Domino's Pizza in Ballymena

The pizzeria is one of the best, but I won't give more stars because the collection app doesn't work.

I was put off for a long time and I still sort of am beacuse off the regular base pizza being sooo doughy, although a friend of mine put me onto the thin and crispy base, much better option now I can actually taste the tomato sause. I like that the prices have come down slightly over time because the past 5 years they have been getting out of hand . One last disappointing aspect is the cash situation, some people are die hard cash users and I can respect it and I think its a shame that Dominos feel that they can neglect thier custom. Covid has long been over now, I prefer to use cash alot and its the difference between being a regular customer vs getting the odd pizza once in a while. Edit: BRING BACK DOUBLE DECADENCE BASE!

I gave this 2 stars due to the speed of the delivery but that was it. £36 for 2 puzzas and a chip. First pizza "hot n spicy", the only thing hot about this pizza was it wasn't cold, I counted the chilli things, 8 slices on a large pizza. 2nd Pizza "magaritta with pepperoni and meat balls, it arrived without the pepperoni. Chips, OMG they were awful, very oily and tasted of old spuds. Never will I use that place again.

3times in a row trying to order from dominoes. And 3 times orders have been rejected.

Online ordering is getting to be a nightmare. Always trouble getting to put in payment details. Last few times we have ordered it has been long delivery times and the pizzas Luke warm when arrived and usually something missing from the order as well.

Food was cold, order sat at quality check for over 15mins which obviously means it’s not being kept warm this needs to change, they could put it in a warm place while waiting for delivery person to pick it up, 10mins to deliver which is not a problem if being delivered right away when it is warm, so it’s been getting cold for about 25 - 30mins. £32 is too expensive to be delivered COLD food, this is not the first time either this has happened the last few times we ordered has been the same, this is not acceptable, like dominoes pizzas but will not put up with this anymore so just consider that you have lost a customer because of this.

Great value for money £2.50 small pizzas with two toppings. Highly recommended

Food was ice cold, order was completely wrong, they didn't send our drink or desserts. When you spend £60 on food you expect it to be edible at the least! Rang them up only to receive grief down the phone. Imaging having the cheek to ask what I paid for, this store commits daylight robbery and gets away with it then will act smug down the phone. Avoid at all costs

You can go anywhere in ballymena and get a bigger better pizza for half the price!! Not to mention how ill everyone felt for days after eating here, rancid wings and soggy potatoes . . . no thanks

Food is dead on but my god the guy with the grey hair and beard is a miserable so and so!!! I’m pretty sure he has delivered to our house before and he wouldn’t thank you for a tip or anything. Miserable and extremely rude!!!!

Service was not the best. Would have been nice if they were a little more enthusiastic to see us come in and answer our questions instead of tell us to look online. Also the pizza was cold even tho we ordered Instore.

Pretty standard Domino's. You get what you expect.

Placed a large order earlier today for a family party. Whoever the chef was at 4.30pm, these were the nicest pizzas we’ve had from Dominoes in years and we do order regularly. Thank you. x

Big DISAPPOINTMENT!!! NEVER AGAIN DOMINOS IN OUR HOME!!! We was waiting 2 HOURS for delivery when we have 5 min by car to "restaurant". We tried contact with Dominoes 5 times or more. When we at last talked to anybody 2min after we got our order: of course COLD and disgusting 1 pizza and 2 sides. It wasn't big order!! Shame on you Domino's Ballymena!!!!

Where do I start.... this place is so unhelpful and have very little to no customer service, we received gluten free food along side normal pizzas the GF was unmarked so we found it hard to tell the difference, we asked for identification and was given a mouth full by an angry staff member.....this was a telephone order that took ages to receive the proper food, it was tasteless, I had asked for extra topping but it did not look if any extra was put on the pizzas, it was burnt expensive and not worth the money......I have given this place the benefit of the doubt in the past but this is the last straw........I am also unsure that the food is GF as I have had severe pain both times I ate from this place .

This evening I ordered gluten free pizzas for delivery. We have used this food establishment before and have had trouble with the gluten free in the past so I am always cautious. The pizzas received were in normal boxes and not labelled gluten free. I called to query and someone called a Harry answered the phone and said that they would send replacement pizzas but only if we returned the pizzas which I agreed to - when I went to ask how long the delivery would take he hung up the phone - I assumed that the pizzas would be delivered and perhaps he had been busy to cut the line in me. Almost an hour passed and my husband rang back only to be told that the manager had decided the pizzas we received were gluten free and that they weren’t receiving replacements. We no one had the courtesy to let us know this decision - the pizzas were by now cold and as they were for a coeliac we would highly question if they would have been suitable to eat Customer service was awful and we will never use this branch again

Love their gluten free pizza. It was delicious. Usually can get a great deal 2. Delivery is quick & only a pound , free if u spend a certain amount.

I find every domino's the same, the food is ok for a late night snack but I think there are better options out there if you want a nicer meal. Friendly staff, the chicken on the pizza was quite dry but I find every domino's the same.

Nowhere makes pizza like this place and when you collect it you one free.

Very poor service, order came incomplete, delivery driver said he would be back and never came. Had to call twice and each time they said it would be straight out. The remaining part of the order never arrived! I have been promised a refund!

Takeaway ordered on app. Able to track order and know when it was leaving store. Arrived fairly promptly and still moderately hot. Good variety of toppings of average amounts. Accompanied with dips. Tasty and good as occasional meal but wouldn’t want weekly or even monthly.

I will not be back. I've been going to Dominoes for as long as I can remember regarding pizzaeras. I made an order for collection and as I got to the door it said ready on my phone and also on their tv. I still had to stand there almost another 15minutes. Someone had forgotten to put my pizza in. Then when I finally got it all and went home they had put the wrong I've cream in. I had to walk back again to change that.I got an apology but not so much even as a discount or free one next time. Absolulty ridiculous. They have made a few mistakes with me and I always went back but when is to many mistakes.

After late night outing, pizza is the way to go. Excellent size pizza, reasonable price. Very tasty and beautiful. Always great especially late at night.

opening hours claim to be open until 3am on a saturday night but when i rang to order at 2:15am i was treated to the dial tone for 3 minutes before i was finally cut off. either change your opening hours or answer your phone when people try to give you their business!!!!

Returned here recently and regretted it within minutes of receiving my food. I asked for a pizza with no tomato sauce and it was still put on despite me explicitly saying I didn't want it. Wedges weren't even cooked right. Staff very cheeky and uninterested in their work. Would have been cheaper cooking what I had at home. Definitely hope that I'll never be back again

Persuaded by a friend(!) to give this ominous food purveyor another try. No where close to being a genuine pizza. Where is the boy in the tree shouting that the emperor has no clothes?

This place is absolutely shocking in the fact how incompetent the staff in here are. I recently ordered food from here and I found that the food didn't come the way I ordered it, I had ordered extra of one of my dishes and I was told "don't worry, your extra portion is in the box with the other", I open the box and IT WASNT THERE! The prices I paid for the food and the tiny portions I received should be considered theft. Will not return ever again!

I have got pizzas from here on a few occasions as a family treat and have always enjoyed them. VERY expensive though no way would I pay 16.99 for one pizza. I only get when it's a 'two for tuesday' on or some similar offer. I see that it is now a sit in place as well. But more somewhere you would sit in with young kids than to sit an relax with older friends.

A pesar de la 'control de calidad 'las pizzas son sólo algunas veces claramente underdone preparado la única excepción era una pizza que ordenó sin salsa de tomate. Me imagino que la ausencia de la rinorrea tarty pegar red ponen la pizza sirve para mojar la masa y, por tanto, el producto final de la floppiness. Al menos el uno sin el zumo de red se comportaron como una pizza adecuadamente preparado. Queso mozzarella es tradicionalmente utilizada, pero el aceite no era como cieno yellowy cualquier queso que he probado en una pizza. Sin embargo Dominos va de fuerza a la fuerza joven y poco sofisticado dispuesto a premio doble seis, pero para mí es un blanco doble.

On our way home from a trip to Giants Causeway. Needed quick and easy and this fits the bill. My kids say their school friends always rave on about Dominos Pizza so this was their chance to see what all the fuss was about! Unfortunately they were less than impressed. Maybe a good dose of garlic and some pineapple that had taste to it would help amongst other things. This is true fast food. Fast & tasteless. 😕

Ordered a medium pizza and can of coke. The price £16.99. Seriously? When I queried this the server looked annoyed. Pizza tasted below average. Will never be back.

Encontré este lugar mientras que en vacaciones en Irlanda del Norte. Me encanta Dominos Pizza y esta es la primera vez que me he encontrado a sentarse en el restaurante. Pizza era perfecto, nos encantó.

Only ever order when on buy one get one free or 50% off... We always order online and have never had any issues. We are always amazed at how quickly it's delivered and because of this the food is always piping hot.

I'm sure the residents who lived near Domino's when it was at the Cushendall Road are delighted it moved location because the residents who currently have to suffer the Domino's staff in their new site are at their wits end!Soggy pizzas and slow service aside, the staff and especially the delivery drivers are a nightmare.There is one particular driver of a lowered black car with a loud exhaust who likes to roar into the area - which is particularly delightful for homeowners, considering Domino's opens until the very unsociable hour of 3am and this inconsiderate, noisy driver insists on covering the late shift constantly.Any chance of sleep before 3am when he's on duty is not an option. It is like living beside a stock car circuit or a helicopter landing pad.Then, at the weekend, residents had the pleasure of hearing and witnessing a commotion as two Domino's staff fought to the rear of people's homes, with a physical altercation taking place and police attending the scene.Disgusting display of behaviour in a residential area and Domino's should be thoroughly ashamed of the staff they are employing.

I went in to the Ballymena branch tonight for my first visit to Dominos. I stood for several minutes while the girl behind the counter talked on the phone, and 3 or four guys in the kitchen area chatted to each other. Despite being the only customer, no-one made any eye contact with me or offered to serve me, and there were no menus or prices available.I felt I had no option but to walk out, and go elsewhere.I tried logging on to the Domino's website to get an email address and raise the problem with them directly, but the only option was a form on their site, which needs an "order number" field completed before it will send. I couldn't therefore send this, as I hadn't even had the privilege of placing an order!Simply awful service........

Waited 45 minutes for Pizza. YOu go in and order and have to wait forever. The serrvice is appaling.

We usually love Domino's, however the past few times we have been disappointed. The most recent order was very overpriced without a voucher code, pizza arrived cold and was dry to taste. Our nachos were burnt and garlic pizza bread dripping with grease. Not only this, but our drinks did not arrive. I also ordered an extra side as we received a promo voucher via post for a side, due to our last order being late. Only to find out you have to call the store to redeem this.perhaps they should print this Information on the voucher. I called the store to discuss these issues but got excuses and poor customer service. As this is not the first disappointing order we received, we will not be eating here again, there aren't plenty of other pizzerias in town. Absolute disgrace for the price.

the service here is definitely much to be desired. the food is even worse. how does a place like this stay open? the staff members are cheeky and never give you your correct change. the food is always completely burnt. I would say here is somewhere well worth avoiding at all costs.

Always order online and get pizzas delivered.only once did I have pizza which were of poor quality, they were undercooked. Usually the pizza are great, also have garlic bread, cheese dough balls and cookies, the cookies are fantastic.

We decided to have lunch here because they had a huge sign outside advertising that if you bought a medium and large pizza the second would be £1. Unfortunately, when we ordered, we were told that this was not available. Surely if you advertise an offer it would be good customer relations to honour the offer advertised clearly on the big sign outside?I can't comment on the food as we never got to order................

Sitting in to eat was unpleasant - the seating area isn't headed properly so was absolutely freezing and the sole toilet was out if order. Pizza order was taken wrong so it took half an hour to get our food sorted. Will take a lot of whining from my kids to get me back here.

I ordered my first pizzas from this new unit for collection The chicken on both pizzas was dry and curled up and both pizzas were lukewarm at best even though we live less than a mile from the restaurant.I phoned to complain and was offered replacements if I took the pizzas back. I would have preferred good quality food the first time. I was advised if I couldn't take the pizzas back nothing further could be done to help me.
