Visited Asda restaurant. Only sandwiches on offer were cheese and tomato. Sign stated to speak to staff member regarding allergies. However they refused to make a plain ham sandwich even though a plain ham sandwich was on offer to kids. Eventually they reluctantly made the sandwich when this was pointed out to them. When food arrived at table it was slammed down in front of us as the waitress was in worse mood now as she had to take out two slices of bread and place a piece of ham between them. Butters obviously an optional extra!!!.Very disappointing to be met with such unprofessionalisn and rudeness.

We weren't expecting a Michelin star restaurant and we didn't get one. The staff were friendly enough, the food was pretty good for the price with good size portions.

Worst breakfast I ever had, full breakfast with no tomatoes served even thought it was on the menue. The size of plate no different to mini breakfast, No toast whatsoever served. Definitely not worth the money.

I'd like to give Asda café a break after some grim previous reviews. It's got comfy seats and seems to be busy in the few times I've visited. We just have coffee and scones. They are fine, and much less expensive than you'll get elsewhere in coffee-mad Enniskillen. You get a big mug too. I have to admit the meals don't look appetising, and the tables need clearing more quickly, but for a cheap coffee break it's just fine!

We had the Christmas Turkey Dinner on our first which will also be the last visit in there. With no exaggeration this was the worst plate of food that was ever sat down to me. Each and evey item must have come out of the cheapest asda value range and was completely tastless and even looked disgusting. I actually dont know what made me pay for this, I must have been in a state of shock. To call this Christmas dinner is a joke but I cannot laugh about it. Dogs eat better.

Need my head examined for going back here! Yet again the fried egg with breakfast could have bounced out the door it had been cooked for so long! Yet again the coffee machine was out of order and yet again the meal was tasteless. Sorry ASDA but this is just not good enough. Lunch Anne slightly better but in future I will be eating elsewhere.

Attended the store today along with my daughter and sister. Decided to go to cafe for food. My sister ordered soup which was stone cold and had to be sent back, staff came back with the soup which was stuck into the microwave for 1min and was tasteless she also had a sandwich made with dry bread. My daughter and myself had beef lasagne and side salad. The salad was uneatable and the beef lasagne was terrible and tea was made with cheap teabags. Spent near £20 on food that was disgusting. Will not be returning to Asda cafe for food.

We visited Asda hunting for pork pies and were sadly disappointed to find a measly offering with Branston pickle on top. Why don't Asda stock the large pork pies anymore ? Disappointed, we retired to the café for an Irish breakfast which was cooked fresh and enjoyable. Having finished our meal we went to another supermarket to buy our favourite pork pies. Asda's problem is that when we don't find what we want we tend not to return, that's bad for Asda and losing business. Your call Asda.

The worst soup Ive ever had, it was watered down cold and I wouldnt give it to my dog. Totally unfit for human or animal consumption. Staff were not even in the slightest bit interested. Coffee was ok. dont think I'd ever go back again. A fantastic big store great staff but give the restaurant a miss.

My wife and I dropped in on our way to Donegal, to break the journey. I was given my tea quickly enough, but when my wife ordered coffee, it was a different story. She was given a cup and had to queue up behind two gentlemen who were getting coffees for their wives. The machine had run out of milk, so there was a delay in getting milk because there was only one member of staff working and of course she was on the till selling more coffees to add to the queue which by now totalled 5 people. The machine was eventually supplied with milk but it was so slow to dispense the coffee. Ten minutes my wife spent waiting for her coffee, thank goodness she nipped down to give me my tea, otherwise my tea would have been been freezing cold. I don't think it's a good idea to have one member of staff on because if there's a problem with the coffee machine, then there's a long wait for everyone.

Wife and I thought we would try Asda cafe to see what it was like. We visited after the lunch time rush so very little to choose from as we wanted a snack. Decided to take sandwich’s had a poor selection. When we asked for 2 coffees we had to go to a machine after paying. We like freshly made not out of a machine made as it never tastes the same.

Called in here with my mum and my friend this week. We went to asda to get a few groceries and do some clothes shopping and thought it would be great to call upstairs for a bite to eat but we were so wrong.... They had no gluten free options for my mum whatsoever just soup which was so thick!!!! She couldn't even get a sandwich as they had no gluten free bread and no chips as everything was cooked in the same oil!!! Not very friendly staff either... They were not too bothered about her... The shop is full of gluten free items and I cant understand why they had not a better selection in stock with all these items at hands reach??? We will def not be returning at any time soon nor will be recommending you to any of our family and friends unless things drastically change. The management need to look at structure here and going by all the previous reviews there is a lot of on going complaints and they have not changed anything.

Ordered fish and chips. Was told there were no peas. Surely there are peas in the store.Fish arrived chips cold and beans stone cold. Only three other people eating there. Doesn't that say it all. Surely management notice this. Food terrible. Staff need to smile. I've noticed this for a long time now. Goodbye Asda Food for me. I would much Preston give you a half star 🌟

We had a quick fry here...it was good value and tasty. The coffee isn't great so I suggest tea would be a better option. The food is inexpensive so don't expect too mush. The restaurant isn't bad at all and seemed to be bit of a hub for local people to meet.

Have eaten here twice in the last few days, and neither was a good idea. Sandwiches are chilled to stone cold, hot foods are dried up and not too hot either, cakes sold with the tea/coffee option are heated under the hot lights and thus dry out and are not appetising at all

I have visited a few times for tea while shopping and an occasional lunch, some of the food can be left out a little too long and can be very dry but if you go when the food is fresh it can be very nice. Not much room at the tables especially if you go for a cup of tea while feeding baby you have to sit away from the table. Staff are mostly friendly there are a couple who make you feel like an inconvenience.

Good food if you go early. I've been many a time round 12 or gone 1pm and the foods lovely, if you go after 1.30 then the food looks awful and tastes bland. If the staff are too busy then you could have the food shoved on your tray and a grunt if your lucky. Yet when there quiet there happy to help.

I often dine in the cafe as it is convenient but is often let down by disorganized staff, poor signage of whats available and its cost. There never seems to be anyone in charge, staff all do their own thing. Sometimes it is fine other times it is terrible, ranging from cold food, to tiny portions. Have sent food back to ASDA but heard nothing back.

Called in for something to eat and we were pleasantly surprised to see Jamm are doing a small evening menu with food cooked to order. Nice change from the usual hot light display on offer. I had the curry, it was absolutely fantastic. Chicken is seasoned with something very nice, very deep flavour. Definitely call in a little later if you're in the erneside on a Thursday evening, welll worth it!

Queued for over 35 mins for coffee on Halloween evening. One barista making the coffee and the only other server had started that day. Probably the busiest day of the year. All food and snacks, bar two, were gone. Well done for maximising profits on your busiest days. Bad management!
