Nando's in Belfast

Very good food in the center of Belfast This was the review I made a year ago THIS TIME I WAS NOT AT ALL SATISFIED The food is still good, the staff is attentive but the service itself is extremely bad I ordered the food for the table using QCODE... I paid and it never arrived... When I went to the counter, after asking them, they revived the order... I waited a long time... and the dessert never came... a deplorable service

May possibly have been my best nando’s visit. Ever. Greeted with a smile by the staff from the moment I stepped in, food was served with amazing quality and hot (speedily too!) & the manager was just amazing. Couldn’t fault the visit! Thanks to all the staff. Til next time :)

We ended up without a place to eat on a Wednesday evening at 9pm (group of 40 people). We had young children in our party who were hungry and tired. We explained our situation to the staff and I cannot explain how amazing they were! They got our order and food sorted within 40 mins!! All freshly cooked. Everyone in our party was satisfied. I cannot thank the staff enough for the hard work they put in to feeding us that day!

We went on the 28th of Dec and it was very busy. Despite this they had us seated and served within 30 mins, lovely staff.

The veg. Burger was average but the sides were too good.

Nando's was really busy when we entered this evening, but I have to commend everyone we interacted with, from the girl on the door to the girl who took our order. There was about 30 minutes to wait on our wings but one of the team explained this to us and it was confirmed by the team member on the till, and one of the managers who then came over to our table 5 minutes after we ordered. I have always enjoyed coming to this Nando's and have found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and polite. Tonight was no exception, and in fact, I thought that every member of the team did a fantastic job, especially as they were so busy.

I have been a fan of Nandos in Dublin. I was visiting Belfast for a week with a friend and decided to dine here. It was such a disappointing experience. Rude and grumpy staff. Right at the start Ms Harriet said 25 min wait time and you can wait outside as there is no space inspite of upstairs being empty. Repeated twice for my order of 2 corns with lemon & herb spice to the host Ms Rhianna and got one plain one. Asked for missing corn on the cob and replacement of the plain one and the wait staff says, why don’t you try it first. I guess he didn’t notice the absence of lemon & herb flag. Then he brings a corn which was half the size and barely grilled. Pathetic customer service experience with Nandos in Belfast — they should visit Dublin for some soft skills training!

Amazing food and service! Nando’s menu offers a variety of options which are all fresh and with decent sizes. We came to spend a few days visiting Belfast and the staff was very welcoming and made sure to share their recommendations of places we should visit. Food was delivered promptly and it was amazing! I absolutely recommend this place!

Yo, esposa e hija mayor teníamos una cita en la ciudad, le gusta la comida rápida y no había probado Nandos, en fuimos. Siempre he sido dudoso después de las experiencias de la franquicia en Londres y el tamaño de la porción junto con el costo, pero le dimos una oportunidad. Incluso mi hija se quejó de las mismas cosas que yo, y no tenía que pagar. La comida simplemente no vale la pena por lo que obtienes. £ 2 muslos de pollo con un poco de frotamiento y chips de sal de cayena.

Sunday I guess, so probably not the best day to visit, very quiet , a bit factory like for me, no atmosphere, service average, food very average, Chicken a bit over cooked , I think that they do need some improvement here ,

Slow understaffed. Very busy and they were very under pressure and staffed felt sorry for them They did their best The food was good but they all need a raise

I had the quarter chcken ... well times have changed, the chicken must have been the size of a Seagul. It was really just a legl, to be honest in the description it did explain that, still. Shrinkflation!. That and two small sides for £11.20. The staff were nice, the place was a bit noisy, needs some soft furnishings LOL. My partner had a burger, it was disappointingly small too. Cant go wrong with nandos and this one is situated great and staff were lovely

Was served by the most lovely young fella when I came in with my grandkids to get ice cream before a show in Ulster Hall Cannot fault his attitude and was most efficient at serving other tables aswell. Sorry I didn’t get his name but he deserves a raise in pay. 😜 Well done 👍 Thank you 🙏🏻

The chicken was incredible the freshest nandos I've ever had and the manager was super helpful even if a little crazy

Very busy. There were two waiting points. One in the door airlock, and the second on a lounge in front of the ordering area.

American here and this is my second trip to a Nando’s in two days. It is one of my favorite restaurants on this trip. Price- on point, dinner for two saves you about 10 gbp compared to a pub and it’s so much better. Chicken? Clean cut and cooked to perfection. No gross bites! Peas? Delightful. Potatoes? Great. Sauces? Fantastic. And free refills on fountain coke. And then to top it all off they have Nata! I am now a Nando’s fan and will be making this a personality trait. Please open in Florida.

Turned up 20 mins before closing, host was friendly and the food was 10/10, deffo fresh. Manager apologetic for the wait on the food but quality was worth it. Best Nando’s we’ve ever had.

It is clean and like the rest of its branches around the world, but sometimes it is crowded, and ordering and payment are made through the website. There are no other payment methods.

My Burger was very good. You can order via QR code or at the desk.

Very slow service. Eight at one table, all ordered together, six had finished their meals before the other two got anything at all. Good attention to dietary restrictions.

Nice enough Nandos, the music is always lively, service is prompt. Usually I visit for lunch and always get a table. The app is nice but you don't always get what you order. There are also seasonal specials that aren't always on the app.

Not been in a Nando’s for awhile. Passing and decided to go in for a late lunch. Food was fine and enjoyed all plates ordered. Service was fast.

Nando's is probably one of my favorite places in Belfast to eat. It offers amazing-tasting food and a good environment in case you want to sit, eat, and talk with your friends.

My boyfriend is a wheelchair user and this restaurant was using the wheelchair lift as a storage unit with all their cleaning supplies and blue roll stuffed into it. He couldn't get in independently and we had asked a staff member to remove the things so he could get upstairs to use the toilet. Staff member didn't apologise, didn't seem to care and said he would "in a second" but disappeared and didn't come back. Food great as always, quick service etc but just a very disappointing experience

This Nando's is truly exceptional. The customer service is top-notch and the hot food they serve is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We enjoyed our meals and the staff were very friendly. We were given the option of using the scan and order from our phones method. I think that this would be confusing for some. I thought the prices were a bit high but appreciated the choice in sides so that it was not simply a chicken and chips meal.

We loved the ability to order from our phones as we sat at the table. The food choices were varied and we could choose our spice levels.

On 21/04/24, I went out with some friends to Nando's in Belfast. The staff showed us a menu & showed us where we could get a drink & where we could order our meals. I was here before in 2017, with other friends, so in a way Nando's would be familiar to me. Nando's is on the corner of Bedford Street & Ormeau Avenue in Belfast, just a short walk from The City Centre. Stephen Acton.

If you like chicken & chips then Nando is the place to stop.

Very shocked by the the women waitress, she had tattoos on her arms and multiple rings on her face, she gave no hospitality and manners towards us, when it came to the food, she pretty much smacked the plate onto the table and walked away, my first time coming to a Nando’s I had no idea you had to get cutlery yourself, thank you for letting us know!! However there was a lovely bold lad that was very catering to our needs and nothing seemed to be any issue for him! Some people need to take tips of others :(

Fairly common theme and selection…went for the veggie for a change! Decent enough….

It's a big cold concrete space. And it's expensive for what you get despite Witherprunes being across the road and cheaper. The salad had no dressing and tasted of what l would imagine eating dead moths would be like. On a positive note, if your going out on the lash, bottomless mixers...make it worth your while!

It's a sit down restaurant but it's as non contact as possible. You order at the table via QR code, you get your own drinks, they bring you the food and that's it. It's effective but definitely not a traditional dine out experience

Customer service provided by Callum was exceptional. One of our party has dietary issues, unlike other branches this was like water of a ducks back to Callum, nothing was impossible. Very enjoyable experience.

Boys(Ben =collum) what a great team uve got going in there smiled all round singing staff I got a take away didn't no what to order got fully helped out for a £25 order what I got in return was outstanding no joke ( no I don't work there ) music on and I wish I had of sat in and enjoyed the crack now but next time we'll done staff food was gorgeous 🥰🥰

Commendable was the dedication of the staff, including the two managers who worked tirelessly alongside their team, demonstrating commendable leadership and commitment to service excellence.

Great atmosphere with lovely staff. We had very tasty food after a long day of hiking. 10/10 would visit again!

We called here on our first night in Belfast as it was about 5 minutes walk from our hotel and we didn't want to far as it had been a long day. The service was good as we were seated quickly and we then went to the counter to order food which was done perfectly and arrived in good time. I would visit again no problem as I think from my experience all Nando's are the same. They never seem to tidy food from under the tables, clean the top of the tables yes just not under.

I really don't understand the reviews. You have to do all the work yourself, from ordering to setting the table and getting your own drinks . Food was just luke warm including the sides, nothing amazing and really expensive for chicken and chips. A sharing boneless plate , 2 soft drinks and 1 brownie £40. I could have eaten all myself and not have been full at the end. Definitely doesn't live up to the hype

Deliveroo driver came in all aggressive and me and my friend were leaving and the driver came after us and tried to fight us but we told him to back down then the manager came over told us ro leave so we did driver was aggressive and pushed into me on the way out

Deliveroo driver started an argument for apparently looking at him😂 told the manager who was no help whatsoever. Suprised he even became a manager. Get ur drivers under control fools.

Had dinner with my family on Friday evening ! Food was delicious as was the bottle of Chardonnay - not usually my fav wine but lovely !

Called in the night before to ask if we could book a table due to one member of the party having mobility problems and wouldn’t be able to stand and wait for a table. Spoke to Ben who couldn’t have been more helpful and said he would sort it. Arrived tonight and the young lady who I’d not seen before, must have been expecting us, as she asked for me by name. We were shown straight to our table. Ordered our food which arrived promptly. It was just what we wanted, fresh, tasty and hot. Great service by all, thanks especially to Ben. Made our night much easier

Nando's on Bedford Street is up to the usual Nando's standard, with the food, service, and atmosphere all making the grade.

Nice place to pop in for a good food. Staff very friendly,got table when just walked in after 9PM. Did order online,took me 2 minutes from reading QR code link. 5 stars! Before closing hours 10PM customers keep coming in for a good food, maybe management could do longer hours for a weekends,would be great✌️🙏

5 star. I came to Nando's with my niece in July 2023. This was my nieces first time trying Nando's. The food was so good, full of flavor, nothing to fault. Clean bathrooms, staff helpful.

My husband and I popped in for dinner. As always, the food was tasty and there were great vegetarian options. However the highlight was the customer service we received from Caoimhlin. It was exceptional and made our night so enjoyable. She was attentive and engaging and made us feel so valued. We will definitely return next time we are in Belfast.

Terrible service and the food was terrible. Butterfly chicken was tough and the corn was cold. The coke was like coke is but everything else was terrible.

It really depends when you go. I stopped eating in due to a few bad experiences with overly drunk people. With take out, ALWAYS check your order first. They have a nasty habit of forgetting items (twice in three orders).
