Domino's in Carrickfergus

If I could give less than one star I would.Total shambles of a place,will never order again,they obviously don’t need the custom anyway.They clearly ignore the phone and don’t want bothered,useless.

Food never shown up was pretty ordered for 12am and they never shown up with it

Don't normally eat pizza and won't be eating it again.

I just randomly walked in,not from the area. Ordered a medium pizza,fancied a side but made it quite expensive so stuck with the pizza,when ordering I was served by a lovely young girl who informed me that there was a meal deal for medium pizza,side and a drink which was something like £2 less that a single pizza.I was delighted and appreciated her taking the time to tell me.

Got burnt jalapeño nachos. Enough said tbh

Delivered to the wrong address, offered to remake food and a voucher for same amount only for the ignorant manager to ring me 20mins later to take back the offer of the voucher then lie and tell me thats not their policy despite them having done it multiple times before. Then lied and told me i was not offered a voucher in the first phone call. Offered a refund or remake the food ( 1hr after i ordered it originally) Worst attitude and customer service ever. Definitely shouldn't be in management or customer service. Total disgrace.

Yet again they’ve delivered a wrong order! With the increased prices you would have thought the least they could do would be get the order right! Wrong pizza toppings and wrong side delivered. So much for the “quality check” that someone’s paid to carry out.

Two hours for delivery. Shop won't answer the phone. Never using this place again

When I went to pick up food there were people swearing everywhere across the place and my order was wrong

Lovely girl on the counter, friendly and helpful. Have to wait for 15-20 mins but worth it, a bit mean on the wedges on the meal for 4 though.

1hr and 30min wait for delivery. Food was cold. Nobody answering the phone either. No apology from the delivery driver. Won’t be using them again.

Pizza place, food is beautiful.

Took over an hour to come, order was incorrect and nobody answered the phone when I rang over 10 times

The only store I know that won’t substitute a gluten free side into a meal deal to allow someone with coeliacs disease to take advantage of an offer like everyone else.

I'm not usually a fan of Domino's pizza. So we knew what we were getting when we ordered. 1) I was pleasantly surprised. We got a "Feed the Crew" deal. Aside from the wedges (which I thought need cooked a little longer) the whole thing was great. And excellent value. 2) The staff were fantastic. Really approachable and helpful.

They owe me £25 for a pizza they never delivered then the next time they send me the wrong order! The worst pizza place to go to!

Best dominos in the country. The quality never misses, can never wait for an excuse to go get one

Don't know how to ring door bells. An when got people over on a we trip an cant get anything. As no one rings door bells. Thats in middle of window

Used this Domino's for the first time. One member of staff providing counter service who was not able to cope with demand. After a lengthy wait a second staff member came out of an office. Thought they were going to assist in the backlog. Instead they started shouting at the 1st younger member of staff in polish or Romanian before going back into the office. Food was nice. Customer service was woeful! I assume the woman shouting was a shift supervisor. I'd suggest they act like a boss and assist staff at busy periods. Was not inpressed by their behaviour. Would not return as a result.

Not much ingriedents on pizza i will say poor but other good.

Ballyclare rang at 1045 told sorry we close at 1100 but luckily managed to get an order of chicken wings for delivery they were cold and no hot sauce as ordered rang to complane they just hung up

I love Dominos pizza! This is my local Dominos. I've had no serious issues with it so I'm content! I have Dominos regularly. Delivery is fine and the food is fine! :) food hygiene rating of 5 also - very good.

Ordered pizzas on a few occasions since the start of lockdown. On one occasion chicken strips were missing but I was still charged £4 extra for them. On another occasion I was missing an ice cream which I was still charged £2.75 for. At least they were quick to deliver. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Delivery charge is ridiculous and pizza is substandard at best

Quick delivery, order is always correct, unlike KFC or McDonald's where you barely get the correct order, but they could do with adding something new, it's the same pizzas and toppings, only so much you can eat from them before you get bored plus their not cheap, I personally think simply pizza in Carrick is far nicer, my own opinion

First time in carrickfergus branch and will definitely be back again. Absolutely delicious

Food is greasey like its been soaked in oil, cookies were near burnt black, driver near smashed my car up the street from driving that fast Tung sing is the way forward👍

Usually no issues. Staff instore always seem to be nice but I don't deal with them often as I tend to order delivery. Recently delivery orders I have had issues from things not being warm to them being very stingey with a portion of wedges (image attached). I have left feedback every time I have had an issue (as opposed to complaint directly to the restaurant as I'm not after free stuff) but I haven't received any responses. Haven't ordered since the incident with the wedges.

Absolute disgrace my daughter ordered a dominoes pizza from Carrickfergus on 5/10/2018 the delivery drivered the pizza she had left her cigarettes on the the window sill outside her door as she dosent smoke in her flat the delivery driver helped himself to her packet of cigarettes after delivering the pizza I then phoned up and spoke to the manager explaining what had happened he then laughed and said there was nothing he could do I will not be using this dominoes pizza place in future as I am absolutely disgusted by the response from a manager 👎👎👎👎👎

Order online, even if you're going to collect your own pizza. All the deals are online, whereas you'll pay full price for everything if you walk in and order.

Nice enough pizza's although can be quite expensive.

Great takeaway and delivery service. They also have a great smartphone app that works very well when ordering your food for collection or delivery.

Constantly getting orders wrong, either missing items or wrong toppings. Not impressed.
