Subway in Belfast

Food came freezing cold and soggy and was only given back £4 out of the £15

salad didn't have bacon or southwest on it.

I ordered a footlong and only received 6 inch

Best subway in the entire city by far

sub was floppy and soggy eggs were hard

The delivery driver was spot on! Much appreciated

I did not receive my order and it says it was delivered

my food was cold and didn’t have my drink in it

delivery man was extremely rude shouting at me across the road because he did not deliver my food to the building and i was unaware that he was outside in the car!. Extremely disappointed in his attitude and he therefore should not be a delivery driver!!!!

Wrong cheese on food cold drink in bag which made the subs wet a freaking cold in edible for me anyway I would like a refund please

I would get more filling if I went to the shop put more filling in the sandwich please guys..

Wrong items. Every time. Why advertise footlong pepperoni if you’re gonna send the wrap every time?

I ordered 6 inch with turkey ham and cheese and got bone on my sandwich. Its a disgrace i near choked on it!

asked for bmt with South West and lettuce got salami ham mayo and sweetcorn lol

Why was the cold drink in the same bag as the hot food? I had a look warm meal with a look warm drink - do better.

Order got a bit mixed up on two items. When I phoned, staff were very apologetic and went above and beyond to sort out. Highly recommend.

This is the nicest subway ever. It's spotless, friendly staff and most importantly, always has meatballs. If you're looking meatballs, hash brown bites, nachos, don't go to subway at park centre. Staff are slow, lazy and rude. Subway on the shankill road is the place to visit

Food was squashed. Subs where cold cheese bites where busted and stuck togather!! Wasted

Wedges freezing, cookie melted and floppy placed under the wedges.

This has not been delivered! I've waited 2 hours and rang Subway, they said it was still in shop as no driver has came to pick it up. Then it said delivered on here which it definitely hasn't been!

really quick delivery but always have a problem at weekends with things being left off the order .... how hard is it to make a bacon and sausage sub with cheese and sauce and no extras just as it comes ....came with no cheese and no sauce .... surely you just follow what it says on the menu..... other than at weekends the service and quality is excellent.... not wanting to be too harsh it's not every weekend

The order came wrong. Paid for 2 meals with crisps [2 single pks] got 1 portion of nachos with cheese & salsa. Which had hardened by the time we got it.

6 inch steak and cheese wasn't toasted ,completely freezing and tasted terrible had to be thrown in the bin .

DRIVER WAS 15 MINS LATE BUT FOOD WAS SOOOO GOOD YUM YUM YUMMY

This subway always gets our order correct and they actually read the notes you leave. The nachos were as if you got them from the place itself, not soggy or anything. Only thing I didn’t like was the paper with the nachos. Apart from that the food was very up to standard.
