If myself and my daughter feel like a pizza take-away this place is our 'go to'. The food is absolutely delicious. Always fast at delivering and food is always hot. I adore their sweetcorn salad too! I can't fault them in anyway at all!

Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to the chicken atlanta, it arrived quickly and piping hot but was swimming in a watery sauce not in keeping with the atlanta flavour i was expecting. The chicken and the chips where also over powered by the taste of a cheap quality oil. Would not recommend this dish. Mine ended up in the bin.

Ordered peppered steak . One of the nicest steaks I've had. Better than some restaurants I've been to. Was so good had to order another one the next night. Sadly it's sold out ATM, but I'm waiting for it to come back in to order it again 👌

Best burger joint/ fine dinner in the country plus the owner and staff friendliest around definitely has to be experienced

5* always is when we visit, we got the feed the family meal deal for 4 of us and there was more than enough for us all, beautiful pizzas and delicious chips! Can't beat it!!

Very bland Kebabs and the house sauce completely tasteless.

Pizza are amazing and staff very friendly loved it have one with cheesy garlic bread every week. Its a must!!!

By far one of the best takeaways in Ballymena. Charbab is the tastiest, freshest chicken kebab I've had the pleasure of eating. Top food.

Wud just like 2 say I av wanted 2 try char bellas food 4 a long time so I got a delivery 2nite and there service is excellent and there food is amazing will deffo recomend and get again!!

Party Deal from here yesterday. Delivery arrived exactly on time. The pizza chips goujons and garlic bread were first class. Staff more than friendly and pleasant. Would recommend Char Bella to anyone.

Brilliant tasty food. A bit longer to wait, but you kinda appreciate it. A tad on the pricey side, in my opinion.

Mainly very good, sometimes things like chips can be undercooked. They also shout things to the kitchen that get forgotten about. 15 or 20 quid meal deal is excellent value for money

Telephoned ahead to order as had appointment elsewhere. Arrived to discover my order had not even been passed to kitchen. Had repeated my order twice on phone to ensure it was correct, as previously got home to find it was wrong. Well listened intently to him informing chef of totally wrong order . Shock and disbelief, how hard can this be. Waited for ages and eventually arrived. Not as hot as I would have liked but good and portion size was good. Efficiency sadly lacking here. Did not appear busy, ?? Wonder why. Won’t be in any hurry back.

It's cheap and theres large portions really nice and they deliver pretty quickly, much better than dominoes

Never had worse in my life, firstly 1 hour to deliver then pizza was overcooked, burnt, salty as sea water dry an tasteless a 59p pizza from Tesco's would have been ten times better :(

The food here is fantastic. Just wish they had their menu posted somewhere other than Facebook those who don't use Facebook can't see it.

Had a carry out delivered by Char Bella, pizza, goujons, burgers and kebab. A great varied menu delivered hot and well presented. Dough balls are delicious 😀😀

My favourite pizza stop, usually with my son or for home delivery. Excellent menu all made to order. Special family deals. Staff friendly and helpful. Weekly visit.

Just tried Char bella for the first time and we can't believe how poor the food was. We ordered a calzonie pizza with chips. Th pizza dough was under cooked and the filling was extremely dry. The chicken must have been cooked a while ago because it was tough and stringy. If that wasn't bad enough the chips were burnt and even worse they were frozen chips. Why any take away would serve frozen food in such a competitive market is just beyond me. They also refused to refund our money. I am not sure but this may be illegal.

Tried this tonight for the first time. Very disappointed...had 2 signature burgers with chips and onion rings. Came to nearly £15... On the way out to the car the bag ripped luckily enough nothing opened out. When i got home i opened them out expecting to see a burger like the one in the picture in the window. No.... they didnt resemble it at all.. When we started to eat the burgers well I'll just say they were a wee bit well done. I like my food well cooked but they were a bit too black in places. The onion rings were mushy and broken probably broke when the bag ripped. Really disappointed......

Guy arrived and apologised for it taking do long. Personally this didn't bother me in the slightest. What did bother me was the fact it was barely warm! Sorry but milanos will be getting my custom next time!

We regularly go here, from reviews best to avoid the bang bang kitchen. I was disappointed as well as I'm used to a sweeter satay taste. Apart from that the burgers are awesome, go for the cheapest one, the char babs taste fantastic, the reggae reggae pizza tastes great. Get the chips and ask for the kebab dip with it, awesome!! Remember you can do half and half pizzas so you can find the better one quicker.

ordered the 2 char grilled chicken kebabs for £10. was not disappointed. great portion. well cooked chicken, chips, fried peppers and onions and a lovely spicy kebab sauce. not in the slightest greasy... looking forward to another one.

Healthier than normal pizzas as some of the ingredients are char grilled. My husband doesn't do pizza but was more than happy with the chicken goujons and chips and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. Go for the party meal which has pizzas, garlic bread and other plainer things which should feed at least four people for £20

Similar to Chris L.'s review, we ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and discovered it to be one of the worst takeaway dishes we've ever ordered. A single slice of chicken coated in a thick peanut butter flavoured paste atop a mountain of flavourless noodles, pepper and onion. This dish was my main complaint. The Burgers were a marked improvement, containing good quality thick cut meat with average quality toppings. Finally the BBQ pizza was also average. Similar quality to the thin base pizzas many chip-shops serve.

Ordered a bang bang chicken from the menu got home to discover it was a chicken breast covered I mean covered in peanut butter with no other taste off it. Horrible after taste off it. Very dissapointed!

First time visit. Place is nice, service was great, food was tasty. Sort of like a restaurant take away, vay nice I like yes.

Ordered a delivery at 4pm to arrive at 6.15pm. I was quoted £11.10 however when the delivery driver arrived it had jumped to £13.00. Food was nice but cold. It was also very expensive £13 for chicken and broccoli salad and a bang bang chicken. I would order again but wouldn't get it delivered as this would have avoided additional costs and my food would have been at least warm.

Having decided to eat from Char- Bella we opted for the mid week deal 2 x 10" pizzas(any pizza) garlic bread 1 chips and 2 soft drinks for £12 amazing valueWe went at 6pm very busy but we we're in and out within 10 minutes staff very friendlyPizzas were really tasty so was the garlic bread we will definitely be eating from Char Bella again Plenty of parking spaces as well Well impressed

Got the feed the family deal (2 pizzas, chips and garlic bread) for £15. Food was good, pizzas were nice, other bits were standard. Only took 20 minutes, would get food from there again.

Tried some of the grilled chicken and salads. This place is a good tasty healthy takeaway... Will defo be back.

I must say the pizza isn't too bad:) could have more cheese and more toppings but it's alright. Small menu but I hope it will improve. Taste it self is great and I cannot complain.

Food good although the chichen I got with the bang Bang special was cold which put me off . Noodles that came with it were lovely might give it another go .

Great selection for all the family also added bonus it's all chargrilled so less fat :) look forward to this wee treat every week

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered and were surprised to hear that they don't take card payment over the phone - cash on delivery only. Food arrived within the half an hour specified which was good, though another oversight was that they don't advertise the £1.30 delivery charge on their takeaway menu, so the total was more than expected. The food was tasty when it came, although my salad was missing the croutons. Overall, quite good but a few improvements needed for better customer service.
