Chuck Wagon Fish & Chips in Belfast

The best healthy restaurant in all of Ireland. The soup and the wrap was honestly the best I've had. Highly recommend. The staff were one of the loveliest people. A girl gave my sister a reindeer head band and my dad a Santa hat and gave my sister a bit of chicken without any charge. Would come back again

Food came freezing cold and soggy and was only given back £4 out of the £15

I was expecting a nice fine dining experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First, we wanted to sit upstairs, but the hostess refused and insisted we sit downstairs, giving us the worst table possible. That was already a bad start. When I asked for water, I was simply handed a glass and told to fill it myself. I also had to get up to grab my own cutlery, napkins, and sauces. When the food finally arrived, things only got worse. It wasn’t even hot. The cheese on my dish wasn’t melting at all—it was frozen solid. I honestly felt like I needed to microwave my meal before eating. It was clear that little to no care had been put into preparing the food. And to top it all off, the service continued to be terrible. I ordered dessert, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to remind the waitress to bring it. It was frustrating and completely ruined the experience. If you’re looking for self-service and cold food, this is the place for you. But if you expect real service and a proper fine dining experience, I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else.
