Subway in Carrickfergus

Got the wrong order. Subway tried to blame the driver but they issue the order numbers for the order. They also do not have delivery drivers number. Serious situation as I got someone's gluten free bread so they must have received a gluten sub.

Over 2 hours late never waited to that long for a subway in my life I am a regular customer and extremely disappointed by this was worried wasn’t going to get it at one point says it was at the fortfield gym the whole time wouldn’t surprise me if he had went in to do a workout!

Order wasn’t prepared until I was standing waiting. What’s the point in ordering in advance if I have to watch it being made. Don’t know what’s wrong with the chicken but it is bland and dry, stringy

order was cold which made the cheese dippers, and potato waffles not great. was OK but wouldn't order again.

The person who served me needs to check his attitude. I didn’t ask for much other than just the bacon to be heated and not the whole wrap. The look and attitude I got for this left much to be desired.

Very unhappy with my food , one order came with the wrong food in the sub , cheese garlic bread had no cheese , turkey and ham sub had no cheese very dry and cold

Don’t normally leave reviews but just had awful service at this subway! Watched one staff member be rude to customers, obviously couldn’t be bothered doing his job! Handled money and used the till using the same gloves to make everyone’s subways and our own!

Wrong order delivered this is the second time from the same place on different occasions - seems to be something strange going on between the order numbers and what the delivery drivers are being given. Drivers won’t take food back and business won’t take anything to do with the drivers as third party. All a bit of a mess

Order was cold, steak texicana had no steak in it? My chicken sandwich didn’t have the pepperoni I ordered and the peppers were missing too. Absolutely shocking

nearly 2 hours to deliver this order. Was not the driver's fault at all he showed me the picture of him there at 2.18pm waiting for it. It is now 3.52 & it has just been delivered!! Last time i will EVER order from here.

ordered a meal crisps, drink and cookie missing. called the store didn't care, told go through app and just get a refund. missing items should be delivered

App said delivery time would be 3.45-4.05 but quickly dropped down to 3.35 and said driver at restaurant, so my expectation was food would arrive soon. However the time kept going up and up and eventually when food did arrive at 4.07 it was freezing.

Friendly courier. Toasted food arrived cold though. All ingredients were correct so all good regardless

Ordered a sub at 12pm on the app and I received it almost an hour later as I found out it was not being prepared like I was told on the app

Awful service, wrong cheese, gave me pickles instead of jalapenos, cross contamination as they dropped a cheese bite into the tuna, long wait while being second in the queue, one staff member not wearing gloves making sandwiches and handling change

Complete wrong sandwich sent then wouldn't rectify their wrong even tho they openly admitted on the phone that they read the order wrong. Asked for nothing toasted and everything was. Disgusted at this place considering this was their error not mine

Delivery driver brought wrong order and refused to bring back the right order I then had to pay more money to get in a taxi to go to the restaurant to pick up my order not happy one bit now the woman who served me was super nice to me and explained exactly what happened but doesn’t change the fact the driver didn’t look at his sheet or screen to pair up the right order so not happy at all with him he didn’t have the decency to come back to me and apologise the poor woman in subway made the aorry

Staff clearly run off their feet. My daughter and I turned up at an otherwise empty store. 2 staff were sorting out bread baking and cleaning up, they looked at us (more like through us) and completely avoided acknowledging our presence in any way. I get people are busy but at least say “I’ll be with you shortly” or something. Don’t just stare through people like they’re not there, it’s unbelievably rude. So when I finally did ask if anyone was actually serving, the reply was “Complain to the managers for not putting in enough staff, I’m more annoyed about it than you are”. Food was ok, it’s subway, you know what you’re getting. No chips on the menu because they’re all on the staff’s shoulders. And managers, for crying out loud put on more staff!

Repeated order as delicious 😋 will order again. Best subway ever!

We called this evening to get a meal. I def will b back as the girl who was serving myself was very friendly and helpful. Food was great I don’t usually leave reviews but in this occasion I was so happy I feel I have to share. Thankyou

Food was awesome say less, everything arrived and got 100% of what i had ordered! The delivery time could be a bit better, but thats not the drivers fault, as it probably was the food place i ordered it from.

The sub had no egg in it, the bread was dry and the sausage and bacon were not enough to fill the foot long sub I ordered, so basically I got a piece of bread! The sides where stone cold and I do not live that far away to have turned cold like that during the delivery so overall it was really bad and I will not be ordering subway again, that was £11 completely wasted thank you for that!

Cookies didn't arrive, called and they denied it and so I had to request a refund. Disappointments as usual. Sheer laziness. Funny how a chippy/chinese will apologise immediately and send the missing items, but places like this just don't care.

Order was placed at 12:30 and food was not received until 2:10. Delivery driver took ages to deliver when restaurant is 5 mins away from my address. When food arrived it was cold. When food was on it’s way to getting to me it took over 45 mins driver kept dropping off the map and when he was on the map he was driving past and away from me instead of bringing the food to me. Overall just a horrible experience and will definatly put me off from ordering again.

Great service! Ask for extra cheese and salsa on my nachos and it was provided. Happy with my meal.

Don't understand why I have to wait 20 mins on a sandwich when there's 3 people queued in the shop andonline orders are prioritised. Wasted most of my lunch break waiting on a sandwich from here with hardly any people in the queue, and not for the first time.. but defo the last time.

Dreadful customer service, awful food quality.

Ordered a pizziola. Asked for specific salad and I was told "No you are only allowed the exact salad that is advertised it should come with". So I didn't bother as he wanted to put items on I did not want. Didn't even cut it in half, it looks flat as a pancake.

Uber Eats has ruined this Subway. You will wait 20 minutes in the queue in store while they make about 10 sandwiches on the Uber Eats orders.

Would give no stars if I could, the place obviously isn’t very well run, there was hardly any food sitting out most things were gone and weren’t restocked, the girl who was serving us was too busy doing Uber eats orders and made us wait 20 mins until she got round to us, then when we were finally being served she kept walking away to look at online orders when she should be serving the people who are standing in front of her waiting, the managers defo need more staff that was ridiculous

I don’t normally leave google reviews but my son stood this evening for over 20mins while Uber eats orders were being fulfilled. If this is going to be the case have more than one member of staff working. The girl did her best but when he went in he was the only one there and by the time the online orders where fulfilled there was a queue of ppl.

Went to 3 times .2 couldn't open on time staff didn't come in ?? . And no ice cream as machine keeps breaking down a bad shine no maintenance

Ordered through Uber eats.. no option to request subs to be toasted, no option to leave a note to request same. Rang numerous times they don’t answer their phone. Food came freezing cold ..lumps of cold grated cheese disgusting. Waste of money food went in the bin. Gave 1 star for the bottle of club orange and cheese quavers 👍

Visited at 6pm. Very disappointing that at this time there was no ham left and only 2 slices of cucumber left. Only 1 lady working but surely there are supplies kept out in the back fridges. Very disappointing. I understand there was only one staff member on the counter but still not great service when common ingredients not available.

Clean, spacious, homoginised coffee shop. Good place to meet, no rush out the door, upstairs is a more relaxed affair

Subways are all very similar, but with the addition of spinach and sweetcorn and nice staff it helps make it better
