£5:20 for two cups of Tea that roughly comes out at £75 per Gallon and you think Diesel is expensive, well they won’t be conning me again

Fantastic bargains & I love the fact kids eat free wen spend over £4 .

Tuesday 31st January 2023 - 14:20 Nice store and food hall. I’ve ordered a few things and collected them in store; I’ve always found the staff to be helpful & polite. My only gripe about this store is the cafe. I think the food is overpriced. Whether it’s busy or quiet I find I have to wait an unnecessary amount of time to get a hot drink. The staff are nice but they always seem so unsure about what they are doing. Today I asked for a black americano and was asked if I wanted hot or cold milk with it, it’s like they acknowledge you but don’t really take in what’s being said. My other minor gripe is that they have these lovely cups and tea pot but it’s matched with a white saucer that doesn’t fit/ match the cup…attention to detail makes a difference.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Valerie in the grocery department last Saturday morning, we couldn't find an item we were looking for, Valerie went off to check the stockroom and brought us back 6, she went above and beyond, customer service at its finest, we'll back again, thanks Valerie and M&S

To day my husband and I went grocery shopping to marks and spencer in Eniskillen. For something special, my age and health are against me felt my self getting weak . Said to husband I will be back in a few minutes don’t like a fuss . Went out grocery door seen a chair just inside the café. I’ll sit for a wee minute come back to myself , amazing member of staff came over and asked was I okay, said just taking a breath husband is finishing the shopping. May I get you a glass of water or maybe a cup of tea, just want to thank Joe for being so caring. This for me is why Marks and spencer is so special never be able to replace Joe and his experience in life he truly has a great way with customers. By the way Best cup of tea ever. One of the best cafes with great Riverside location

Had two arms full of product, shirts, pants, underwear, jacket, shoes approx £400 worth nobody interest in talking my money so I walked away, what ever happened to serving the customer. Staff are slow and not interested. I went down to Clark's shoe shop meet a lovely young lady and spent £330. Please wake up I deal with people every day and really don't understand bad customer service.

Dropped in for a quick coffee, self service which was OK, food good, value not so much, tables were very dirty and generally untidy restaurant area, maybe due to low staffing levels more than anything else, but generally OK. Staff were nice and helpful

Was in Enniskillen food shop yesterday & the man with beard that served me was downright rude & horrible. Didnt want to touch the money bag I'd change in & shouted 'I'm not touching that'. He needs to be brought to attention on how to have manners & be nice to customers.

Great service, lovely ambience in the cafe and good food. It's easy to stop off here while doing your shopping in Erneside.

Very good spot for all your needs in underwear clothing would highly recommend this place for shopping

Quick service and a nice range of grocery items

M&S store in Erneside Shopping Centre is a good store. I visit whenever I get to Enniskillen. I enjoy light lunch in cafe, also visit Food Hall for grocery shopping. It also has a large clothing section.

Really good ! Used my daughter's voucher presents for winter gloves @ 30% off and got some great bargains in the food hall to stock my freezer . Wish I lived closer !

Watched two members of staff sniggering at a customer, one of whom was supposed to be serving me, he then handed me the wrong change. Maybe if you con concentrate doing your jobs instead of standing laughing at others maybe then you would give out correct change. So rude I was distguisted.

Music too loud in coffee shop where you go to relax

this M&S cafe is clean and the staff are fully attentive to their surroundings. Tables are cleared immediately people leave and they are helpful to their customers.

I love marks and spensers but find its very cold and hate tryg on clothes I take my mum who is not well for coffee she will only go there but the draft is awfull all year round Why is there know warm air???

Visited M & S in Enniskillen today. My daughter thought she had been given the wrong change and we went back to check. The sales assistant Siobhan Allister was very helpful & took time to check but unfortunately the change was correct it was just due to the terrible exchange rate M &S give to euro custimers.

I give 3 stars because our table is not properly clean. It's a bit sticky so it wasn't wipe at all. And one of the chair beside me is dirty. But my family and I still love this cafe and we visit here regularly. They have free wifi which is very useful for my daughter and toilet as well. These two factors are very important for me when eating out.

One of the smallest I've been in. Tho it has woman's and menswear, kids, foodhall and a café each department is quite small and wouldn't have a great selection. Other stores in the centre have an upstairs section and I feel this m+s could benefit from doing the same if it was possible

Disappointed with the range of clothes in women's department. Was looking for shoes and the ones I liked the strap was far too loose

Wife and I were shopping in Mark’s and Spenders. Thought why not use the Cafe for a snack at lunch time. Nice selection of convenient snacks and coffees to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful to customers with young children. Lovely views overlooking the river Erne and traffic passing by.

I guess M&S is in Brexit mode by trying to rip off the Southerners with Euro notes to spend. I went to the till with a £6 item, today's exchange rate should mean it was €6.75 (€1.15 - £1). M&S rate is a WHOPPING €1.67 - £1, which meant they wanted €10 for my £6 purchase 😤 It's not like they're already overpriced but that is really taking the %$#@. IF YOU'VE GOT EURO, AVOID BEING THE VICTIM OF A CHECKOUT RIPOFF AT M&S!!!!

Not a great selection of decent fashion . Rather fuddy duddy.

Went for something to eat in the café there, it's absolutely disgustingly dirty, the decor looks dated and matches the overall cleanliness. I used to frequently visit, I had not been in a while and it will not be returning. What little food on was on offer was okay, but again plates and cutlery need replacing, not cleaning!. The staff are for the most part friendly and do try to help. But something urgently needs to be done.

Good choice of vegetables, cheese and fish. Staff very helpful. It's my favourite place on a Friday night

Decent sized m and s in the erneside centre

Always a pleasure to visit M&S this store compares with the best. Lovely having a cuppa without leaving the shop. Worth a visit.

Seems to be plenty on-offer food-wise, but the clothing selection seems to be mainly targeted towards older customers. Also not too cheap either, so if you're planning on shopping here, you'd better remember to bring a little bit of extra money.

Great store located within erneside shopping centre with a lovely food hall and tea area.. we had a sandwich and cuppa tea looking out on the river and water fountains and traffic going past. They have some gluten free options like gluten free sandwiches and scones and brownies etc all packaged seperate and safe.

disappointed on my two most recent visits, had ordered off the website for click and collect, when I visited the store on the specified collection date given via email, the items had not arrived on time and I was told it would be a few more days. I returned as soon as i could, 10 days later after the first visit, to learn that the items arrived however they had returned them as i had not collected on time even though they had not arrived on time in the first place they could have at least held on to then for a few days longer. The lady at the register was not too helpful and asked me to phone the helpline. I did so when I returned home and tried to organise delivery again however was told items were returned to warehouse and now out of stock. They compensated me with a small voucher as a goodwill gesture however was not good enough in my opinion, costed me 2 wasted trips and staff did not see too bothered or eager to help.

The most tasteless dry stale scone ever in the cafe. Good coffee tho and nice staff

Cheaper to shop in Marks in northern Ireland than the South where the exchange rate is outrageous

Staff not always as helpful and welcoming as they should be .The range of products both in food and elsewhere in the store is very limited and often disappointing.With so much cross border trade in the town M&S have an excellent opportunity to add value to the shopping experience in the shopping centre but sadly customers feel let down by Marks.

We only had a bun and a cup of tea but had the usual courteous friendly service that we get in our home town in England. The out look was lovely looking at the fountain in the river. Everything in M & S is always a good standard.

Great for picking up food for a picnic. Good for veggie options. Unfortunately Enniskillen store is not good for Gluten free. Though M&S usually Brilliant for Vegetarians and Gluten free

This is horrendously disgusting this café. The staff don't show any care in what they're doing. The tables don't get cleaned unless the customer cleans it before they sit down to have their meal. I will definitely not be back in this café.

Staff are so friendly and helpful

Mi amplia y llamé aquí para una tarde almuerzo rápido y refrescos. Ambos opciones eran espantosas. Elegí la cerveza maltratada 'pescado y patatas fritas y mi esposa la ensalada caliente de salmón. El pescado y las patatas fritas parecía ser una comida preparada en una bolsa caliente en un microondas. Que nos aventuramos en la incomible y comida de mi esposa no era mucho mejor. M&S café sería mejor concentrarse en las cosas sencillas de la vida, tales como café y tartas y dejar la comida que ofrece más complicados para aquellos que tienen tanto el equipo y la experiencia para servir comida que no mueva rápidamente de la placa a papelera.

Estaba de visita en Enniskillen y decidimos almorzar en Erne Centro Comercial.

Cafetería estaba bastante concurrido, pero el personal era rápido para servir a través de cajas. Agradable y servicial y conocedor de variedad de comidas ligeras. Se ofreció a llevar mi bandeja a mi mesa, ya tenía dos niños conmigo. Una de las mejores vistas desde cualquier cafetería creo que he estado.

Not the easiest place to get into also didn't find it very comfortable but food not too bad really, spacious.

Todas las mesas estaban sucias (sobre gratis una docena). Yo mismo tuve que mina clara y limpia. Afortunadamente tuve un montón de tiempo ya que llevé a mi esposa a unos 15 minutos en llegar desde el mostrador 2 cafés. Probablemente el peor equipo organizado cafetería en Fermanagh. Las vistas son estupendas.

Was here on visit with friends for lunch at 1.30 we ordered two things on the menu we was told thay did not have them fish @chip @ham salad. so we just got one sandwich and that was not fresh.Have be in the restaurant business for 30 year's this place needs a good shake up will not be back again

Escondido en la parte trasera de la tienda, decidimos probarlo, nos quedamos muy decepcionados. Muy poca variedad que nos llamó la atención, no te ayudan con la silla de ruedas o la bandeja, personal demasiado ocupados hablando de una boda, aburrido de visita, pero con buenas vistas de la fuente

Restaurante agradable con una buena selección de sandwiches, sopas, té y café. Me gustó el café y los pasteles.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Food was amazing and not too experience! A great lunch and snack selection. Tea and coffee great. Toasted sandwiches were amazing! Sandwiches were excellent too! They don't taste like shop bought sandwiches they are the best ever! Cakes and tray bakes were lovely too

We were visiting Erneside Shopping Centre and decided to have light Lunch at M&S The Sel Service Cafe was busy but not crowded at 12.45pm.The food selection varied from Sandwiches, panninis and other food for heating, juices tea and coffee. Soup etc was also available.The food was good and the dining area bright and well ventilated.An excellent stop for a quick snack or light Lunch.

We love M & S cafes. We always have their clotted cream, scones and jams. They do three types of scones and that suits my other half who likes the Devon ones, I like the fruit ones. The whole meal is always consistently good. We were back in the Enniskillen café recently. Staff were as friendly as ever. I like my Cappuccino extra hot and the lady had no difficulty in making one for me. The atmosphere in the in the café is very relaxing and there are grand views of the river

I was here around my birthday and I had noticed the mug I had my drink in wasn't even washed it was covered in stains, I spoke to a member of staff and they didn't even seem to care about this. I was quite upset over this mug being dirty.
