Poor server Between offering toast with no butter and telling us to get our own tomato ketchup (after being asked to sit down and await for our order to be taken) I'd give the place a miss the next time, as im guessing the staff here are under too much pressure to provide a friendly service.

Amazing..... Food delicious. Staff fantastic, friendly and helpful. Our party of 11 had many different diet request, including vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian etc... We were welcomed, seated and a member of staff took time to go over their menu advising options available to meet all our needs. Potato & leek soup was really good, nice and thick with delicious wheaten bread. Do not pass this little gem if you are in Enniskillen town. Many thanks, Alice

I attended this cafe yesterday and was very disappointed with the food I received. I order potato and leek soup with a chicken and stuffing sandwich. The soup arrived and it could only be described as stodge - really thick and tasteless. I called a staff member and told her to take it back as it was inedible. The sandwich was quite nice. When it came to paying the bill I said I would not be paying for the soup. The staff member went in the back of the restaurant to consult with higher authority who insisted that I pay for the soup. Left with a very 'bitter' taste and I will not be returning.

Nice cafe with good atmosphere. Staff were all lovely. Menu looked good and my partner liked the options. But, we had to move on to a different cafe because there wasn’t any vegan options. Just feel like we’re past the stage of not being able to request a dietary requirement. With an upgrade to the menu and more consideration, would 100% eat here 👍

Popped in at 3:30pm and received glowering looks from staff when we entered the café. We asked if they had chocolate milkshakes to which we were directed towards the menu on the wall which listed flake etc as the 'chocolate' milkshakes available. It was made up hastily and unfortunately tasted of nothing but milk and cheap vanilla ice-cream. I wouldn't mind as everywhere has different methods for their milkshakes, but the negative attitudes of the staff who acted as if we turned up 2 minutes before close, and that the 'milkshake' was a poor excuse for melted blended up ice-cream require this review.

Really convenient location, good prices, GREAT coffee. Run by a really lovely couple as well, am a fan!

A fantastic menu, great quality food and lovely staff. It was very busy - always a good sign. I highly recommend this for breakfast or lunch or even a wee cuppa and scone

Really nice coffee shop/restaurant in the middle of town. We popped by for lunch while passing through. We sat outside and the staff came out to take our order. The soup of the day was delicious as were the sausage rolls of which they were three different varieties. Would definitely recommend you pop by here if your in the area.

Excellent friendly service with well made fresh tasty food. Really nice break from some fuddy Duffy sandwhich place down the road!

Stopped here for breakfast this morning and all four of us were wowed by their service, efficiency and fabulous food. I would highly recommend the full breakfast and would give them five stars for their fried bread alone. We will definitely be back

Visited today for the first time. Small and quirky. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Ordered eggs benedict. The best I have ever tasted. Love this place and will definitely return. Thanks ladies

Always stop at Snackz for years and its always very good. Food very fresh and easy from town centre.

Called in not very busy only had a tea and coffee with a slice of cake unfortunately the cake was not as tasty as it looked . The cafe is small inside but there are 4 tables with some also outside.

Looks cosy and cute but when you walk in you get the smell of shortcuts, the deep fat frier! Potato and leek soup was tasteless and gloppy, came with morsel of bread.The chicken and broccoli bake was 7.95 but no price visible, lucky dip pricing, tasted mediocre, had some sort of gloppy sauce.Once served at the counter, staff didn't once ask if everything was ok, they just nattered away as if they were at a bus stop. The toilet is outside, staff have to escort customers to it.My only regret was not going back to 'The happiness trap' where the soup is fresh and well made, and generous slices of home made bread for the same price as here, will never go back.

Stopped here for breakfast one morning with my two children.Lovely atmosphere tasty food and friendly helpful staff.

The welcome, the ambience and the food made this a memorable occasion. We shall certainly return. Contrary to one or two reviews the place was spotless and everyone helpful. The porridge was delicious and the full breakfast one of the best I’ve had. If you’re passing be sure to call in.

Small but perfect, great selection of good home made food. Lovely cales and scones a real gem. Ive eaten there a few times and am always happy with the staff their attention to detail and value

I mean really hard to find, we were planning on a quick breakfast this day of our vacation and it took us almost as long to find as we spent eating there, which was quite frustrating (probably made worse by our hunger). The place is small, so I can't imagine how crammed it would feel on a busier day. There are plenty of options available, we were both happy with our meals (quiche and omelette meal), coffee was good too. It was priced well and once we placed our order everything was quick, although we did have to wait for a bit to speak to someone.

We really enjoyed our lunch at this cosy cafe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had lasagne which was around £6. I presumed you had to pay extra for sides but this was inclusive of chips AND side salad!!! Amazing value and the lasagne was obviously homemade and delicious to boot. The cakes and treats all looked divine but we were too full to indulge.We will definitely be back!!!

Had breakfast here with family on 22nd March, it was delicious, Beautifully cooked and served really quickly, definitely recommend!

I must visit Snackz maybe five or six times a month, both with my boyfriend or my family members, and every single time I enter and leave satisfied. While it is small, it is not overloaded with decor or tables and chairs, it's just right. The menu has so much variety and the presentation of their food on display is excellent, as is the presentation on your plate. The staff are great, very friendly and very accomodating. Always look happy to work there which is something I look for. The food tastes brilliant and their portion sizes are shocking, in a good way! Their pricing is so cheap, for such good produce. One of my favourite places.

Lovely home cooked food served by friendly helpful staff. Well priced. Choose from scones and teabreds to soup, sandwiches, panini is and wraps, to stews, lasagne and hot dishes.

Good stop off when shopping in the town for a wee break. Food always good and service good. A few new faces since last visit.

One of very few of a kind nowadays-every kind of homemade pies, quiches, cheesecakes, lemon meringue, scones and the list goes on to include beautiful salad items.Free refills and friendly and prompt service .Extremely competitive prices in a charming coffee shop with character -Wish more independent owners would ditch the conglomerates who cover everything in plastic! Will def be back to snackz.Not to be missed if you’re in the area.

My partner and I both had the all day breakfast. This was ok but nothing special. My partner ordered tea and I ordered coffee. The coffee was barely drinkable

Excellent cafe for a meal or light snack. Space is limited however as this cafe is very small and when busy can be very cramped.

As a group of four friends, we decided to take a meal in this small cafe. We each ordered something different from a very surly girl behind the counter. It was 1130 am between breakfast and lunch but he staff were very busy chatting amongst themselves and did not appreciate being interrupted.

Me and my partner came across snackz after being away for a weekend away to Sligo. Upon walking in the decor and layout was small but very homely. When going to order it seemed like we were causing a fuse. My partner asked for soup and a toastie the lady server said I don’t know if we can do that , having asked every other staff member she came back and said we can but will cost more which we didn’t mind as that’s what my partner wanted. I then asked for a bagel with bacon and scrambled eggs which I thought wasn’t that much to ask for. The lady server seemed confused and said “you’re making this wild confusing , do you want the bacon cut up in with the eggs” (which I didn’t) I replied saying whatever is easier for yourself as she made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of all the other customers as it is a small setting. My partner and I took a seat and when we received our food it was what we had order and was quite nice, however you could tell the soup was put in the mIcrowave. Would have enjoyed more if I didn’t feel like we were causing them to go out of there way.

We happened to be in enniskillen just for a quick shop about and walked past this place on many occasions and never though to pop in !

We were over visiting elderly relatives and wanted somewhere friendly with a decent menu- we couldn’t have found a better place! They accommodated our large group of six which included 2 wheelchair users and a child without any fuss. The welcome was warm and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Snackz if you are in the area.

My boyfriend and I usually go to Cafe Nero, T2, Jamm and the likes for tea or breakfast / lunch, we were getting pretty bored of the same old crap so we took a dander into Snackz one day.. and we've been back 4 times already! Totally underrated little cafe. Gorgeous decor, very homely. Food is always displayed brilliantly both by the counter and when being served, environment is always exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too - they all look like they enjoy their job too which is a plus! :) Very friendly. This is our new favourite place.

While we were in Enniskillen we stopped in and we did enjoy the atmoshere and food. We travel to Ireland every two years and we look forward to our possible return to the Tea room.

I am on a bus tour and they dropped us in this town for a quick lunch. We stumbled across Snackz and had a wonderful lunch. I had quiche, we had soup and sandwiches. Everything was delicious. The people are warm and friendly. The atmosphere was delightful!

Called in for a quick bite to eat, ordered slice of rhubarb tart, what came out was a disgrace you wouldn't give it to your dog!! Splattered on the plate looked awful. Then trying to find a table was a hardship, one of the staff was sprawled out over the last remaining table and was budging for no one. Eventually one of the other staff came down and cleared a table, failed to wipe the table clean. I will not be back and will not recommend to family/friends.

Great place for soup, a sandwich, salads and homemade sweets. All made with love and served in this friendly shop. Convenient right next to parking and rest rooms.

Out in Enniskillen for the afternoon we were about to pass by this little Cafe when hunger got the better of us. We ordered an all day breakfast which included everything from toast to coffee. Service was excellent breakfast delicious. Bacon and sausages tasted like they had come from a local supplier. Great good with plenty of it cooked just the way mother used to. Nice atmosphere relaxed and friendly will visit again

Somos extraños de Enniskillen y noté que el salón de té, aunque fue después de las 5 pm los propietarios no importa sirve que estaban cerrando. Teníamos una preciosa taza de té y una bandeja de hornear dulces deliciosos y porción de tarta que era increíble Misa del gallo! ! Había un ambiente agradable y la comida era todo hecho a mano por Karen que era preciosa! ! La decoración era muy acogedor.

Una vez en la calle yendo aquí y yo y mi esposa tenía dos desayunos con capuchinos.

Enniskillen tiene una larga tradición de cafeterías y restaurantes independientes, pero en los últimos años la grandes cadenas se están mudando a la ciudad más y más.

Toda la comida casera y muy sabrosa. Servicio & válvula no ha cambiado desde el nuevo propietario. Hecho durante años y siempre me impresionó.

Enjoyed an all day fry up here today. Staff were extremely efficient and pleasant. Food was excellent value for money. Customers coming & going were treated so well it was cheery to see it. Hard to beat as an experience and good to see staff so happy during work showing such good teamwork throughout. Looking forward to going back to try some malteser cheesecake couldn't fit it in after the big breakie

Went for a snack with friends and found out the new owner, worked there when Vivien owned it. The quality hasn't changed & staff still very welcoming.

I had heard Snackz had changed hands so we decided to pop in for lunch and see what it was like. Firstly the service was fantastic, the girls were really attentive. I ordered the Caesar salad and although it was delicious there was not much in the way of 'salad' in it, it was full of chicken, bacon, croutons and dressing but not much lettuce or tomato, normally its the other way around! The desserts looked amazing, will be back to sample those another day. I was also offered a coffee refill which I thought was a nice touch!

Fantastic little place had lunch here the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sandwich bar was tastefully decorated although a little on the small side if sitting in. A great selection of food was available for sandwiches and it also does an all day breakfast at reasonable prices. Will be back here for a visit.
