Stayed for 2 nights and it was beautiful. The hotel is cosy and inviting. The room was fabulous and the bed so comfortable. Just one slight problem, the mirror in the bathroom is set back from the sink, so hard to put on make up, shave etc. A small double-sided mirror on the wall would be a big improvement. The pool is lovely, equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi and indoor hot tub, steam room and sauna.

Romantic night away for a birthday treat, nice rooms although could do with smart tv for connection to Netflix etc, spa was disappointing as they allow families in and no real relaxing atmosphere as advertised sadly. Restaurant for dinner was ok, I had a chicken dish but this was poor quality, the steak was much better looking than my portion. Staff asked if it was a special occasion when we’re being shown to our table and I said yes a birthday and nothing was don’t about it, not even a slice of cake or a free drink. Breakfast was booked for a specific time and we had to wait 15 mins for a table which was disappointing. The hotel could do better for actual guests staying here rather than a few for all, slight modernisation of the tech in rooms would enhance business guests or anyone wanting to stay. The spa was the biggest disappointment, it’s just a pool and a couple of hot tubs nothing special and not relaxing with too many kids jumping around.

Exceptionally disappointing! We had a family celebration for 20 last weekend and the four course meal was such a let down. The starters were mediocre, the main course was bland and basic. And to top it all off the desert was dreadful. The brownie was cold and hard, I’ve never seen children not finish brownies before, they were so disappointed!!!! It certainly was not worth a fraction of the cost. This hotel needs to up its game if it is to compete with many high quality restaurants in the hospitality sector. We will NOT be back any time soon.

I recently stayed in the Manor House with my partner. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The gym and leisure facilities was brilliant. The staff really couldn't have been more helpful. The food in the Belleek restaurant was incredible, made even better by the beautiful view of the Lough at sunset. The Fermanagh Honey Brulé dessert would be worth the trip alone! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay recently. The hotel is majestically situated and this is equally matched by the beautiful decor and outstanding hospitality. We received an upgrade to a junior suite, with a stunning view over lower Loch Erne. The room was impressive, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed and a handsome seated area. We ate in the Cellar Bistro on our first night and we're so impressed by our culinary experience, good value and service, that we returned the next night when we had the same quality. The bar is wonderfully furnished with a variety of easy chairs and bar stools. The bar staff were cheerful as they mixed the cocktails that were reasonably priced and tasty. The pool and gym are well equipped and easily accessible. Breakfast was another treat, with a wide range of cereals, fresh fruits and cooked meals. I would have preferred a larger plate for my Ulster fry and believe that the potato bread should be fried and not grilled or toasted. For me, this was the only minor glitch. Well done The Manor House and it's super staff.

Manor House Hotel is the most amazing place to stay. My friend and I stayed 1 night for the Sip, Soak and Spa package and the experience was second to none. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us (especially the receptionists, the waiting staff and the masseuse Karen). The decor and grounds were exquisite and left us in awe at all the stunning beauty of it. The Spa facilities were so luxurious and relaxing. I had a massage by Karen who was awesome, so passionate about her job and ensured the customer was not disappointed and I most definitely wasn't. Her skill and technique was flawless. The food was divine, absolutely loved every meal from the dinner menu to the breakfast. There's not a single element of my stay that I could criticise. When I left I forgot that I had left my jewellery in one of the robes, I rang back and asked if they could locate. They did and very quickly and told me they would post them back to me. I was delighted and so grateful. I will definitely come back to stay here without question. I cannot encapsulate in words the experience of my stay here, you need to visit to believe it. The Good: First time - high hopes left feeling flat... The hotel was spotless. The bedroom was exceptional. The spa was great. The food (cellar bar) was very nice. The location was superb. The views breathtaking. Breakfast was very good, as were the morning staff. Not so good: The keys on arrival didn't work. Minor and sorted quickly. There was no hot water in the room (unfortunate and not ideal). How this issue was managed was dire. After proving we weren't making it up, we were told, "I'll investigate this," and that's the last we heard. Unwashed and tired of waiting for the issue to be sorted, we gave up and went to the cellar bar (somewhat late) to get food. On the way down the freezing cold stairs, we noticed that the hotel common areas were also quite cold. Tepid at best. (Possibly linked to hot water issues, we thought). On arrival at the cellar bar, which was cosy, tasteful, and roomy. It was quiet. Despite this, we were left without being acknowledged for over 10 minutes. I eventually had to go look for someone to get us a drink and the menu. (4 visible staff). The menu we were eventually handed was the dessert menu, so I then had to go looking for the mains menu. Then, after dinner, it looked like the bar was closing at 20:30pm. So we moved upstairs to the residents' lounge, passing a few staff along the way. That's the last contact we had with anyone , we had thought there would be someone milling around taking drinks orders, but no, so we went to bed early as we didn't fancy the bar. Come the morning, we expected at least a mention of the lack of hot water. But it was never addressed again, even at checkout. In summary, this hotel is beautiful, superb location, stunning interiors, comfy beds, good food, but... it suffers a lack of basic hospitality and loss of opportunity. In dealing with quite a big issue of no hot water, we were cut adrift. Left waiting for any update or offer of an alternative to not being able to shower. The issue was unfortunate, it happens, not dealing with it or making an effort to content the customers was unforgiveable and really let the place down.

As usual can not fault our short stay at the Manor House. This must have been our 13th or 14th stay in the past ten years. We even booked to come back again in October before checking out. Our two young children (4 and 1.5) absolutely love coming back every time. The TV in the bath is a winner for our daughter. The rooms are amazing, brilliant size, clean and always and abundance of clean towels, tea, coffee etc. All the staff are absolutely fabulous and go over and beyond. It was nice to catch up with Frances, Gérard and Tommy again whom we have got to know over the years. We look forward to seeing you all again in October for another break away from reality. We wish the new directors every success in the days and years ahead but hope they do not make too many changes to the Manor House as it is simply amazing. The Roy's.

We were welcomed by Erica on the reception desk who was a gem. We asked for a free upgrade which she accommodated but then we realised we wouldnt have a bed each so we stuck with the room we had booked which was a family executive suite. Check in wasn't until 4pm but our room was ready for 2pm and we were able to use the spa prior to check in which is becoming quite rare to find! Also check out wasnt until 12pm but you could stay in the spa after check in as long as you liked. A real treat!! Rooms: Large bathroom with amazing power shower. Huge bedroom with two king beds which were incredibly comfortable. Beautiful view overlooking gardens and fountain (which lit up at night). Food: Breakfast: Super selection. Silky smooth porridge was one of the best ive had. Also smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Lunch in Cellar bar...lovely food and so reasonably priced! Dinner was included....3 course meal in fine dining restaurant and it really was fine dining. Absolutely 1st class food. Couldn't fault it. Spa Treatment: Had a bamboo swedish massage. Never experienced this before. It was very different and I loved it. Usually in a spa, it is difficult to get a massage that is firm pressure but Linda listened to what I wanted and it was probably the best massage ive had in a spa. Relaxation room after was lovely. Leisure facilities: Loved the outdoor hot tub and indoor jacuzzi. Good sized steam room and sauna. Nice pool but a little small. The Leisure area is probably the only place I could find fault....a little dated and apart from 3 (heated!) loungers...no where just to lie and chill. Staff: Were all so friendly and helpful. We got an absolute bargin, winter warmer deal: £165 pp for 2 night stay with breakfast and 3 course evening meal and £30 credit. Loved every minute and will definitely be back!!

Hi, My wife and I returned from a two night stay at the Manor House. I’d like to start by saying that the hotel and surroundings are absolutely lovely! The staff at breakfast and the food were also lovely! That being said the room wasn’t so lovely. To start when we arrived it felt like we had been thrown up into the attic. We arrived to the room and there seemed to be a crowd of housekeepers outside the door. When we went in we could straight away hear everything that was going on outside (passing traffic, water fountain, wind etc). That aside when we got settled I was on trip advisor looking to see if anyone had talked about use of the spa. We weren’t sure that we had access to the spa as we didn’t have robes in our room. I phoned reception early evening and asked if robes should have been left in the room and they said yes and that they would have them sent up. These did not appear! We said to house keeping the next morning who told us they would try and get us some but they hadn’t arrived back in yet! The following morning, as our breakfast was booked for slightly later (10:30) we decided to lye on. We were woken just before 9 by what seemed to be a housekeeping gathering/meeting outside our door. Other points on the room were that the towel radiator in the bathroom didn’t work nor did the main light in the room itself. Just small things that I feel should have been working in a 4 star hotel. On our second evening it was quite stormy to the extent that again we could hear all the that was happening outside. Also I was woken several times in the night by the wind humming through the window frames and something squeaking on what seemed to be the roof. It’s so frustrating when you come from a stressful job to somewhere to relax and don’t get a good nights sleep. The wind was coming through the window that much that you could feel the draught and the curtains moved. After been woken up several times durning the night, to top it off we were woken again by what sounded like a delivery lorry reversing at 7:30am. The hall on that top floor also could do with some sort of heating because you can feel the cold as soon as you come out of the lift I myself am a school teacher and my wife an A&E nurse and I must say we were disappointed with our room. We just didn’t have the relaxing stress free stay that we had hoped. When we went to check out I was waiting for the receptionist to ask me how our stay was so that I could tell her. She did not even ask!! Hence why I have taken the time to write this email. (room 610)

Back to the Manor House for another family break. As usual a warm welcome at check in with efficient and helpful service. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We slept very well despite daily weddings! I would have to note my concerns re mask wearing throughout the hotel. Staff were generally excellent but guests and in particular wedding guests were milling about public areas with no thought of masks or fellow guests. On the subject of staff I have to commend the enthusiasm and helpful attitude of the mostly young and somewhat inexperienced staff. We ate twice in the cellar door bar and on both occasions thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with good food and service. Overall an enjoyable stay and looking forward to a return visit.

Called in to Manor House hotel for a late lunch, apart from a bottle of hand sanitiser by the entrance there was no PPE worn by the staff who constantly got far too close, the plate that my food was served on was black in colour, I think this helped to disguise that it was also dirty, the toilets had not been properly cleaned, yes they had done the basics like cleaning the toilet bowl but they had not cleaned the doors, walls, cistern, handles, dryer etc. All of the waiters are young people, mostly teenagers, if they catch the disease it will probably be just like a summer chill, I am 70 if I get it, it will kill me, will I return NO not now not ever.

Maybe the issues have been sorted now but we waited 1 hour 15 minutes for our starter accompanied by like warm white wine. The waiter who was experienced seemed embarrassed by this service. The food was good but over 2 and half hours for the meal was a bit slow. I will try again as this is a really good restaurant with fantastic staff with a few post lockdown issues.

The second night it did improve. The food was a bit of a disappointment however. We actually ate out the second night because of it.At breakfast, people either side of us were disappointed at the quality. The family were celebrating Mum’s 90th birthday and it was truly a memorable occasion. The hotel was lovely, the food was delicious and the staff were amazing. They made Mum feel so special and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back.....well done and thank you Manor House.

Visited here as part of a group. Had booked by telephone but when arrived a waitress told us there wasn't a booking for us. The waitress give us a menu then told us we couldn't order from the other menu. When we looked into the poi t of the other menu it turns out the standard/typical menu is not available to larger groups (there was 9 of us). The waitresses attitude was very off putting and we were considering leaving. A young man who I assume was the manager (dressed in black suit, dark hair and had a beard). Came to our table and was a real pleasure and a credit to the hotel/restaurant, so a big well done to him. He couldn't do enough for us and was great with the kids. The quality of the food was good, not a large quantity of food on the plates (if that's your thing), service was quick, the atmosphere in the cellar is very nice but we did think it was a little expensive for what you get on the plates (but the quality is good). If you are staying at the hotel or passing it is worth a visit but I wouldn't be travelling out of my way to it for lunch.

We chose this venue carefully for a reunion after considering the Lough Erne resort and Killyhevlin. What a wrong decision! We were really disappointed by the attitude and unprofessionalism of the member of staff dealing with us. One member of the party had dietary requirements which had been explained to staff when booking and were indeed typed on the page when we checked in for Afternoon Tea. As soon as it was delivered to the table, we tried to explain that the top layer of the cake stand had not been altered to cater for the dietary needs. The waiter was arrogant and unhelpful and tried to tell us it was fine ... there was only a little of the allergen in it !!!! HOWEVER, “A little” would be enough to send for an ambulance!!!!! In the end the member of our party only ate bread products.... nothing sweet was suitable. This lady has had so many positive experiences in other hotels and even gave the waiter an example of what she could eat e.g a shortbread biscuit, but nothing arrived! The pots of tea were cold after about 20 mins and one of us eventually got a fresh pot when we more or less pleaded for it. We have never complained in our long lives and have done lots of eating in lots of establishments! What a shame our reunion was spoiled by arrogance. Thanks to Ollin Beattie being so understanding and lovely, we got a reduced bill. A true gentleman.

I am not sure what has happened to this hotel since last year but it has changed not for the better! The reception staff are very unfriendly, a smile would be nice and a helpful attitude would be good..The room was far too warm with only a desk fan to try and cool it, we had to run it all through the night so sleep was not that easy. We dined downstairs in the restaurant bar which was very very disappointing indeed! Service was slow and unprofessional, the food was terrible, the chicken strips that one of the children had were so tough and over cooked he couldn’t eat them! The other child’s pizza/ flatbread was microwaved and horrible. My steak was not cooked the way I had asked and was well done and not very nice. I really can’t believe the awful experience we had after a lovely stay last year hence our return. Simply disappointed.

Myself and my husband have stayed in Manor House a few times, mostly as wedding guests and once with our daughter who was a baby at the time. It had previously been a good place to stay and I had found the staff very friendly and helpful. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s so clean and the food was fantastic. We are booked for our friends wedding next month (August) and we have a 6months old baby who has some health complications and can’t have him too far away from us, so we need to bring him and our nanny to take care of him. I called to book an additional room so that my son so we could be close to him as and when he needs us, the “front of house manger” Siobhan took my call... her lack of manners was disgusting and her obnoxious and entirely patronising attitude was disgraceful, she has really disgraced the brand of the hotel with this terrible attitude. Rooms are available but can only be sold for a two night stay and even changing my already booked room to a suite or something to accommodate all of us is also not an option. There was absolutely no way of working around this, not one suggestion was offered and everything I said was answered with the exact same response, “we can only sell rooms for two nights” just on repeat. When I asked to speak with a manger, this lady claimed she was the manger... when asked to speak to the actual general manager... it was just as simple as, he’s not here. I wouldn’t even tell the bride this is how her guests are being treated ahead of her big day, she choose this hotel as she clearly has such confidence in, what a dampener that put on her upcoming wedding. This is my first experience being treated so poorly by a member of staff like this, my husband and I are considering cancelling our current reservation and staying in the Lough Erne which we go on a regular basis and is quite close by, the staff always go above and beyond to meet all requests and are so pleasant and welcoming... I highly recommend it! We need to be close to our son.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Manor Court and it didn't disappoint. We had a beautiful room with modern fresh decor and a tray of delicious treats and a lovely card wishing us happy anniversary-much appreciated. Food was good and flavoursome but menu needs tweaked especially desserts. Breakfast was served to order and buffet was excellent plenty of variety and very healthy. All staff are excellent very professional friendly and helpful. Its a fabulous location and we will return soon.

Wedding anniversary and had stated this in the booking. Despite this put us in a disappointing (small) room overlooking precious little. After a word at reception was quickly moved to a beautiful room with views over Lough Erne. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, would use again. Beautiful, grand setting.

Called in during week ended up eating in the bar as bistro no available tables . Started with the sharing platter ok then had seafood chowder and also fish and chips both very nice . The problem with the bar is the dark walls and old furniture it was a sunny day but if it was not it would be fairly dingy and dark inside.

I recently visited the hotel for a work conference, it rates as one of the nicest hotels in one of the most beautiful locations I have visited in many years. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and the view was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, not in the impersonal way of city hotels, which made the interaction seem warm and personal. The restaurant served food of a much higher quality than I have typically come to expect in Northern Ireland. The interior of the hotel is simply magnificent, it is worth visiting just to marvel at the architecture. From a business conference point of view, it was a wonderful venue as everyone in the company felt that it was a significant treat to spend time in such a special place. From a budget point of view, the prices were very reasonable. An easily overlooked place is the bar in the cellar, it is also really worth visiting, it serves food in addition to a good range of beers.

Appaling. Foodwise; the taste poor, lacking freshness and also portions poor, for such to be high standard of food, aswell as such asking price. The food also took its time on arriving, hasnt a touch on the surrounding Fermangh eating Destinations. In terms of Atmosphere; very dull, also get the feel workers are not happy in their job.

We were seated at 3.20 PM and gave our order almost immediately which was for one sandwich and 2 cups of soup. The waitress took our order and 2more tables at the same time. Both of the other tables were served their lunch and we were still waiting. This was 3.50pm . We then observed 3more tables being occupied and served and we were still waiting. My husband went to the counter to check how much longer we had to wait for our order of 1 sandwich and 2 cups of soup. He waited for almost 5 minutes before speaking with a counter assistant who said it would be a few minutes. At this time my husband noticed our 2 cups of soup sitting on the counter and going cold. At this point I told my husband we would have to leave as we had to meet up with family. The assistant offered no apology or anything. So our experience was not good

Queued for over 35 mins for coffee on Halloween evening. One barista making the coffee and the only other server had started that day. Probably the busiest day of the year. All food and snacks, bar two, were gone. Well done for maximising profits on your busiest days. Bad management!
