Ordered tonight and food didn't arrive and not the first time this has happend

food cold some of the food was soggy and one part was not even toasted correctly

Orded at 23:47 Says it wud be delivered between 00:35-00:55 Then Said it will be delivered for 01:20 Finally got order at 01:30 the burger and thr fish tacos was cold and not nice.

Food was cold & soggy. They constantly forget the dips

did not receive order instead received someone's else's Iceland shop and the driver asked for the code

Ordered ahead of time we needed food delivered for and selected delivery time. Food was delivered bang on our selected slot!

First time to go to Cafe had to search for the hot water milk at etc no voice to help no problem getting my money no thanks

I was part of a group which ate at the Winter Mill restaurant in January 2024, and sadly none of us will be looking to repeat the experience. The soup starter was indifferent, but problems really began with the main courses, which in my case consisted of what was quite-obviously the starter version of the dish I’d ordered. Our waitress saw nothing wrong with the very-small portion offered, but was eventually prevailed upon to return with the full-size version of the dish. This was thankfully a bit warmer than the original offering, although the “grilled halloumi” centrepiece was actually deep-fried. We should have probably cut our losses at this point, but instead requested the dessert menu, which was duly presented after an interval of about fifteen minutes. Several of us ordered the sticky toffee pudding, which was tepid and stale to the extent that most of us abandoned our attempts to eat. Our waitress, once again, saw no reason to remark on dishes being returned three-quarters uneaten. I’ve given two stars rather than one as my dining companions fared somewhat better with their mains. The Winter Mill confidently aspires to the prices of a quality contemporary restaurant, but makes no effort to provide commensurate standards of food or service.

I got a “plain chicken wrap” and they fcked it up and scraped the sauce of the chicken and I don’t eat any sauces so didn’t eat the wrap rang 5 times no answer

Ordered a double cheese burger and it did not have cheese and sauce, just plain and dry burger buns, patty and bacon and I almost choked on it.

Tried to charge me almost £50 for two medium pizzas, then said I could get one free as it was buy one, get one free, which I said to them! Still, far too expensive and trying to get them on the phone to order, is a nightmare. Staff are not pleasant at all and need lessons in customer service. I seen staff taking money at the till, then make pizzas, no washing hands, the worst Dominos in the country I’m afraid.

Oh my god .. am 62 live in derry all my life . This has to be the worst chinese takaway I have ever had the miss fortune to have ordered . Beef curry . Spring rolls and rice . It went to the bin . Curry sauce water . Beef awfully bland and tough . Would not recommend this place .. its unfortunate because it was the best one time
