Missed my house and said it delivered but it didn’t and I put my correct adress in had to ring up and they said that there must be another place called the same as where I live but it doesn’t plus my postcode was put in and then it took overhouragain

Really tasty pizza, one minor criticism, the pizza could be sliced better, when trying to tear it away it doesnt come off evenly as one slice. I find myself having to use both hands, one to tear off the pizza, the other to kind of hold the rest down

Only half the order arrived when the other half did it was unfortunately a bit burnt

The pizza was the worst ever!!! There was so much tomato sauce on it it over powered everything and was put in the bin.. I might aswell just of eaten a can of tinned tomatoes..

The amount of topping for a large pizza makes me sad :(

Honestly not great for what you pay for. Almost 30 pounds on pizzas and almost inedibally undercooked thick base. It upset me.

Cheesy garlic bread was very over cooked, actually I would say burnt. Had to look very hard to find chicken on my pizza :-(

Unfortunately incorrect drink received, incorrect sauce on wings, wedges cold and garlic pizza bread not received in offer. Normally amazing so unsure what went wrong tonight.

I love four star pizza. it's my go to food place, sad? 4 star, happy? 4 star, hungry? 4 star. My last meal would be a 4 star, it just hits the spot. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

food was cold, love getting from 4 star but this has really changed my opinion, half the pizza didn’t even have toppings. won’t be ordering again

I ordered a pizza and asked for a BBQ base because my partner is allergic to tomatoes. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived with a tomato base instead. This was pretty concerning, as it could have caused serious issues for my partner. Luckily we had sides to eat. I ate the pizza. It seems like a refresher on allergy awareness and Highfield training might be needed to avoid mistakes like this in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.

Amazing food! The delivery was very fast and the delivery driver was lovely and very polite!

Pizza came and is so small it’s the size of my hand (average teenage hand) meant to be 7” but is 5” I am not happy with the outcome of this order I will possibly have to think twice before ordering from this establishment again.

Just a-bit too tomato base, yes i asked for extra but was way too much

Whole order was wrong- pizza toppings were wrong (requested no mushrooms and pizza came with mushrooms), chips were wrong (given plain but ordered Cajun), garlic pizza bread was tasteless, food was all lukewarm and absolutely no dips included even though the side orders said they came with dips and I requested these. Hadn’t ordered from 4star in ages and now I remember why.

most of it was as expected the only downside was the wedges wasnt cooked enough i threw them in the airfryer for 5 mins to make them more edible

Definitely the best pizza in the area. Tad stingy with the toppings but I’m sure that’s a corporate thing.

Food cold and overcooked. Garlic bread as hard as a brick....pizza freezing and hard, dough tastes like it's been lying. Some wedges frozen and very small portion. Mega meal deal but would barely feed 2 people. Other establishments give a free dip with sides this place charges extra for a dip. Meal inedible absolute waste of money. Wouldn't not recommend and won't be back.

Food was supposed to be delivered at 19:20, is now 19:55 and food has only just arrived,we literally live 2 mins drive away,smashing down of rain or would have collected myself,not amused ,food average

They didn’t deliver my whole order as I did not get my drink with my order

Quality and temperature was good and they even gave me extra food. Couldn't finish all of it but if you have an air-frier, putting their pizzas in at 65 degrees for 8 minutes takes it next to fresh out of the oven

Sent a wrong pizza. When informed they want the pizza which they sent earlier back as if they don’t trust what’s been told to them. Although this is not the first time I ordered.

Garlic bread was overcooked Pizza sauce was bland

the pizza.is nice but the cheese. nuh uh. it made me gag its plastic cheese. sprry.

Good pizza and subs were tasty too although bread more toppings in these would be good as they were a little dry. Fast service. Would be happy to eat from here again if in the area

Food was very cold, asked for no tomato’s but note wasn’t read. Left good star rating as this is very usual and it’s usually 100%

I had a wonderful experience with Four Star Pizza! I called them from New York to order pizzas for relatives in Carrickfergus. Delivery was quick so I was expecting a hot pizza , it needed reheating! The sides were delicious and hot though so we were able to snack on them until the pizza was ready , also when you pay £1.75 to add mushrooms maybe actually put more than half a thinly sliced mushroom on there . That being said it was still tasty 😋
