Caffe Massarella in Sheffield

I popped in for a coffee with my sister and the staff were so friendly, the place was clean and even though I didn't have anything to eat on this occasion I wouldn't hesitate to choose something from the extensive menu another time, everything looked appetising and fresh and not as if it had been on display for hours. Thank you ladies in the Sheffield Moor branch for making our coffee break a pleasant one XX

I think the customer service is worst here,one teenage boy barista with little mustache has the horrible attitude and behaviour,doesn’t know anything about customer service,,very aggressive and rude.Really believe that they shouldn’t hire these kinda people

I love this cafe, the staff are lovely and the food is amazing. I especially love the pastries. Would defo recommend to anyone!

It is a very relaxing cafe and I visit at least 4 times weekly. The staff are very helpful with any issues that may arise. The cakes are a really nice treat with a Latte or Cappuccino.

The tuna panini wasn’t great. The tea was served way too strong and it was a bit bitter. The atmosphere is very nice

Cannot comment on food as I left after being totally ignored by staff for nearly 15 minutes whilst the female member of staff on the counter gossiped to the 2 regulars in front of me about her holidays to the USA. I know she has relatives in Texas, has visited Memphis and once did a total of 13 flights in 1 holiday travelling around the USA. Absolutely appalling service.

Used to really like going here but on Sunday I was there with my mum and saw staff vaping in the kitchen, unhygienic won’t return again

After reviewing all the Italian restaurants in Meadowhall I decided to book a table for my daughter and I to celebrate her 21st birthday. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and attentive. The food is superb and their desserts are simply divine. Washed down with Prosecco and double espresso. A truly wonderful lunch that made for a truly wonderful day. Thank you all!!

Lovely coffee reasonably priced. Very disapointed as most customers did not use NHS app or sign in. Staff should make sure it is done. Will not go back.

Beware Track and Trace not enforced. Whilst waiting to sign in with app many pushed past and went straight to counter to order, leaving me last in queue. The staff must enforce the rules or be closed down.

Just visited this wonderful cafe and everything about my experience was amazing Julie was a credit to the massarella group knowledgeable and what a great personality to meet the food was 5 stars real fudge cake and a late which was no different to having been made in Italy perfect taste and temperature well done Julie you made my first visit amazing ....also had a lovely conversation with a elderly customer called Elizabeth who had just come out of hospital my best wishes for a speedy recovery 😉 this is what life is about making freinds and having time for all welcome to sheffield the friendliest Town in the UK

Tuve un maravilloso y relajante descanso en Caffe Massarella. Ada nos sirvió y fue una anfitriona maravillosa. Los pasteles eran increíbles, al igual que el café. Recomiende una visita la próxima vez que necesite un descanso en sus compras.

Why do they switch the card machine off at 4.30 on a busy Saturday and cash up straight afterwards? Seems like staff are clockwatching and desperate to close up, when there is a queue of people who they just ignore.. something's a bit wrong here

Lovely food and good sized café! Had a panini's which were very nice and millionaires shortbread which was delicious!

Worst scone I've ever had.....tastless..left half of it.....wont be going again..

A clean cafe with very helpful staff

Ok food ok service nothing special

My wife and a friend had lunch for the first time at this café situated on the ground floor of Atkinsons on The Moor today. They both had a jacket potato with grated cheese. The potato was cold so the cheese didn't melt and we had to ask for some butter to put on the potato. There was also no mayonnaise or salad cream on display to put on the side salad so we had to ask and a sachet was produced from behind the counter. We shall not be visiting there again. The staff seemed very unfriendly as well.
