Visited Asda restaurant. Only sandwiches on offer were cheese and tomato. Sign stated to speak to staff member regarding allergies. However they refused to make a plain ham sandwich even though a plain ham sandwich was on offer to kids. Eventually they reluctantly made the sandwich when this was pointed out to them. When food arrived at table it was slammed down in front of us as the waitress was in worse mood now as she had to take out two slices of bread and place a piece of ham between them. Butters obviously an optional extra!!!.Very disappointing to be met with such unprofessionalisn and rudeness.

I'd like to give Asda café a break after some grim previous reviews. It's got comfy seats and seems to be busy in the few times I've visited. We just have coffee and scones. They are fine, and much less expensive than you'll get elsewhere in coffee-mad Enniskillen. You get a big mug too. I have to admit the meals don't look appetising, and the tables need clearing more quickly, but for a cheap coffee break it's just fine!

We had the Christmas Turkey Dinner on our first which will also be the last visit in there. With no exaggeration this was the worst plate of food that was ever sat down to me. Each and evey item must have come out of the cheapest asda value range and was completely tastless and even looked disgusting. I actually dont know what made me pay for this, I must have been in a state of shock. To call this Christmas dinner is a joke but I cannot laugh about it. Dogs eat better.

Need my head examined for going back here! Yet again the fried egg with breakfast could have bounced out the door it had been cooked for so long! Yet again the coffee machine was out of order and yet again the meal was tasteless. Sorry ASDA but this is just not good enough. Lunch Anne slightly better but in future I will be eating elsewhere.

Attended the store today along with my daughter and sister. Decided to go to cafe for food. My sister ordered soup which was stone cold and had to be sent back, staff came back with the soup which was stuck into the microwave for 1min and was tasteless she also had a sandwich made with dry bread. My daughter and myself had beef lasagne and side salad. The salad was uneatable and the beef lasagne was terrible and tea was made with cheap teabags. Spent near £20 on food that was disgusting. Will not be returning to Asda cafe for food.

We visited Asda hunting for pork pies and were sadly disappointed to find a measly offering with Branston pickle on top. Why don't Asda stock the large pork pies anymore ? Disappointed, we retired to the café for an Irish breakfast which was cooked fresh and enjoyable. Having finished our meal we went to another supermarket to buy our favourite pork pies. Asda's problem is that when we don't find what we want we tend not to return, that's bad for Asda and losing business. Your call Asda.

My wife and I dropped in on our way to Donegal, to break the journey. I was given my tea quickly enough, but when my wife ordered coffee, it was a different story. She was given a cup and had to queue up behind two gentlemen who were getting coffees for their wives. The machine had run out of milk, so there was a delay in getting milk because there was only one member of staff working and of course she was on the till selling more coffees to add to the queue which by now totalled 5 people. The machine was eventually supplied with milk but it was so slow to dispense the coffee. Ten minutes my wife spent waiting for her coffee, thank goodness she nipped down to give me my tea, otherwise my tea would have been been freezing cold. I don't think it's a good idea to have one member of staff on because if there's a problem with the coffee machine, then there's a long wait for everyone.

Wife and I thought we would try Asda cafe to see what it was like. We visited after the lunch time rush so very little to choose from as we wanted a snack. Decided to take sandwich’s had a poor selection. When we asked for 2 coffees we had to go to a machine after paying. We like freshly made not out of a machine made as it never tastes the same.

Called in here with my mum and my friend this week. We went to asda to get a few groceries and do some clothes shopping and thought it would be great to call upstairs for a bite to eat but we were so wrong.... They had no gluten free options for my mum whatsoever just soup which was so thick!!!! She couldn't even get a sandwich as they had no gluten free bread and no chips as everything was cooked in the same oil!!! Not very friendly staff either... They were not too bothered about her... The shop is full of gluten free items and I cant understand why they had not a better selection in stock with all these items at hands reach??? We will def not be returning at any time soon nor will be recommending you to any of our family and friends unless things drastically change. The management need to look at structure here and going by all the previous reviews there is a lot of on going complaints and they have not changed anything.

I have visited a few times for tea while shopping and an occasional lunch, some of the food can be left out a little too long and can be very dry but if you go when the food is fresh it can be very nice.
