Costa in Fermanagh

Service was pretty slow only one till so the line moves very slowly. But the coffee and food was great.

My Daughter & my Auntie came hear today My Auntie got green tea me & my daughter got hot chocolate milk shakes very nice.

Trying to use the UK Costa app is impossible, like they pretend Enniskillen is in the republic !!!! and I need some republic app !!!! and then they decide they ARE in the UK when I try to pay in euros. What a shower of funts

Limited choice but what's available is very good. The staff were very friendly and polite.

We visit this coffee shop when visiting Enniskillen. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy for a coffee before heading up the town to many lovely shops.

Shocking service, mocking staff due to ignorant staff, particularly because she didn't quite understand that ignoring a customer twice was viewed as offensive. Perhaps she was struggling with an accent different to the usual but racism/bigotry is alive in kicking, even for those of us with white skin. If you come from another part of the UK prepare to be mocked.

Regional store managers taking up table for 4 seating and leaving paying customers having to split their group. Usually they use to sit in corner out off sight using one person table.

Lovely coffee shop, friendly and cheerful staff. Nice variety of food and drink on offer. Plenty of seats available.

The tomato and mozzarella panini are the children's favourite. The staff are well trained and very pleasant people.

Coffee not great. They insist on putting on the plastic lid even though I wanted to save on plastic use. Staff very friendly though.

If your a coeliac fofget it, o chocolate brownie is your choice, typical chain cafe attitude, stay away if your a coeliac, plenty of cafes cater for your needs

As always, coffee is a bit cold, expected with Costa though, but the one in Penko has LOVELY staff and very fast. Also with an outstanding out door seating area, would recommend to anyone.

I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews. Costa Coffee - Erneside Shopping Centre - Tuesday 13th December 2022 - 13:45 Entrance is on same level as shopping mall and there are no doors. Nice Coffee. Any time I go by here it’s always busy. Staff are polite, friendly and efficient, you certainly don’t have to wait for your coffee.

Tasty cakes but the coffee was a bit bland. I had a large Mocha. Would only have a medium next time. Good quick delivery, visited at 10am

2 prices for each food item depending on whether you sit in or take out. This has reduced my scoring. The staff seem knowledgeable but the coffees I've received on a few occasions have not been to the same standard each time. I like a strong coffee, the coffee here is not strong unless you order extra shots which is disappointing as I can go to a rival brand and actually taste the coffee without need of adding extra. It's not a bad place but there is definite room for improvement.

We were just at Costa and the service was terrible. The only person truly doing his job was a young person cleaning tables. The girls taking care of orders was a total unorganized disaster. We waited in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee and couple hot chocolates. The signature Toblerone Hot Chocolate was sold out. What a total.mess.

Hot chocolate was cold when it.came to my table I asked for it to be brought over because I have a disability.Everything else first class.

Got a large Latte and a cake. Latte was week basically a cup of hot milk and the cake was dry on top from sitting out to long. Disappointed.

I like the coffee here. Last time I was in they were very busy. The guy clearing tables apologised for not clearing our table quick enough! He was very pleasant. I just don't like having a relaxing coffee in the middle of a busy shopping centre otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Waited in a queue for about half an hour, not because it was so busy, but because they were so unorganized. Staff members barely moving around, you can see that they are lacking experience - making coffee, spilling it out and making again; a girl at the till taking orders and telling them to barista - why not print the order, where barista can make 2 or even 3 orders at the same time, but now they forget part of the order, asks a girl at the till to repeat it - such a waste of time. I wanted a cappuccino with cherry syrup, but they refused to make it - explaining that they use cherry syrup for hot chocolate only. Since when coffee shops don't make custom orders anymore?... And last but not least - after waiting for so long, not getting the cherry syrup I actually wanted - coffee wasn't make properly - milk was highly overheated, I could taste boiled milk taste and there was no proper frot as cappuccino suppose to have. So not only wasted my time, also wasted my money for undrinkable coffee. I worked as a barista myself several years and I know how things should be done. I only will say that this place should seriously think about better training their staff and about customer service. This was my first and definitely last visit here. There are far better places to go to get tasty coffee, where staff will actually try their best to make a coffee you want.

Was with my daughter today and decided to call into Costa for a coffee, shocked to say the least...we had a 2 male member of staff today serve us and was nothing but rude, was deciding on what to order and he just looked at us as if we were 10 hours when we only took 20 seconds or so to choose, we were reading the board to see what they sell, that’s what it’s for. The other boy then made my coffee and I asked for milk and he turned his head in my direction and gave me the dirtiest look and said “yeah that’s what I said” in a very angry tone. I instantly turned bright red, me and my daughter felt very embarrassed and appalled, we actually feel very offended. The other girl that was on today who we were paying was very lovely and very generous. I get we all have bad days and we don’t always like going to work, but you should never treat a paying customer the way we were treated today.

The staff and restaurant were so well organised regarding covid 19 restrictions with customers flowing through with ease and with the seating well spread out we could sit in comfort and enjoy our coffee.

It’s absolutely fine and average. Despite being in the United Kingdom, however, they do not accept a UK Costa card. Why?? Because they are an Irish franchise! Yup franchised from the republic. Go figure. Anyways coffee fine, cake exactly what is served across the UK and ireland. Annoying about the Costa card though. Bah humbug.

In for toasties and hot chocolates with 2 young boys, queue long and staff dont speak to you until you need to pay. Not my 1st bad experience in this coffee shop. Train your staff on how to be polite and professional

The place people like to be seen in not great coffee over priced , service could be better, don’t know why people sit around here because the chairs and tables are of a poor quality.

The one I went to was in Enniskillen. It's ok but their coffee is quite bitter which you notice if you're having black coffee. No privacy here as it opens up to the shopping centre walkway.

Love Costa. Best of the high street coffee houses.

I find Costa's coffee hard to beat. We called in for a light lunch and the food was lovely. It is a little in the expenside side, though.

As the title says, great coffee but. Not suitable for lunch. A toasted sandwich consists of a squashed pale couple of slices of bread with a thin layer of filling. No salad garnish. Very unappetising. However coffee is great.

Popped in to get takeaway cappuccino's before going to car, was dealt with a lovely young lad. When asked to make sure the milk to be nice and frothy, he obliged. The coffee was delicious!!!
