Burger King in Carrickfergus

Went to this drive through on 27/02/25 at 7.14 pm and as usual the speaker is turned off, with no notice on it again. Proceeded to drive on round then and ordered the Whopper meal. Waited a further 20 minutes. Meanwhile the guy couldn't even crack a smile ( as usual). Got my order and arrived home and it was stone cold and it was also not a Whopper meal. It was a Chicken Royale meal that had to go straight in the bin. It also looked a mess, as though it had been picked up out if a bin. Only time I will be back here is to get my money back.

We ordered this for the wrong address try to fixes it but it was already delivered to that wrong address and hand it over with out asking for the code not happy an evening tried to get money back but couldn't help us not happy

Never order from here. The food is cold, always late, never with the right items. They left out an entire burger from an order with only two burgers. Pathetic.

Went and got a meal got wrong burger no Ketchup in bag Opened the bag wrong burger Took it back right away and was then told it was closed 8pm on a Sunday?? Website says 11pm Raging as they through my burger in the bin could have gave me it for free or the correct price Waste of money throwing it in the bin Website should say the proper hours also ...how hard could it be to.change it Apparently they have been asking for a long time Also the loyalty app burger king has is not valid in carrickfergus As it is the only one.in carrick we should be entitled to the same benifits as any other burger king WHY IS THIS ?.

Food was NOT delivered. Store had to cancel our order for us as it was over 2 hours late and they said they cannot make the food until the driver arrives at the store and they didn’t show up. I hope this is the truth because I have been extremely lenient with them. They did not answer the phone 4/5 times also.

Leaving a 1 star review because zero isn't an option. Been there twice in two weeks. On the first time, they couldn't complete my order as there were no Whopper pattys. Tonight they had no beef at all. Only chicken. So I went to KFC next door. What the hell is the point of a Burger King that doesn't have burgers?

What I received was not as I ordered.there was mayo on the chicken royale which turned my stomach, also only TWO x6 onion rings instead of three were delivered. Poor this time compared to others. Diane

I didn't get my complete order, as usual. It's just a lucky dip really.

Decided not to risk the food because it looked rank. Got a coke instead. Was just coloured fizzy water. Avoid

They forgot most of the food and never called back

I can't take bacon and asked for it to be removed but it was still on the burger. I asked for onion rings but got chilli bites instead, and the monster mango was just a regular. No salt on the fries and they were a bit undercooked, not crispy!

Food never arrived driver marked as delivered it wasn’t there! Burger King staff far from helpful also

My order arrived and my son was refused it due to no code. My app did not display a code. The delivery man kept saying you can’t have food without code. This went on for about 15mins and eventually explained that it is the last 4 digits of the phone number. If they had of explained this at arrival there would have been no issue however they failed to do this and then the food was stone cold. This is very disappointing service and I would sincerely consider never using your app again. I would appreciate

Yes, I've seen the reviews for this Burger King. I like coming to this Burger King and have many times. I don't like being harsh but this really needs improved. Previous visits were a fuss because they always gave me the wrong stuff. Once I asked for a drink with no ice - they gave me ice. I asked for medium fries - they gave me small. It's those sorts of things that downgrade this Burger King. Anyways, to the visit this time. After ordering the wait was fairly short like previous times. They didn't have any spicy mayo which was a pity. The drinks came quickly and the food came shortly after. The price was moderate. The meals were correct. This Burger King is a hit and miss.

I placed my order around half past 2 and it didn’t arrive until half 4. It initially said it would be with us around half 3 (which was still a very long time) but they then kept changing the delivery time. If you can’t fulfil the order within an hour then you shouldn’t be accepting it. It’s not the first time this has happened with this restaurant either.

Delivery man is rude. No patience at all .

Left a note for delivery driver to ring me as I was staying in the Premier Inn and I’m not familiar with the place, I said I’d come and collect it. Nobody rang nor informed me food was there, which already was 1.5hrs late, then it lay in reception for another hour and by the time it reached us you could have broke someones jaw with it, it was rock solid and freezing cold. Will not order from here again.

This burger king is shocking every time I go the the order is wrong really every time it's a complete joke it is a circus in the they must be careful it you are have alliges check your order my wife is with cheese I always say no cheese you get your order then there is cheese that is only one of my problems with my experience from that shot show disgracefull

delivery time kept changing was due at 5.15pm then 5.30pm changed to 5.45pm changed to 6.00pm arrived at 6.00pm ordered at 4.30pm was about to cancel when it arrived at the door.however the food was lovely fresh and hot..

Says it’s open until 23:00, it isn’t, it closes around 20:00.

leaving 1 star due to the wrong order being delivered, ordered family meal and sent a burger and chips and don't give you option to claim back single items missing, disgraceful that paid so much!!

Kept pushing time back and back and whenever I got the food it was not warm . Non of items . Very unsatisfied .

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from Burger King they have never got it right. Cheeseburgers are supposed to have cheese and ketchup is not an option on your list so why send this garbage instead of my selection. MAYO. Idiots!

Missing dips and order size was wrong.

This store closes at 8pm because of google I drove 14 mile round trip for nothing as Google says it closes at 11pm. I will change my rating when google changes their opening hours to the correct times

Shambles of a place. Large order from work place to be told they had no burgers. Couldn’t actually believe it. Orders always wrong to, definitely give it a miss.

I don't no what time it was delivered as it was left at front door no door was knocked and it was only someone called at 12.15 that i saw the food ,the food would have nice fresh but reheated was inedible.

There was only one fries, there was supposed to be two.

So once again I haven't received what I ordered but stuff wasn't missing was someone else's order just eat need to make sure their drivers can read orders as that didn't have a clue or just can't be bothered reading the order slips. Now I'd like a refund as this has happened way too many times now

The burger was so soggy that the paper had disintegrated around it. The chips were stone cold and tasted old. The onion rings were soggy, floppy and cold. They also didn’t include the ketchup I had ordered and paid for and there was no salt or napkins. The delivery driver was rude and went to the wrong house first and then argued he couldn’t see the house number that was in 8in cast iron numbers on the our front door. Very bad experience.

Ordered 9 vegan nuggets- there were only 7… paid for 4 dips & specifically sent a note saying don’t forget dips (like last time)… and there were only 3 dips… someone there can’t read or count!

Food was just as amazing as last time and still super hot when it arrived. Delivery driver was super fast as he was over 30mins earlier from the estimate.

I ordered dorito heatwave chicken fries and they didn't taste like there was any sort of dorito flavouring on them at all .they tasted herby instead of heatwave doritos they was they used to taste when I got them b4 . Very tasteless and didn't enjoy them at all

It took a very long time to get a carrier assigned but once it has been assigned the person has been way quicker than the tracker was saying so highly appreciated it. Quality was great so I highly recommend.

I would have been disappointed if I had got it for nothing, so poor food. Just a thrown together tasteless burger, even the dressing was awful too. The service was OK, I guess there was a reason there was no queue.

Received wrong burgers and no spicy mayo, rang BK to complain only to be told to ring back tomorrow and speak to someone from management team. Very disappointed

Horrible on just eat. Always late sometimes never arrives. You’re better not even ordering it in the first place.
