I confess it’s a while since I last had takeaway from the Food Box but wow I will soon be back. The lamb wrap is so delicious it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! I used to be a Hayzee box fan (still am really) but the wraps with melted cheese and garlic butter are quite simply AMAZING! Quick service and always pleasant guys in there! Thankyou - just yummy! Easily five stars if not more :-)

Lovely people and service. Burgers (King / Queen of the Castle) were OK. Loaded fries weren't the best. Overall average.

Been here multiple times, before and after getting married. My partner and I love it and they always request to come back as our first choice to eat out. Always looking forward to the next munch here

Food was OK not the best beef pattie and chicken burger had no taste only the sauce helped don't get me wrong me filled me up but if your gonna sell cheesy chips make sure there cheesy chips and not French fries that was disappointing

Went to order food and the owner was just rude from the start. Started arguing and came out the shop screaming and swearing over where my friend has parked. We walked out without getting any food as he was extremely rude and aggressive..

Didn’t even experience the food as the owner as too rude and didn’t need our custom AVOID as the owner also is a traffic warden

I'm vegetarian most of the time, but these burgers make me crave meat. Ridiculously tasty burger and fast delivery.

Food was sooo good but the surprising part of it all was how clean the meal was. i.e. didn't feel lethargic or heavy after eating, was even ready for another plate 😂 but had to calm myself down. Oh yeah and the sauce that was on the table just topped it all off *chefs kiss*

Ordered a takeaway from these guys not knowing how far away they were. The Driver was friendly, really appreciative of the large order and just an awesome guy! Great service and I appreciate you driving so far to deliver! From what I could tell, they even added extra foil to our packaging to keep everything warm for the journey. The food was incredible! The wraps were delicious and fresh, the burgers were so juicy and filled with flavour. We ordered some meal prep boxes (to save for the next day) and they were also delicious. All around a great meal, the higher price on things is justified - especially with the burgers that are loaded with multiple meats. Really happy you popped up on Uber Eats!

So I had 10 people coming over for dinner to celebrate Eid!! And you know what I'm thinking I don't want my wife cooking all day and being in the kitchen all night!! So I popped in earlier in the day and placed an order with my boy for 2 MASSIVE platters for 9:15pm!! The food was ready and timed to perfection!! Straight off the grill and into the car in less then 2 minutes!! All my guests loved the food! And will be using again for large family gatherings!! Huge respect and love brother!! 👊🏼👊🏼

Went to this place. The guy scammed us over. Charged us extra £30 for a "service charge" and "veg" which was apparently an extra side we had ordered! No sign of this service fee what so ever. In fact we had to sit in the freezing cold with the door wide open. Brilliant service(!) When questioning the guy after paying the bill. He got very defensive and aggressive and just kept talking. Clearly told him I wanted two free sides he then added on the veg and tried charging me for a pepper? lol Where the hell is the veg on the photo taken? He classes a single pepper as veg. The guy is a brain dead moron. Prior to this he was badmouthing other customers has zero respect. Iv added a photo and I'm still trying to find the veg that they had charged us extra for. After leaving the owner then came out to the car saying I have over charged you by £5. When it fact he had ripped us off by charging us £90 for an £50 scran. Absolute day light robbery and to top it off this was in the month of Ramadhan when we had travelled over an hour to try this place out. Absolute bunch of thieves. No customer service skills what so ever. No doubt we will get a reply full of lies. The guys got a beard touching his toes and feels the need to lie and steal from customers. The guy is shameless worst than a thief off the streets.

The food is generally good at this place , the sauces are good, the guy behind the counter tho needs to lighten up. Seems to have a serious attitude problem. Portion size are a little on the small size and can leave you wanting!

I recently had the hazey burger and the chicken wrap and they were both amazing! I was offered additional options to include and overall I had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back here and would highly recommend anyone else to visit this place.

All the food was fresh, but i wasn't a fan of the chips. staff really are good people they make you welcome, brilliant service.

Fresh and delicious food, not your usual cheap mouth burning chicken burger and half cooked fries.

Amazing piping hot food eating in or taking away. Can’t go wrong with anything and in my top list to go for food. Been many times and can’t beat it for the price. Meat tenders and ultimate special box meal with the burger sauce are my go to’s. Always great to speak to the owner too who creates the atmosphere here.

Yesterday I went to Foodbox with my wife and siblings, and this place is absolutely amazing, the food is absolutely on point and delicious every single time I’ve come here and it’s been he 4th time for myself now. The atmosphere is one of a kind , it delivers a very very cosy feeling, and the food is just out of this world. I highly recommend The Food Box to everyone out there. First of all you need to ignore the few fake reviews by narrow minded people who get a kick out trying to ruin someone’s business. The guys at food box have worked very hard to get to where they are and they have done and amazing job. The food quality is 10/10. I have visited the food box a handle of times, and each time the food has been above any expectations I had. I have never had the food delivered so I cannot talk on that matter but as far as the restaurant itself goes, it’s a great experience( all the staff are very attentive and the lovely man who owns the establishment is very friendly, despite any issues within the restaurant he keeps a professional aura which makes you feel welcome. In terms of the food; everything I’ve ever ordered has been spot on, the flavour and effort put into the food is very obvious; the service is always quick and I’ve never experienced cold or undercooked/over cooked food! I highly recommend this restaurant for foodies or even for a bite to eat they have a good range to choose from and I will continue to visit!

The owner food box very disrespectable person he no respect human I have a problem with the way you spoke to me, deliveroo driver or no deliveroo driver speak with manners . You dont have the right to order me around swear at me and send threatening messages on facebook about writing lies on reviews etc . Then your calling me abusive names your name is Rashid are you not pakistani too so why would you make racist comments just goes back on you really. would you like me to upload the facebook message you sent me on for everyone to see ? . You have just lost a regular customer. Well Done .

zero customer service not recommended

This is not an exaggeration. My phone tracks my location at all times and today I checked, it transpires I have visted this establishment 39 times since 2016. It truly is the best burger and highest quality meat I have ever consumed. I cannot say more than this. The service is excellent and the food is stupendous.

Nice little place for what exactly I fancy some time, when fully bored from all sorts of food. Polite and friendly customer service, although it's not cheap place for every day. But it's worth paying to treat my family when I'm bored from home made and other takeaway food.

Ordered a few times, always felt the boxes had more carbs than advertised protein in grams. After the order today, had a similar impression and put it to the test with the kitchen scales at home and to no surprise 2/3 of the advertised amount of protein was actually given. I’ve the read the other reviews on here and the owner’s replies to them - he had a similar patronising undertone even over the phone. He said they weigh the meat for each order and that it was a human error. However this wasn’t the first time this happened, just the first time we decided to call the shop. Hope this is taken as constructive criticism and improved upon.

Was stranded in the area with no clue how to get home, guy rang me a taxi to get me home and I really appreciate his kindness considering takeaways have told me to do one in the past. Really hope the taxi driver drops off the tip I left with him for you guys and if not please get in touch because although it might not seem like much you did me an absolute solid which most takeaways wouldn't have done me. Again thank you so much for your kindness.

as a Deliveroo driver I went in to pick the food for the delivery and this man had issues with the bag I was gonna take food in, he thinks he is the only professional alive and cares about his earnings and others dont think about the halal and hard work. Well he denied to give me the food bcoz according to him the food will not stay hot in that bag bcoz the bag states stays cool, I wish he gets educated and learns the that the insulated bags are for hot and cold purpose, and the cherry on top the other driver of his Punjabi caste entered with the same kind of bag and he was all ok with that and even gave him the food for delivery. Well I have read all the 1 star comments on his food and his replies to them, he is 100 times worst in person who literally made me loose my earnings as well bcoz of his racist attitude and un professionalism and his judgemental attitude. As Allah is watching he will pay for this deed.

Absolutely amazing food!! It's fresh, great portions & it tracks your macros if you are calorie counting which is huge yes for me !! They advise how much meat in grams, how many grams of veg & how many grams of carbs ! (Healthy box also available on their menu which is 👌👌👌) the food is 10/10 !! absolutely no idea why fake accounts are trying to give this place fake bad reviews but ignore them. This place is worth every penny !! Highly reccomend the Box specials 🤤🤤

Not worth a visit! Expensive, waited too long for food. Visited today, food rate 2 out of 10. Very expensive for little meal, little meat in the burger, mainly chips in the meal charged £42.00 for 2 x burgers and little chicken with mash potato and little Frisian veg. Lamp burger made me feel sick, could not finish the little burger. In my opinion just around the corner you can get better quality food and average meal for around £8.00 which is 60% less and better.

I LOVE the food in this place I feel like the food box is so underrated as it isn’t given the credit it should have been… The brother that owns the shop is respectful and very humble I always look forward coming here. I come here with my partner and we have never had a bad experience the portions are good sized and the quality of the food is always on point.

I have given this 3 stars... the food genuinely deserves more because its of an ok standard for meat and chicken. As in, sometimes one has meat/chicken and its a bit icky, tastes gamey, chewy texture, etc. But honestly, if one pays £12 for loaded chips with beef, the last thing one expects is a very small handful of scattered beef on the fries. The price tag has to reflect the quality of the food right ? Nobody was moaning about £12 for loaded fries, but i was expecting something for that. SEE IMAGE, CAN YOU SPOT ANY MEAT? yes, that's how non existent it was. And even the wraps, although they were again decent enough quality, so small for the price. Would i return? Possibly. Would i expect more for the price? Most definitely. (We all understand about rising costs etc, but no. The portion sizes are just not acceptable)

My visit to The foodbox was a nightmare. The food was flavorless and stale, and to make matters worse, it made me sick. The lack of hygiene and exorbitant prices only added to the disappointment. I strongly advise against dining at foodbox Your taste buds and well-being deserve better.

Waste and worst . Ordered their own something special box which comes chicken breast nd noodles nd veggie. It was full of vegetables hardly 8pcs of small chickn. No salt not spicy. Food orderd for 23.5£ absolute waste. But appreciate them for a nice package ✌️✌️ Nyway many thanks to the bhai's for giving a such a wonderful veggie box.
