Subway in Salford

The best subway in the whole of Manchester. I have tried alot of branches where subs have hardly any filling and dry as a bone. This Cheetham Hill branch always serves the freshest and delicious subs. Will defo order again, yum yum!

Ordered at 15:00 got the order at 16:51 driver was rude, this was meant to be a toasted warm sandwich, but by the time it was delivered it was cold, the service was unreal, the delivery time just kept increasing, so nearly 2 hours late, it would of been quicker for me to walk there and make it myself eat it, and walk back, still I would have time to spare, unacceptable and I paid for delivery, what a joke 😂

Ordered a footlong n got a 6 inch sorry loves but how do you read the word footlong n still cut that bread in half? 😂🤨 shocking behaviour

Waited 45 mins for a hard solid sandwich that wasn’t even edible, the bread was so hard and breaking apart didn’t look fresh at all, very disappointed this time.

Delivery never came. It was at the shop when I called. Yet a driver confirmed that it was delivered.

no sauce in meatballs! meatballs hard and stale. no tuna mayo in sandwich just salad

Nice order, arrived on time. Was hot. Nice selection of sauces, generous with the meat content in the sandwiches. Hash browns were big and the bread was crispy and not soggy.

Received a little note on box of my gluten free sarnie saying extra care had been taken when making (removing requested ingredients) and it was so lovely. It gave me an extra sense of security in what I was eating. That staff member deserves recognition for that extra touch. Will 100% order from this subway again, even though it's further from me than others. Had breaky sarnie and the eggs were perfect too.

I went into the store today and bought 2 footlong subway rolls, came home after an hour to eat them and we saw there was flies inside the subway, not just one but both of them, I’ve never seen anything like that before, most disgusting food, food also did not taste fresh at all. I immediately threw away both of them into the bin, literally saw flies inside and flying out of them.

Absolutely shocking. It was freezing cold. No tikka in sub and large wedges were 6 in the box.

The delivery person was friendly and polite and my order had no missing items the 12-inch Sub with double turkey meat was fantastic everything nice and fresh and tasty. Thank you Subway staff for your caring in the construction/assembly of my favorite Subway Sandwich.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Although, Im a regular customer at this branch and their Air Conditioning doesn't seem to work for a long time now (even in this hot and humid weather). They just keep the door open to let the air in and the oven that works all the time makes the place too hot to even order. 5 star for customer service.

You’ve put pickles in both sandwiches when only asked for them in one. And same with cucumber. No peppers also

Reasonable subway and I respect that its Halal so I wanna support it hope it carries on doing well however when I asked for extra south west source on-top of my sub the guy said I would have to pay 50p extra and iv never had that happen at any other subway.

I am a bit dissatisfied with the restaurant service as they did not make the sandwich correct. We had asked for red onions and sweet corn in the veggie delite and that was not in the sandwich. In my opinion it wasn’t the best it could be.

I ate inside its comfortable its quite noisy food is ok but sitting environment is kind of noisy no customers were inside but different noises really felt uncomfortable food is good

Ordered for my friend and I on deliveroo. Did not even read the order at all, as ALL the extras are missing as well as ALL of the sides. Tried ringing to no answer - don't order from here for delivery unless you want to giving away money

Only downside is the nachos I ordered came with jalapeños when I didn't add them to the nachos. Why have them as an add on if you throw them on anyways?

This place always gets our orders wrong. Added stuff that wasn't asked for and missed out things that was. We Paid for extra cheese and got no cheese at all, asked for toasted, wasn't toasted etc.. The subs are nice but they get the order wrong every time. Disappointed.

Food was okay, had the mighty meat footlong, but the meatballs were clearly vegetarian/vegan. The wedges were really undercooked. Delivery went smoothly and was on time which is always great

Had to change my review. Used to be the best subway in england, now it really is not. food was delivered ice cold (no exaggeration) when it was supposed to be toasted and the service staff only passed the buck and blame and did no actual customer service at all. Appalling, I do not recommend any more.

food arrived and was chill to the touch. was supposed to be hot and toasted. i rang the subway and spoke to a lady who said she had made my order and that it was the driver's fault. she offered no real help or customer service at all and told me to complain to just eat and not them

Vegetable platter was delicious very moreish, would like the option of having more vegetables on there with more sauce though imo felt like it wasn't enough, but this doesn't take away the fact it was very tasty.

I tried Subway in Cheetham hill the footlong Nachos chicken was so delicious that I want to eat again. The main thing that it made me put 5 stars is the staffs. The staffs were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The name of the staffs are Natasha and Megan. The both were amazing people and it is so nice to talk with. Both also served me very well and nicely and what a excellent customer service. They both made me my day. Huge shoutout to Natasha and Mega. Youse are so wonderful. I am definitely coming to this Subway again to see these wonderful people and outstanding customer service.

Disgusting place. Guy touching nose when preparing food with no glove. Most horrid subway. No sense at all. Would never go to this place again. 1 star I would give 0 star if it let me.

Placed quite a large order for a work team lunch and all subs arrived on time and correct. It's a shame they were out of crisps but they replaced them with cookies so can't complain. Polite staff when they called to check the swap was okay.
