Found a hair in my chicken. Not very pleasant

Went here with my family (14th April 2024) and couldn't believe the state of the place, no cleared tables and the floor was just as bad. In order for my family to sit down I cleared one of the tables myself then had to use a wet wipe on the seats which were covered in sauce, squashed food etc. The food itself was bland and overcooked and looked like it was thrown together, lacking in taste and hardly any chips. Staff noticed the messy tables and floor but took no interest in cleaning them. I went to the toilet and discovered they were just the same, stuff left everywhere. Maybe we went on the wrong day but it's a mistake we won't ever make again. What a dump.

Staff "forget" to tell you they don't have certain items in stock and assume you won't notice the difference when they substitute everything. Beans were swopped with chips, chocolate ice cream had no chocolate, and food all tasted old and reheated.

The worst KFC restaurant I have ever been to. First of all, my order was wrong. and when I called the restaurant about this, first of all, a person pretending to be the manager (she did not introduce herself and at the end of the conversation refused to give her name) accused me of lying (supposedly her employees heard that I was ordering something that neither I nor my wife eat (I mean chicken legs). Very rude service. I definitely do not recommend it (avoid it as much as possible).

Dirty bathrooms, and sneakily given item substitutions assuming I'm too daft to notice what I originally ordered. Food tasted rubbish and chips were clearly reheated more than once.

We went in to get a meal for 4-5 people while waiting for our bus back to Belfast. The girl who served us was really nice and polite, took our order, and then paid for it. Whilst we were waiting for the food order, I asked the girl, "Could we please have more tomato ketchup? It wasn't a problem for her. When she was getting more ketchup and salt, another girl said no, they've had some put into the bag. I said that my son loves ketchup, and I was willing to pay for a few extra satchels. Her attitude was totally unacceptable, she said to the one who was serving us. No, you've given her two satchels already. The girl was clearly taken back when her coworker said this, she was really nervous. I was standing listening to everything, and she didn't know what to do or say. I thanked her, and then I turned round to the other girl working and asked her the same question regarding ketchup and salt. Her attitude was horrendous, and she was so rude and started mumbling underneath her breath. I immediately asked her what the problem was , and she clearly said that there's 2 satchels of ketchup in the bag. Whilst I agreed with her, I said that I wanted more and was willing to pay the extra money if needed. She wasn't one bit happy, which was pretty uncomfortable, especially when there's people in the queue. I explained that I was going to pay for the extras if needed, and she got really nasty saying stuff in a different language, so I wouldn't understand, though, was looking directly at me. The girl who initially served us then put extra salt and ketchup in the bag, and I thanked her. This girl was clearly very uncomfortable doing this due to what was being said. I continued to thank her again, and she was very nice throughout my time there. What I'm going to say is that the supervisor/manager needs a thorough course in dealing with the public as her attitude was totally unacceptable 😑

Chicken burger full of grease Lettuce black, not nice at all

Quick bite to eat. The shop and drive-thru were both very busy. We didn't have to wait long and the food was fresh and hot. Which is unusual in most fast food outlets.

I havent been in here for a while. But then and now same complaint. Tables needing wiping. Floor needing sweeping. Tomato ketchup splashed on wall this time. Girl did come out and clear tables but ignored floor and didnt see wall.

Tucked away in a tight little carpark, the drive-through is quite narrow. Food came after a little wait. The food was nice, though my zinger tower meal was demoted to a zinger burger meal. I also hate the way the way that the fries for all of our meals were together in one bag, and the three hot wing portions were in a single bag. I think a "box meal" should be presented in a box - we had a lot of fiddling about to do with the order in the car before we sorted it out. I think over £35 worth of food could be presented better. We were down the road a bit before we noticed the mix-up, so we didn't go back (busy road).

Staff were lovely and very fast but the food not the best didn't have the usual tastes very bland

Absolute joke of a place, the time stated on their app & on Google, shows that they're open, but suddenly the app won't let you order. This happened to me before after I had managed to order online, to then arrive at the place to find it closed, then had to email back & forth trying to get my money refunded. It's run by clowns.

Placed my order at the drive thru, 2 cars in front, man in car in front of me asked at the window why was there a delay, he was told they were preparing the food. After 10 minutes he drove off over the kerb towards the pet shop, I waited another 5 minutes, still the first car hadn't received their food so I drove off over the kerb too and left them to it. Could've been informed when placing the order that there would be an unacceptable wait. So glad that they hadn't any money off me. The queue in the drive thru when I drove off was at least 10-12 cars. Very poor for a big company

This place was absolutely filthy. Hardly any tables cleared, tables dirty , food and drink spilt all over the floor. Will never be bk to the KFC

Usual food and service expected from KFC, no complaints. Wasn't busy but tables were dirty and toilet floors were flooded.

Paid £9.49 for a zinger tower burger meal. My advise is to anywhere else to eat, the chicken was raw in the middle, there were a whole 10 chips in the smallest paper bag I’ve ever seen.

Portion sizes very small and dear.

Food order was accurate and well packaged.

Called into KFC today asked for Mayonnaise on my Chicken filet burger , when I opened it , no mayo , went bk to assistant asked for mayo which I had asked for on my burger , she said we need the burger back 😳😳Like I was only asking for a sachet of mayo to put on my burger myself, jey ways, Common knowledge , just give me a sachet of mayo , omg 😳

I had to wait 15 minutes to order by cash and my back is now very sore. Everybody just walked past me so they need to sort out a new cash pay system

The shredded chicken was too salty for me but the popcorn chicken and hot wings were amazing. The staff were not very polite as I asked to be helped with my drink to the table as I had to carry a full tray of food and asked both the lady that served me and another very talkative male staff to help but both refused. Another customer helped to bring the drink down to my table, bless him and apologised on their behalf. Back to the talkative man, who initially was on the floor when my friend and I arrived to have a quiet meal. He asked what part of African we came from and talked and talked. I left to get our collection when I came to the till and declined to help me with my drink. Guess what, he came back on the floor and back to my table to continue talking and my sister asked him to leave us alone on peace . Oh I forgot he said he was Iranian from his initial conversation. Oh Dear

I have only myself to blame, I know KFC is awful, the fries, the sides, the chicken, it's terrible, and yet for some reason I thought this might be different. It wasn't.

Has to be one of the worst KFC's in the country ! When you get the food it's nice ,but weather the order is right is another thing , order usually missing things , when you look into the bag and the order is correct is a rare phenomenon...

Toilets are filthy all the time..food are hit and miss

The little thing in my picture is supposed to be a hot wing... was it the hot wing of a Sparrow?? How can you place that in someone's meal and think that is acceptable? It had about 3mm of a bit of meat on it. Pity cause girl serving at drive through was very pleasant and friendly.

- rude staff who are unable to form complete sentences - cold slimy chicken - toilets that wouldn’t look out of place at the end of a week long music festival No matter how desperate you are, you can’t be desperate enough to eat here. Try literally any of the takeaways on Forthill Street or Belmore Street instead.

They don't listen, asked if there were straws for the drinks, yes they said, no there weren't.

Just wanted something quick as we had been out the previous night to a restaurant. All food as expected, tasty, good value.

Does what it says in the tin, fast and tasty food. Sometimes don't get small items, such as pineapple sticks with kids meals

Stay well clear absolutely disgusting food, untrained staff. One bite and we had to throw food in the bin. Will not be back. I don’t know how they get it so wrong, KFC use a tried and tested system. A simple system to get it right every time…. And normally get everything perfect…. NOT in Enniskillen though.

Food nice but not cooked the same way as Westmeath, in my opinion it was very dry

The girl taking our orders was so rude and kept talking over us when we were trying to choose what we wanted to order. No interest in making sure we got what we wanted. The chicken was greasy and tasty horrible leaving a nasty after taste plus chips were soggy and not nice at all. I tried here once before and it wasn't great then either but said I'd give it a second chance. As mentioned in other reviews the toilets are a disgrace. Won't ever step foot in this place again.

Great food at great prices, use app for good deals. Have a few other options on top of what's available in Republic, Nashville Hot Bites are delicious.

Managers very unhelpful . Went for a meal deal on website, waited 15 minutes in drivethru when I got to the window they said it was for club card members only, on the web it said deal was for all customers, management didn't want to hear it,

Totally love KFC but the new chips are truly awful. They taste like cheap frozen chips you'd get in the value range at tesco. I'll not be back any time soon.

Omg fantastic customer service. We did a big mess on the table by accident. A Kfc worker quickly tidy up the mess, brang new Pepsi for me and ice cream for my kid for free. A big thanks to that man.

The premises were very clean and plenty of spare tables. the staff are very friendly and the food was served very quickly.

Every time I go to to kcf I am always upset because the krushem machine never works but other than that the food is delicious.

DON'T PAY IN EURO! 50 euro = 35 pound, KFC conversion rate, told by staff, while checking on google it is 45.07 cent, that is 10 pound for the exchange alone! I have never heard or seen anything like this in my 30 years. No sign of any sort near the till or notice from staff that you are getting con'd.

It's KFC, you know what you are going to get. Generally clean and friendly efficient staff.

Not helpful, girl was more interested in talking to her colleague than helping with my order.

They got our order wrong and we had to wait some time for the correct order. Not terribly clean at all.

Was raining had so went for a meal,first thing we seen was a very dirty floor, tables not cleared,when we got our meal the fries where cool, chicken was fine,this is a place to avoid,I think they are understaffed which is probably the biggest problem

Visited this KFC on our way to Donegal it was Monday 23rd July in the Afternoon, girl at checkout was very friendly and took our order, although there were empty tables and seats we did not know where to sit because everywhere was filthy, food all over tables and the floor was covered in chips and wet, we took a table and cleaned it ourselves. We went to the bathroom, the ladies and the gents were both out of order with just the disabled toilet working which was filthy. I would not recommend this fast food place and I will not return

Déçu déçu déçu! Première fois et dernière fois et KFC! Temps d'attente interminable, meme une fois la commande passé. Le personnel n'est pas agréable du tout! Les menus sont très très limite, et niveau quantité assez mensonger....Plus jamais ! On a clairement eu l'impression de jeter notre argent par la fenetre

Oh my god. The worst toilets ever. Only 1 toilet in "working order" this had to be cleaned to be used. Absolutely rank. No service with a smile either. Dont come here

If you enjoy the type of food on offer here I assume you normally place your order and then visit the toilets if necessary while food is being 'prepared.'

The chicken burgers that I got was not fully cooked which was not very nice

I ordered a wrap and I got a bap. I ordered orange without ice and I got ice. The extra wings I ordered were overcooked and dried out. Disappointed to say the least !

The service was dreadful the staff had little or no enthusiasm for the job and the food was just warm. The clincher was the state of the toilets and the tables and floors they where disgraceful

I ordered a zinger meal at the drive thru, served in good time. I drove it to where I was staying (5 minute drive) and noticed the burger was cold when I bit into it. Unlikely to be back.

This KFC is definitely like a lot of Northern Ireland's KFC's, horrendous. The food here was not good in the slightest, the chicken had no flavour and was hard. The staff kept letting people skip me in the queue. Cleanliness in this KFC is non-existent.

Take away from kfc is not up to standard. The drive through what you ask for and what you get are 2 different things. Please sort it out. The food is good otherwise.

Visited the store this evening - were the only 2 people in it - ordered our food - guy serving us was really nice he told us to take a seat and he would bring our food down - so we sat at front of the store beside window - 5 minutes later a Girl is shouting something we can't hear so don't realise she was shouting for us - she was shouting 8 piece boneless feast and then my boyfriend was like oh she must be shouting at us - as we looked up she rolled her eyes and did a hand signal and my boyfriend said oh sorry we thought they guy was bringing it down - mid sentence she cut him off with "YES - sit on the other side please" she made us move to the other half of the store even though we were the only two people in it - don't understand - so unfriendly. Next thing we know she is down beside us with a cloth banging the chairs and scraping them along the floor making a real racket - this was very peculiar behaviour. Would not waste your time going here. Chips were cold as well chicken was lovely though

Nothing special here, just basic KFC fast food. It's had a make over recently but the food's pretty much the same.

The hairy armed small boy man came and took my popcorn chicken and me good chips that I worked hard to earn for. I would like my money back when I next return and hairy boy should get the sack.

Got chicken piece last week and when I cut into it the smell was stomach churning. It smelled well past it's sell by date

No me gusta el servidor teniendo dinero, entonces el manejo de la patatas fritas, ella les recogió desde la cima no lateral. Prometieron un descuento para empleados de negocios cercanos, sin embargo el personal no kfc parecen estar de acuerdo en que día! !

Terrible unfriendly.slow service. Toilets are disgusting. A customer recently found a maggot in her meal. Really needs a complete change of staff. Makeover. I doubt many locals will eat here again.

Hungry family (Inc three teens) in a town we didn't know at lunch time. Everything else around looked either over priced or unappetising. Spotted this and took the easy option. Staff helpful, food as ever, family refuelled and happy.

i have to put this up for the people around enniskillen. just after going into the kfc ,im not one for fast food but the kids wanted to go as they love chicken ,so in doing so we sat down and my wife then went and order,d the food ,im not running the food down ,but when my 6 year old son came from the toilet and said daddy i cant go as the toilet was smelly ,so i got up from my chair and went to them,and yes i never seen anything as bad and smelly even urine on the floor,and even hair around the floor ,THEN went to the disabled it was worse ,sorry folks they were not fit to be open ,i asked for the manager and asked the lady how long had she been working here she said 5 years ,oh i said have you checked the toilets lately they are a filthy and smell bad , oh she said they have been like that for a while and i will try and sort it sorry ,there you have it folks ,

El servicio es muy pobre. Generalmente el orden equivocado cuando utilizando la unidad. La comida está fría y la ensalada de pasado su mejor momento. Muy sucio por dentro y por fuera. Las malezas que crecen en el edificio.

Delicious food but tills often become frozen and sometimes there is one member of staff cleaning and being rude to customers.

A weekly drive through must after all the hard work of shopping. Tasty and quick as usual- short drive to be beside the river and enjoy.

Staff are so rude it annoys me i arrived with my family and was greeted with a member of staff with a frown on there face was so disappointed with the quality of customer service!!!

Everything felt cheap the gravy and coke were watered down and tasted like diet coke there was poor hygiene and table did not get cleaned overall disgusted and was just to save money

Called in on my way back to the carpark, really liked what I had with a coffee (longish drive ahead of me) the staff here make this place good & looked as if they enjoy their job

Food was okay but the 1 who was serving me was a dry and sour girl. When i went to order she wasnt like how can i help u she stood there stairing into my face like i was some painting in musuem. I wouldnt recomend any1 to come here if i could i would give u no stars
