

Awesome especially with the voucher super staff. Toilets could be cleaner but that says more about the guests than it does about the staff... Their prosciutto sandwich is just as it should be made !

I love the food from here, service is always amazing. Occasionally it can be busy but queue goes down quick, it is usually quick to pay for my lunch and head off with it. One of my go to places for food in this area.

Fast service, but very unorganised. No collection point for your order, just have to loiter round the till area in the way of any delivery app rider's and wait for your drink to be called out.

The sandwiches in Pret A Manger never disappoint me, it’s juicy, full of flavour and fresh. I can always rate it for 5 stars if it’s just about food. However the service in this branch (Oxford street Manchester) could really improve a bit, the cashier is really slow, it took nearly 5 minutes for one customer to pay for his food and drinks, while I was only in a queue of 3, I waited for over 10 minutes just to pay for my sandwiches.

Late. Picked up 45 mins late. Plus driver was stopped right next to my building, right behind the fence and then drove off all lost, leaving me waiting for 10 minutes at my door. Then calling me, telling me that I’ve must have put wrong address and whatnot. Delivered without apology.

I order the Italian chicken salad every time and it is the best salad I have ever eaten. Beautiful quality ingredients and super fresh, please do try it!

In the notes, I asked for spoons and Pret didn’t provide them, other than that Pret’s items are superior and I love it! Also, the driver was so unprofessional and rude, he wouldn’t take his finger of the buzzer, it was unnecessary!!!!

The food was fresh and really delicious, especially the bacon and omelette in the crusty roll. I loved it and will definitely be ordering more soon. Unfortunately the top was loose on my tea rather than the anti-spill one I anticipated receiving, and upon accidently knocking the bag over, my own fault, I lost the tea all over my carpet. Such a shame as it was the main reason I ordered. :)

FOOD NEVER SHOWN UP. No phone call from anyone, I tried to phone but no answer. I checked my the website for update for it to say delivered.

The Coffee and Smoothie were great despite some issues with temperature. The food was unfortunately unpleasant. It came cold and the egg and bacon baguette should maybe use a different kind of egg rather than a grainy egg mayonnaise type recipe. Other than that Prets drinks are elite
