Burger King in Belfast

Was over an hour and a half late. Food was undercooked and cold

Most defiantly not my food still hasn’t arrived following confirmation of my order at 12:40 it’s now 15:14 - order states delivered but most definitely hasn’t found its way through my front door. Poor service unhelpful app can’t actually speak to anyone and now unsure if I’ll be receiving a refund due to only deciding an email saying that are looking into it further?!?

Very slow staff today, the woman in the white shirt is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't belong in the food industry. My food was ready to be bagged up but the other staff member ignored me and decided to serve customers instead even though she confirmed my food was ready. The other customer had just arrived, they need the kiosk put in there.

Not what I requested. Had to ask for Ketchup, 2 drinks the same, no cheese when requested also. Worse experience so far.

My order is not here but is showing as delivered. I ordered 2 hours and 20 mins ago.

I ordered on Uber I got this spoiled food I called restaurant and they were like rude

Visited for lunch with my grandchildren Wonderful service with a smile Delicious piping hot food, nicely put together and ready very quickly It could do with an update but that's not the fault of the team

When the food came we were missing 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 fries. We have door cam video of what the driver delivers. I spoke to the restaurant who have evidence of the food packed and being handed over. This means your driver who I TIPPED has taken our food !!!!!!!!!!!

Order accepted at 2pm......delivered at 3.35. Cold and inedible.

Food was hot and chips were still crispy and not soggy at all. Delivery driver was very quick and polite

Unorganised, outdated restaurant. Staff seem to be lazy and unbothered. I wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered our food before 1.30pm and didn’t arrive until 15.30pm! We were missing two cheesy chips from our order when it eventually arrived. We had no updates from the just eat app and called the restaurant to see where our food was after nearly 2 hours of waiting and we arranged with them to pick it up ourselves, when we got there our order had already been taken by the courier with no communication of any sort.

I'm trying to understand, why such a huge company is against legal Tender CASH?? at least put up a big sign outside the shop for customers to know. The place was dead like 2 customers in total. I understand the staff has to follow orders regarding Cash, however I think it is a idiotic approach.

when I have ordered from here in the past the food has been hot and fresh but today the fries were hard and cold as if they had been sitting around for a while and chicken royale was also cold and very tough

Awful food freezing cold and stale took 2 hour and half to arrive have emailed for a refund

Service is poor , whopper burger cold drowning in mayonnaise could not taste the burger , roll fell apart due to mayonnaise really disgusting, managers really lack customer care ,there just don’t care , waste of our money

food arrived stone cold and driver said it was due to be in with drinks. all sent back and requested refund

order was supposed to be delivered between 18.25 -1900 then it changed to 18.45 - 19.10 then changed again and when it finally arrived it was all stone cold tried to rescue the meal by microwaving it but the chips went hard and un edible the drinks were very warm meal cost £27 with all extra charges might just as well thrown money in the bin we ended up making sandwiches

for a 2minute journey to my house took 35min for delivery when it arrived it was stone cold heated the burgers n chips burgers were OK but had to throw chips away as know good wasted 18.52 at the end of the day and won't be using burger King again even though there the best burger place but miles

burger had no sauce and the quality of both chips and burger is not worth the high price asked for it

Food quality was decent and driver was friendly and prompt.

my order was picked up at dockside store for me then to track my order all the way to strood and Wainscott then to be delivered to me at hoo the food was cold and had to be reheated in the oven. this was a treat for my disabled son and his friends for his birthday would of been cheaper to order domino's pizza and it still get to my door hot and on time. why do ur drivers have multiple drops when carrying hot food. very unhappy and will be telling others as well

Clean, good food and lovely staff.

The food can get very messy. The environment is dirty and there are lots of flies flying about. However the service is quick and despite the presentation of the food is poor, the taste of it is wonderful!

Delivery time was changed multiple times,really shouldn’t accept orders if it’s going to take pushing 1.5hrs! Food was nice when it eventually got here

My order, on an unremarkable January lunchtime, took 80 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived (the order was for my autistic son who can’t comprehend how an order can take so long), to add insult to injury, it was stone cold. As the restaurant is only 10 minutes away from where I live, there is no reason for the food to be cold. I would request a full refund, but the Just eat app has no functionality to let you do so.

Food arrived luke warm and incorrect drinks given. We paid extra for Coca Cola but was given Coca Cola Zero.

The order arrived late which isn’t the end of the world if it was still hot/warm. It wasn’t edible it was so cold, a £40 lesson in stopping using you guys unfortunately, such is life eh.

Food arrived 25 minutes late and stone cold, all of which seemed deeply amusing to the driver.

Food was cold rock hard like it had been cooked days ago the burger was not edible and after pay £15 for a burger at the very minimum you expect for it to be edible the driver was late and that’s is why I think the food was cold

Food hot, nice onion rings, and chilli cheese bites. No boxes for children's meals again, none from November 8th again begining of December and today 20th Dec. There is a poster to win national trust family pass. It says scan code on box so three times not available even the day after the start it goes on till January hopefully they will have some in. Also there has been a coffee bean poster saying chosen for you, they never have coffee. See photos

Burger looked like picked from the floor, tasteless. Chips was good. Atmosphere very poor. I was too hungry so i sat down and ate but never ever again

I ordered at 5:38. The burger king closed at 6pm. My order arrived at 7pm. When it arrived it was ice cold, inedible and soggy. I would like a full refund because the way the food arrived made it a waste of £27 and the food is going in the bin

The manager decided to come out to the seating area and lay across the seats for a nap. Very unprofessional and quite off putting. Strange man.

Cost them business as card only cash is legal tender won't be told how I have to pay. Another couple walked out due to same issue. Have senior management looked at the amount of lost revenue due to card only.

Food took forever at every step of the journey, was 45 min after order confirmation that a driver was even assigned then another 45 min where he was sat at the restaurant. Food at least turned up somewhat hot

I went here today with my family it was very quite so our order was taken and prepared very quickly. Service was great and to be honest it the best burger king I've been to in a long time. The food was cooked perfectly! (Highly recommend)

Unfortunately, very poor. Tried using an offer via the app, got told that the store doesn't accept 'click and collect' orders despite clearly advertising the app via marketing material on the counter and posters in the restaurant.. Next, for the meal that I was able to order, I asked for no salt on the chips and was met with the response 'we won't add any extra salt on the chips' to which I decided to advise that I didn't want any salt at all and was advised they couldn't support this request. Won't be going back

Missing items. Ordered Cheesy loaded fries ( Large portion of fries drenched in a cheesy sauce) and got a portion of chips with a cheese slice just thrown on top. Poor just poor

Mix up with order due to app so had to take burgers back to counter. No one’s fault, just one of those things. Staff politely tried to correct then female manager in white shirt intervened. Spoke to me abruptly then to the staff member like he was five years old, in front of a queue of customers. Felt so uncomfortable had I not paid, would have left. Can’t imagine how the poor staff member felt. Really mean. Really unnecessary behaviour over a burger!

Terrible food tastes of nothing anymore and so overpriced if that wasn't bad enough they can't even seem to get an order right burger was wrong and items wrong will not be ordering again anytime soon

Order took over 3 hours to be delivered and when it was, it was all cold and inedible. Waste of time and money, wont be ordering from here again.

I am so disgusted that I placed my order at 12.30 and it finally arrived at 16.45!!!!! And was cold!!!!! When I rang burger King they told me to ring just ask and get a refund which I did and still want. I will never order from just eat again, this was the first order I have ever placed with them, its only that I have just had an operation and unable to drive that I ordered my food. Never again.

Never been more disappointed with the quality of the food, Makes me wonder if I will ever use Burger King ever again.

Unfortunately berger King's standards have slipped. My chips 🍟 were cold and tasteless,and my berger was also lukewarm. Sorry but it's not cheep and I don't cook food myself, just to eat it cold

When first ordered it said latest around 14:15, then when I went back on to order it was up to 14:40, not impressed then had 2 calls off the driver asking where I am and said he needed address when it is clearly on my order. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL

I’ve cream was melted by the time it got to me - and we’ll overpriced for the size of it, cheaper to buy a proper Ben and jerrys from supermarket
