Subway in Carrickfergus

Delivery on time. Lovely fresh sub. Friendly delivery driver. All in all, a good order.

My sub arrived like it had been sat on and wax toasted when I didn’t want it toasted. Sweet corn missing and incorrect packet of crisps. Surely it’s not that difficult to make a sandwich as per order!

My partner was in today and was served by Cian. Cian was so polite and friendly to deal with, could not have been anymore helpful. Without a doubt the nicest employee we have come across in any subway store - a credit to the place! P.S. food was delicious too!

delivery took nearly 2 hours from order time. Items missing and order was freezing. I rang to enquire where order was after about an hour and 10 mins and was told they didn't know where it was, and couldn't even check. terrible experience and service.

Half the order didn’t even come, don’t put stuff that you can order that yous don’t have in stock. Pointless

Just meet the nicest woman ever, I would give 10 stars if I could just because of her. I wish I got her name but I didn’t :(

Delivery man was rude, insited it wasn’t my order took 10 minutes to get him to understand

order was wrong, late and we had a whole big hassle at the door with the codes, my friends order was marked as delivered by someone else that didn’t even deliver her order, then her code wouldn’t work

The sandwiches had most of the toppings missing

Forgot the crisps , drinks and cookies after paying 30 odd pound for this

Food was never delivered and still charged

I placed the order at 1pm the food was delivered at 2:35pm and was freezing cold when it arrived... Very disappointed...

Food was great but nearly lost it as sandwich wasnt wrapped up properly

The staff were slow. Using dirty gloves and terrible terrible customer service. I went at around 1pm on Sunday. The customers behind me commented on bad the service was. Touching their faces then not changing gloves. It was dirty. I will not use this subway again.

The actual upstairs part is not open and there are quite a few dead trees

Employees were arguing behind till and just ruined it. Also somehow managed to burn meatballs inside the sub?

Great food. Shame they sent the wrong cookie. Was really looking forward to trying the new raspberry cheesecake one. Otherwise happy with my meal 👍

my 6 piece side only had 5 and i didn’t get my cookie literally hate ordering subway bc of this one

Not only did the food take ages to arrive but it is stone cold, not to mention a child around the age of 10 delivered it to me. Ridiculous customer service

Subway is a Subway but a sub roll without sweet onion sauce is a salad bap.

Absolute disgrace. This sandwich was thrown together like someone didn't give a toss plus my cheese selection was left out. Extremely thin, so very disappointing. Gave it to a neighbour, couldn't be bothered to ring shop cos frankly dont think they would care

No onion, no jalapeños, no Caesar, no pesto

Staff were useless. No queue at all, still had to wait about 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us. Didn’t have any sauces for our subs so by the time they brought sauce out food was sat for about another 10mins going cold. Honestly worst subway in Northern Ireland

Staff handled previous order which contained beef and chicken and then used the same knife to cut my order which was vegetarian without changing or cleaning the knife and then handled cash with disposable gloves still on and then went straight onto the next order wearing the same gloves. Plus a member of staff had very long acrylic nails and jewellery on fingers which really should not be allowed. Very disappointed in hygiene. Won't be back

Subway in garage is generally good. If and when you get proper person to serve you. But the young man who served me today can't tell a 6inch from a four inch. Was disappointed

What a choice, more filings than enough. Very good value for money, tasty to yum yum.

I was served today by a lovely young girl who was very efficient and very polite and friendly. Refreshing to be served by such a pleasant young lady. Don't know her name but credit due.

Salads are super. Everything fresh and great value.
