Called in for something to eat and we were pleasantly surprised to see Jamm are doing a small evening menu with food cooked to order. Nice change from the usual hot light display on offer. I had the curry, it was absolutely fantastic. Chicken is seasoned with something very nice, very deep flavour. Definitely call in a little later if you're in the erneside on a Thursday evening, welll worth it!

Fantastic breakfast, staff was very nice conversational with order. Poached eggs were on point, my sister had scrambled and said they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or just visiting.

Visited Jamm today for lunch it was really nice! Great selection of food with plenty of gluten free options to choose from.. staff were polite and well mannered!! Will definitely be visiting again

Our lunch was cold ordered cottage pie came cold although it was only 12 05 pm won't be going there again my husband had the same and his was no better

Got a small fry, cost me the same size as a large one. Ridiculous price and staff not friendly. Cheesecake tasted gone off . Very disappointing. Not going back there .

Went here for lunch had no salad in the salad bar and very little choice wasn't the first time this has happened and unfortunately we visit Enniskillen alot unfortunately we won't be back

So this is the Jamm restaurant in the erneside shopping centre in Enniskillen. The food here is awful. Couldn't get the curry because it was drinkable!! with processed chicken in it. Chips were awful,barely warm cauliflower cheese had no taste ,the roast beef was soaked in gravy. I would rather pay a hotel than PAY £8.95 per head here and leave it on the plate!!! Chef....get your act together and stop taking short cuts ,have some pride in your job!!

Called in at 11.20 as breakfast was served until 11.30, only sausages, bacon and beans left. Ordered and as DannyB also experienced, a blonde lady at the till who didn't acknowledge us or make eye contact until I said hello to her. By the time the I was served my coffee and got to my table the beans were cold. I have heard such good reports about here but the lack of customer service has put me off. I have to say the lunch time food that was being put out looked good.

Called in here for lunch with a friend on Thursday 26th May. There was a great selection of hot food aswell as as salad bar and sandwiches made to order. Queue moved quickly and our food was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were friendly and polite and will definitely eat here again.

Made the mistake of going here at 3.40, they were in a rush to close, the young man that served me was nice, but the blonde lady on the till left a lot to be desired, she never acknowledged that I was actually standing in front of her told me £10.50 and j tapped my card, she continued having a conversation with someone working behind counter and never uttered one word??!! Customer service is severely lacking and her ignorance was very much to the front

Very disappointed toasties . Quite expensive. Toasties and chips horrible filling salty chicken and bacon tough chips cold. Will not visit again.

Called into jamm in erneside on Monday and the food was totally inedible- also a large hair in the food

Thought I would give this place a try over Costa. I will never return. The staff snap at the customers from the first interaction, they roll their eyes and tut when you give them your order. The customer is made to feel like a nuisance, it is clear the staff hate their jobs. One staff member threw our order at the other one, then she accused me several times of ordering a sandwich even though I told her repeatedly it was my friends order not mine. We only continued with our purchases because we had a hungry toddler, otherwise we would have left.

Food is great but staff are ignorant

Went for a quick bite to eat today and we had Peking Chicken and Peppered Chicken it was just devine, service very quick and staff really friendly very relaxing and very clean. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

While camping in fermanagh, we decided to call into Enniskillen and needed some fuel to keep us going. We called into Jamm in the Erneside centre and got more than we bargained for.... Delicious food at a great price, served with a smile.

The peppered chicken was perfectly cooked and the turkey and ham lunch also delicious. Offered chips and potatoes, nice not having to take either or. Good portions and nicely served. Good value for money. The young man who served the food was warm and professional and very clean. The girl on the till was friendly also happy to get tap water for us and ran the tap to cool it first. Really enjoyed lunch and still had time to shop before my lunch hour was up.

When shopping in Enniskillen we regularly have lunch here. They serve both large and small portions. The shepherd's pie is delicious as was the soup. The serving staff are always pleasant. Our bill was very reasonable.

Stopped in on our shopping trip. Fantastic simple food cooked well. The chips were delicious. We had an excellent lunch. Very pleased with the service and would happily be back.

On a shopping trip we ended up in this cafe. Myself and my daughter ordered two buns and two coffees. The buns where stale, hard and tasteless. We told the girl who was on the till who just shrugged her shoulders, stating they are all the same and should be fresh. She didn't even offer us more. My daughter went to the bathroom and when she came back she stated that theres 5 to 6 spiders on the roof, several weird stains and an odd smell. After this I requested the bill, which we where charged in full. Without her even mentioning a refund, or even a bit off of the bill. Then got out of this mess as fast as we could. It was very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Can't even say cheap and cheerful cause it's not cheap and tastiest thing is the water. The food is tasteless the carrots and parsnips are black, the peas are dried up and the gravy is brown water. Seriously I wouldn't recommend and when I said about the food the guy serving said I'm not the chef. Would recommend McDonalds before this.

Great service friendly staff. Food wholesome and tasty. just a little tip it needs to be warmer at times its just about warm esp the mash potatoes. However I eat there often and will always return when in Enniskillen

Ordered large breakfast 5.99 and for an extra pound was suppose to get another 3 items which I did not receive but had paid for. But worst of all was the two uncooked eggs saturated in frying oil and looked like it was just slapped unto the plate. The oil/water of the eggs ran into the portions of beans which made it a sicking site to look at never mind trying to digest. That disgusted pushed plate away from myself and was about to leave when I decided to draw attention to staff how disgusting breakfast was presented. Girl behind counter just shrugged her shoulders and I finished conversation by saying I will never be back. Staff politeness could be doing with a make over.

1st visit for Brunch and it was excellent. I'd a breakfast bap and the girl immediately said she would make a fresh one, as the one on display had been there a wee while. Large teapot of tea which poured well. Hubby had a scone which was large lovely and fresh. Not expensive. Everywhere was very clean and the staff neat and professional. Will definitely be back. Photo's don't show just how large all was as we started eating too soon!!

We often eat a Jamm's usually when shopping, but sometimes for Sunday lunch. Definately value for money and the food is good.

I was paying for two drinks which came to two pound and the girl wanted four pound because I had five euro note, thankfully I used my visa debit card and the bank only charged 22cent for exchange so the total was two euro 22cent instead of four pound. and the girl behind the sandwich counter couldn't make sandwich because they were serving lunch, there was a big tray of sausage rolls asked for one of them she said the oven was off she could not heat them up. HELP her.

Have been to Jamm on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. It’s simple food cooked well. There is usually a good selection to choose from for lunch, both hot food and from the sandwich counter. Staff are usually friendly and there is very little waiting about. Would recommend if in Erneside and wanted to get something to eat.

have been here a few times over the last few months and today was even worse than the previous occasions! Ordered sausage , chips and beans, with difficulty as foreign girl serving didn't know what baked beans were!! One sausage was so over cooked it was inedible. Chips were lukewarm and chewy. Beans were barely warm at all. I asked if they had any other sugar free drink other than Diet Coke and was told no quite rudely. I then asked for a glass of tap water, and, guess what, warm water and no ice!! The glad was dirty, or maybe had it been shined when it came out of the dishwasher it would have helped. All of the knives and forks were filthy or once again, if they were shined they may have been clean!! On the previous 3 or 4 occasions I have been there recently, this has been the same. On one occasion, I had fish, chips, peas and drink and it was something like £8.90. For an ordinary cafe, this is way overpriced! Staff are always standong in groups chatting. They would be better placed in front of a ju of boiling water with cutlery in it and get shining. Can't believe how this place is now. Used to be decent enough, although always overpriced. Have to say I will not be rushing back, unless major changes are made. I dipped my cutlery in the glass of tap water which I had and then shined it, as after one taste the water was undrinkable.

We often visit Enniskillen with famiy and always stop for lunch in Jam. Food is good generious portions great value. Good selection and scrumptious puddings. Staff is very friendly restaurant clean. Choice of just Ice cream, Snacks or full lunch

Travelled to Enniskillen on a Christmas shopping trip .Was feeling hungry after the two hour journey so decided to drop in to this restaurant for breakfast had mini grill was good so decided to return for lunch was good variety on menu had Lasagne would recommend restaurant and is good value , found staff to be friendly.

Blonde woman who does the till is rude, lifeless and has the personality of a brick, have also heard her on several occasions talking about other staff and putting them down. The rest of the staff I have dealt with have always been very polite and friendly with a smile on their faces and these people are why I keep coming back. Food is also slightly overpriced but so is the other places nearby so I guess that's to be expected here also.

We travelled to Enniskillen as a family group and after a long tiring day we decided to stop here for some hot food, and stumbled across this restaurant. I ordered food and everything was fine until I got to the till. The blonde haired cashier (named Karen) served me in a very abrupt way...she quickly moved onto the next customer before I even had the chance to ask for a receipt. And when I did, I was made to feel the size of a pea when she gave me a really dirty look. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in all my life. To make matters worse there were water marks on all the cutlery although I must say the food was "ok". Would not recommend this place mainly for its poor customer service.

We had lunch here really because our chosen restaurant was closed that day: however now we have found this hidden gem we will be back. The turkey & ham dinner was really delicious and the gravy was the crowning glory. Great value at just under £7 per head. Keep up the good work guys!

I've had a few lunches here and it's always been very tasty. Try the turkey and ham or the roast beef. good value for money too.

Visited this restaurant on several occasions and have been satisfied with the service and food although it is usually very busy which is a good sign.We visited Jamm this morning for breakfast which was one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time and excellent value for money. However, a very hard piece of plastic (or fingernail) was found in one of the breakfasts which we pointed out to the waitress who apologised and took it to the chef/manager. We decided to have another cup of coffee and expected the manager to come over to explain what it was. No sign of either the chef or manager so we asked the waitress what had been said and she told us the chef said it was dried fruit. We had an Irish breakfast where no fruit is available and the piece was so hard it could not be cut and sounded like plastic. Although no harm came from the episode, what was an excellent meal, excellent front of house staff, excellent value, it was a pity the manager/chef did not admit to us what it was.Will go there again.

I visit here often while in enniskillen and food is always good and very reasonable prices. The mash is more often than not cold but the sweet chilli chicken is lovely and as for the ice creams they are amazing !! The staff is mostly nice there are a couple who seem to lack in customer service. The dining area could do with a bit of air conditioning as it is always very warm and stuffy.

50/50 table service and self service.We had a 9am breakfast which was served to the table the tea and coffees we collected at till our selves. The quality of the food was very good and most importantly for me it was nice and hot. The lady serving up the food has a very good personality which is ideal for front line staff. We often eat in jamm when we visit Enniskillen and I am pleased to say the food and service rarely disappoint. I would have no hesitation to recommend this restaurant to any intending going to the Erneside shopping centre.

Never have I been in a shopping centre restaurant where all their sauces and 90% of their meal options were Gluten Free absolutely brilliant.

Eaten here a few times, on this occasion we came across a new staff membef who was super friendly and helpful. As you can imagine it is difficult to manoeuvre most places with a buggy/ wheelchair, on this occasion it was a wheelchair, we selected our food and drinks, the lady at the till, took our payment then carried the tray for me, helped me to find a comfortable spot out of everyone else's way, then brought over the drinks when they were ready. Made our whole visit nice and relaxed, good food and good price's

Jamm is located on the top section of Erneside Shopping Centre Enniskillen.They serve everything from scones to full mealsThe food is excellent and always fresh and very tasty. They have a loyality card system for hot drinks as well.There is always a very good variety of food on offer over Lunch time and its always very good value

While traveling home from Donegal to Wexford, we decided to stop in Enniskillen for a quick bite to eat and so myself my husband and three children went into the Ernside shopping centre and we found Jamm restaurant, we had never stopped in Enniskillen before and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have to say the restaurant itself wasn't fancy but the staff were so friendly and welcoming it made the experience very pleasant for us all and the food was lovely. There was one staff member a young man with red hair was particularly friendly and made light conversation as he was serving us, when we had finished our meal we decided to get ice creams, one was a small one-off my 18 mth old daughter and the same young man didn't charge us for this which I thought was a very kind gesture, I would defiantly recommend this place to everyone - it's not fancy but it was just what we were looking for

Very expensive food for the little range of things they have on offer. Got a chicken and cheese wrap one day that cost me 5 quid!! I got the same wrap in a similar establishment with side salad and chips for 4.95. Very over priced and the seats in the long booths are hard and uncomfortable. Only large eating place in the shopping centre which leaves you with little choice to go elsewhere if you wanted a snack while shopping.

travelling through Enniskillen and stopped off at shopping centre for a coffee, my coffee turned into a turkey and ham carvery lunch. the staff were friendly the food both looked and tasted good. reasonably priced makes it worth a visit.

Ate in jamm in Richmond centre, we had 2 adult and 2 kids Meals at cost of over €30. Kids food was placed on small plate chips first and lasagne on top. Adult meals were delivered to table covered, food was cold, chips over cooked, lasagne and curry tasteless and put over chips in a manner that looked like someone had scrapped leftovers from plates to be dumped.We commented while staff was cleaning next table about food but she put her head down and walked away. When we looked at tables where people had been eating hot food most of it seemed to be unfinished. Only tables with empty plates was where people had drink and bun.We left 4 full plates won't be back. The price we paid for meal would have got good food in decent cafe or lunch in bar presented well and with customer service

I regularly come here. At least once a fortnight. The food standard is always the same, never yet had a bad feed in here. The service is good, the area cleaned regularly and the staff are nice. Oh, and I love their cappuccino! The prices of everything is reasonable, and the portion sizes are not skimpy! I will continue to come here regularly as it's now more habitual :)

Food looked lovely, but when we got settled to our table it was cold, had to push a wheelchair and manage the tray of food, no staff member offered any help, continued their Christmas chatting as they served us, no real interaction, easy access, but no real value

The restaurant is not very well laid out and customers are not sure where to queue, which makes it disorganised to begin with. There was no menu or labels for the hot food and staff were not very good at telling us what was in each dish - chicken and bacon pasta bake was just "pasta bake"! Also a lot of tables were not cleared so we had to sit at a dirty one and wait for someone to clean it. The pasta bake was also over seasoned with salt! A positive point - the chips were nice and crispy. Overall, I wouldn't return!

Had fish and chips today the fish was tasteless like eating rubber, I went up and complained to the staff and was told "no one else has complained" so the manager has his staff well trained to say that, I walk away and said to myself "that was a wast of time complaining".

My daughters favourite place to go for lunch. Carvery is good value but some of the chicken dishes are great, sweet chilli chicken and piri piri chicken deserve a mention. Buy some ice cream on the way out, its fab.

I go to Jamms on a regular basis. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The food never fails to please whether its breakfast, lunch or an afternoon tea. Not just on taste but in the wide range of scrumptious delights. The added bonus is the reasonable pricing.

This place can be a bit mental, and it is always roasting hot in there. But the food is delicious, I love the chicken curry, and they do yummy cakes and pastries. The food is always piping hot. The staff are always friendly. £20 will feed two people- the portions are huge.

I go to Jamm a lot when I visit Ireland. It never lets me down. If you want a quick meal at a reasonable price that tastes great, then this is the place to go. There is a really good selection of food, ranging from sandwiches, wraps to hot meals and desserts. I have never had a bad meal out of here. The service is good and always with a smile. What more could you ask for?

Stopped here for lunch and got the deal of the day club sandwich. The girls at the counter and the till were very helpful and friendly, it put me in a good mood for my afternoon shopping. My sandwich came with a generous side salad and a really good cup of coffee. Food was delivered down to our table and ate with gusto. It was tasty and really good value. The dinners looked good too although I didn't have any but might do the next time!.

Been in here many times and each time it cannot be faulted the food is always good and not expensive either. The chicken and broccoli pasta is defiantly one of the best meals they do I usually go between that and the curry and they never fail. I'm not keen on the range of ice creams they have as there is too many good choices to chose from I'd have a bit of each if I could fit it in. The staff on the till could be a bit nicer but they wouldn't stop me eating there just stop me leaving a tip.

Haute cuisine - no. This is cafeteria food served cafeteria style. However, if you would like to be fed quickly and cheaply with some honest tasty grub at lunchtime, you could do a lot worse. The turkey and ham carvery lunch cannot be faulted at this price point (£7) and was much more succulent and flavourful than a more expensive restaurant meal I had a few days earlier. Family of 5 satisfied for £25. If you're wanting personal service and food cooked to order, go somewhere else. This place in my opinion delivers what it sets out to - mass catering at a reasonable price. The large number of covers this lunchtime tells its own story. Nice one.

First time here and not impressed ordered beef stroganoff was disgusting not a mushroom in sight and was full of sliced gherkins Never have I knowen beef stroganoff to have that ingredient whoever cooks there needs to learn the right recipe

Was looking forward to an appertising snack on Sunday in Enniskillen, this was an uninspiring tasteless experience the sausage rolls were flavourless, stoggy, the cakes had a sugary processed flavour and the coffee was nearer the taste of gravy browning. Shame as the decor was nice.

We enjoy a catchup over a pot of tea and cake here every other week. There is free parking at the multistory park on Thursday and Friday evenings after 6.30 and it is very convenient to get to Jamm from level 3. Now and the we've found the premises closed on an evening and had to go to M&S cafe instead.

Had lunch here during a shopping trip to Enniskillen. A good selection on the menu. Main meals were all priced at £6.95 which I thought was reasonable.It was fairly busy but still managed to get a table to seat 8. I would visit again.

Pop in here quite often for something to eat. Food is nice and good value.Only downside is the staff, extreamly unfriendly, neither a " hello,please or thank you" was said to me when I went to pay for my food, just " 8.57" , such a shame that the unfirendly rude staff are letting this place down!

There was a great choice of food to choose from - something for everyone! Food was delivered to the table and tasted just like the roast chicken dinner I ordered with good selection of veg on the plate and a smidgen of stuffing like I requested. Food was piping hot and service was good, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, price was OK and I managed to resist the desserts. Next time I might go for ice cream as its supposed to be very good!

We went into Jamm restaurant yesterday for some lunch. When we got the food to our table, it was on the cold side which spoiled it for us. The food seemed to be tender but they could do with making sure that it is kept hot. Some of the staff were very friendly and then a couple let it down when they barely spoke let alone smile. Plan to give it one more try to see if there will be any improvements.

Liked the choice and was reasonably priced too. Big enough to meet friends/family and enough choice to please all.

oh my god, had the tubs of ice cream in here and the ice cream was so so so nice. The selection is unbelieveable and they have lovely sorbets and ice cream and its very well priced. 3.50 for a large 3 scoop tub and it is delicious. Definly try a scoop or two if your in this shopping centre. YUM
