Visited with my girlfriend had a very nice time and the staff are generally really nice and easy to talk to and really clean as well which is a bonus

The bar staff were lovely made me feel very welcome. Sean Paul Ryan and Jessica were so polite and lovely to talk to. Had a good catch up with an old friend and they made us feel so welcome .

We stopped in for one pint while travelling around the area on a Saturday afternoon in late July. We were served a perfect pint of Guinness by a really friendly barman.

A really friendly place to watch sports on screen. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Free nibbles at half time and£3 pints makes this an obvious place to go. My party of 6 managed to find a booth and a free screen which made watching the rugby enjoyed by everyone

Had a wonderful meal and great service couldn’t fault anything I will return again in the near future

We watched the Ireland rugby match in the back bar on Saturday and had a fabulous time. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere made it a great early evening's craic.

We are visiting from Canada and came in for lunch with a relative. The fish and chips were delicious, staff very friendly, and the pub was spotless....including the toilets. Would recommend!

The Devenish is a typical bar meal type place with reasonable food at a reasonable price, just the job if you are walking up the high street and want a bite to eat, but not for "Eating Out".

Dined in the The Devenish Lounge with 3 other friends Halloween Weekend. Food was fantastic. We had steaks and sea bass. All dishes were cooked to perfect. The staff were very helpful. Excellent service. Great to see Ann working in the Devenish Lounge - Great asset to any restaurant. Our meal was reasonably priced and overall we really enjoyed the evening. Had a cocktail and some coffees to finish. Would definitely recommend and will return.

We popped in for lunch this week, food was very good, tasty & fresh, plenty of it & great value for money. the 2 staff at the bar were both very welcoming & helpful, not just to us but to an elderly lady who was also dining with them. Sean Paul was a wonderful host - nothing seemed too much trouble. A vast selection of drinks & a wide choice of food all at reasonable prices we will be going back again when in Enniskillen for sure.

As the title suggests, yes, I am hard to please, so giving The Devinish a five star rating is quite something! We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Loved the decor, and background music. The staff were so pleasant, attentive, manerly and professional. All four of us loved our food. Chicken curry, roast beef dinner, turkey/ham roast, nachos. Cleanliness throughout was excellent and the toilets were spotless.

This was my first visit to The Devenish Lounge. It was fabulous both the food & drink. Service was very good also.

Went in for a snack got the 3 buckeymts for 11 pounds they really are buckets got gougons cocktail sausages and chicken wings food was gorgeous and don't shy on the food either

If you are visiting at weekends avoid unless you are aged 18-25 this is where the younger crowd meet before moving on. The bar is extremely busy and you will have to queue. You cannot hear yourself speak. Not a quite night out. However if you are young this is the place to meet other like minded people. Live music, its buzzing.

I have been twice now - once for a drink and they had an amazing gin selection - tried out a couple and they were delicious and I don't even really like gin - barmen were really knowledgeable and really friendly and spent time talking to us.

Called in the Devenish Lounge for a drink on a Sunday afternoon (5pm) after visiting Enniskillen Castle. The attraction was that it had an outside terrace facing the castle. It has several bars, all were very busy. We ran a gauntlet of some customers the...

Arrived one lunch time at the lounge, we moved to the attached bar area, with 2 kids it felt more like a place for kids.

food was great & that was just the start ... service was fabulous We had a lovely meal outside with our family & was checked on at 5 minute intervals to make sure we were ok - best & most attentive staff ever

Nous sommes venu dans lieu pour boire un verre et dîner et nous avons un peu déçu.La partie bar bien qu'un peu chère est correct sans plus nous avons vu beaucoup bien en Irlande du nord. Puis nous sommes allé dans le restaurant et c'est ici que les soucis ont commencé. Le service n'est pas très cordiale ( on ne peut boire un verre de bière pendant le service même en Irlande) , nous avons attendu un long moment nos plats. Le plat de ma femme baignait dans la sauce soja, il y en avait vraiment beaucoup trop . Les prix sont aussi largement au dessus de la moyenne. Bref une de nos seules mauvaises expérience dans ce pays.

Wir waren hier an einem frühen Abend unter der Woche. Von daher wenig Gäste. Bedienung war super nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen war rundum gut, klasse Sandwiches und eine sehr leckere Kartoffelsuppe.

Called in this evening with my husband for something to eat. We were very disappointed. We had a drink in the bar paid £5.10 for half pint of Guinness and a gin and tonic we were shown into the resturant given menus quickly. After our food was served no one asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. I ordered another gin and tonic it was £5.10 so a short walk to the bar next door the drinks are a lot cheaper never experienced that anywhere before. Food was ok but very over priced and staff attuitde needs to be addressed not the friendliest place in town. Much nicer places in Enniskillen to spend your hard earned money.

Was in here a few weeks ago and was very impressed. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Menu was very good with plenty of options. The burger menu was very impressive. Went​ for the Jack Daniels chicken burger. Was so tasty. Very impressive cocktail menu also! Service was quick, with the staff pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be back

Hadn't booked & was pleased they could accommodate 6 of us straight away 4 Sunday lunch, even though they explained a big party of 50 was arriving. Drinks order was taken promptly but not taken down correctly. Waitress also had a bit of an attitude, especially when I asked for wine menu. Then the food order was taken, which the starters arrived about 10min later. So far so good, until having to wait 30min or more for mains to arrive. Table wasn't cleared properly either as some of the starter plates still on table when mains finally arrived. Asked for extra gravy with my meal, but never appeared & ice for my drink, again was a no show. No one came near us (only to serve the food) to ask if everything ok or if we needed another drink, to which one of my party had to go up to the bar & order a drink. Again, the waitress (with an attitude) finally came to clear the plates from the mains & made an​ ignorant comment to one of my party, at this point really didn't want to stay much longer, but had to wait on a dessert. Rather​ than chance waiting another 30min for the next course we told a waitress to send it straight away. Asked if we'd like a spoon with our dessert, thought to myself how else do you eat a sticky toffee pudding??!! When requesting the bill, they managed to get that to us within 1min!! Food was adequate, basic & filling. It's the attitude of the staff that's a let down for this place.

Haven't been for a while but what a great meal from starter to desert it was fantastic. Spring rolls to start, rib eye for main cooked to perfection first class. Baked cod deserves a mention. Definitely one of the best meals in town.

Visited with my husband on a Friday night. We had no booking and were immediately seated at a table. The interior has a luxury feel and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The meal was lovely and staff very attentive. A very enjoyable evening.

Fantastic place, live music, cheerful and friendly bar staff and the food is top class, went on a Sunday for lunch with family, chef cooked burgers although not on the menu for a Sunday, staff couldn't have been more helpful and you are allowed ecigs in there too, which is a big plus for people who smoke them, fantastic place, highly recommended.

My partner and I stopped in at The Devenish while we were driving around Northern Ireland. Overall, it surprisingly had very good food, and the pub itself is very large so you didn't feel cramped.We were wandering in downtown Enniskillen not really know where to go, and happened upon this restaurant. It was open for lunch while many of the other places around were closed. We were seated very promptly and the bartender was very friendly.They don't really have any exotic beers on tap, it's just a traditional pub in that regard.I ordered a chicken sandwich which was absolutely delicious. It was fried chicken on a bun, and it's one of the best things I had eaten in Ireland.It's worth a visit if you're on the high street.

Had lunch here two days in a row first day had wings with dip on the side, a large portion and certainly wasn't hungry after them. Next day had the Devenish burger wow! Two burgers, bacon, cheese, topped with two onion rings with skinny fries on the side. Great food good sized portions well worth a visit.

Food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and quick also. The restaurant is well presented inside also.

Came here for food recently and was immediately impressed by the fixtures and fittings! VERY grande! We were greeted by a very friendly Waiter and he made our experience very enjoyable as well as the rest of the waiters including the bar men. Everyone here is very clued on with their cocktails and food. There must be good chef here because the food was extremely tasty. We had the cote de beouf and it was glorious. Definitely coming back!

After a bit of shopping my sister and I needed a bit of food and drinks.we thought the menu looked very varied.The Devenish came well up to expectations.Staff very friendly and helpful.we were in at tea time but there was plenty of people about.also lots of TV,s ,for those who watch football or F1.Our roast turkey and ham dinners were lovely.Cant wait to get back.x

We went for the huge coute de bouef steak and where told it would take 45 minutes to cook because of the shear size of the thing! But we didn't mind as the ambience in the restaurant was brilliant we had a few drinks and a bottle of wine with the meal which was delicious and seasoned to perfection. We stayed on for a few gins afterwards (gin selection was brilliant for gin lovers think there was almost 50 varieties). Staff very friendly and we put a few requests on with the musician who was playing the piano this particular night. Overall a brilliant experience & defiantly be back again!

After a busy morning ending at the castle, we were in need of refreshment, so we went up to the Devenish through the back entrance and smoking area.The bar was busy, with people enjoying drinks and food, but there was only a single barman and one waiter on duty in the main barroom.Eventually we got our drinks from the bar and ordered a meal. My partner had a tasty portion of chicken wings. I had a very acceptable toasted ham sandwich. Both helpings were on the generous side. Good pub grub.What made it for us, however, was the friendliness of our waiter, John, who seemed like a long-lost relative: happy, polite, friendly and helpful. When we had finished our meal and the lunch rush was over, he took us down the street to find a cellphone shop!Staff make all the difference. Happy memories.

Called into the Devenish Lounge on Tuesday last with friends for a meal. The waitress was very helpful and the food was excellent. It is a long time since I got a meal in Enniskillen as good. Service was good no waiting around and there was a great selection on the menu. Food was lovely and hot. Highly recommend for a meal.

I had not been in the Dev since January and it was nice to see the refurb.Bar service was slow and the heat was still stifling. Air con much needed and faster and more efficient staff

On holiday/attending wedding break. Staying in marvellous waterfront apartment but decided not to cook. This place was amazing. Great steak deal on offer and all meals excellent and cooked as requested. Staff so nice and friendly. Would highly recommend if in town.

We were at a loose end in enniscorthy bout 3pm on a monday afternoon. Dropped in for food but we were actually going to walk back out as there was only a couple of local looking heavy drinkers sitting at the bar. Got menus at bar and i was still dubious. Anyway we ordered a sharing platter, wings and 3 kids meals witha guinmess and wine. The barman couldnt have been nicer. Brought us extra sauces and fries without asking. Food was an excellent standars and portions were generous for the reasonable price. We pay £36. It was delicious and we cleared our plates. We moved seats and atmosphere was actually lovely. The decor is really nice and the staff are fabulous, realy couldnt say emough. We were just disappointed we couldnt stay for a night out!

Dropped in for lunch with the family; food was tasty pub fare, better than expected and good value. Guinness was decent too. Comfortable surroundings; and staff couldn't be more helpful. Enjoyable all round and would be happy to recommend.

Down in Enniskillen for a few days, perfect place for food and drinks. Food was really good and reasonabley priced! Lovely atmosphere and decor! Would definitely go back!Damien was a great host!!

The decor is absolutely outstanding and the cocktails are out of this world really well presented. The meals we all received were delicious (nothing was left). Definitely a jewel in enniskillen town.

Visited here on Sunday evening with family. Originally walked into the bar and were asked if we wanted to sit in the restaurant as there was 8 of us. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The menu is amazing, I couldn't decide what to order! The cocktail list is insane and many of them were made to perfection as a few were tested. Food all came out together and everything cooked perfectly. Very impressive for such a large group. I didn't order the burger but tasted it and it is one of the nicest burgers you will find. Highly recommend it or the fish bites. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I don't know what else to say, this place a gem. I travel up and down to Donegal regularly and will be detouring off route to stop here for food from now on!

Steven looked after us and had a great deal to put up with, this he did with great courage!! We had a great time, then went upstairs to the music, brilliant night xx

went here for a meal with friends and stayed for drinks, lovely bar and very well decorated. food really nice, and reasonably priced, cocktails were amazing, only negative is that its a very noisy bar, live music all evening, even when we where eating, couldn't have much conversation and age group of others there where very young, but I would definitely go again if in the area. staff are also very friendly and helpful.

OMG I've never seen such a sophisticated establishment as the Devenish, could not believe my eyes when I entered the place, decor was out of this world, from the amazing chandelier, wallpaper, floor tiles, large mirros, lighting and accessories, even the seating had crystal like buttons. The waitress Lucinda was the perfect host, very pleasant and polite, food was first class and so was the background music. I've never been in such a beautiful setting, everything was 100% and I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a first class dining experience!

Go here almost every week with the girls, cocktails are amazing. Place is classy with professional staff too - very very clean establishment.

Love going to this bar when I'm in town. Nice mix of visitors and locals. The bartenders are friendly and there's always a Great atmosphere.

Had a night out here recently with friends firstly we were blown away by the decor in the restaurant the huge mirrors and chandeliers had a real 'classy feel'. Myself and others had a few of the cocktails of the menu which were out of this world! The selection of drinks was very intensive not something you would find anywhere in fermanagh. The music and ambience was perfect for a Saturday night. The staff were highly trained and could answer any questions regarding wine and spirits, great hospitality even rang a taxi for us and told us when it was outside. Will definitely be back for no doubt another great experience!!

Decided to come here on Friday night as we had never eaten here before and we were not disappointed. The place is decorated beautifully and the chandeliers were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and could not have done enough for us. The food was great, nice big portions. After our dinner we decided to try some cocktail and the barman making them clearly knew his stuff, I would definitely recommend this place to any cocktail lovers. There was a singer in the background who was very good and the place had a nice relaxed feel. It might even be worth mentioning how clean the place was, even the toilets were spotless. It was not a place I had ever thought of going but I would definitely return.

Took my girlfriend there for Valentines, beautiful venue and cocktails are the best in town - music and food was brilliant - will be back.

Went here for lunch on Saturday and was taken back at the change in the bar since our last visit. I have to say what a great job they have done. All very glam and huge chandeliers everything black and silver very nite club looking and they have cocktails which we didn't have as it was too ea lay in the day. We stopped to have soup and toasties. The club sandwiches could have fed two people the presentation was of high quality and the sandwiches packed full also accompanied with salad coleslaw and sweet potato chips. My son opted for the roast turkey dinner which again was delicious. The soup was potato and leek which was piping hot and tasty. The service here was great and the waitress very friendly such a difference here compared to Francos perhaps Francois should take some tips from this bar/restaurant and as I said the food was exceptional. Well done folks!! The outside back of the bar has decking and seating along with flat screen TVs. The ladies lol was spotless. I highly recommend a visit here after a morning shopping. We will return again soon I hope.

Googled Enniskillen beer gardens and saw Devenish. It was a lovely sunny Friday afternoon at about 530pm when we entered this modern bar bistro. There were 4 guys at the bar. The place was very clean and tidy and strangely quiet for such a nice place at this time on a Friday. We had a pint each and went out to the south facing beer garden and sat in the sun for a half hour of peace. Going by the size of the place it must get a crowd at some time of the day, but it certainly isn't an after work bar! Saw a good pool table and a stage for musicians also.

Visited the Devenish yesterday for a bite of lunch and to watch six nations. Staff were great as was the food. Great atmosphere.

Me and my friends from Sweden were in Enniskillen for three weeks and we went to the devenish a few times. Nice staff and nice environment. It was mixed age there and that was pretty fun. I recommend this place if you like mixed age, cheap beer and live music!

A great mix of ages in here, good music and a nice atmosphere. Don't know why I've never been on a hen to Enniskillen. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

I have been going to Enniskillen for quite some years and have had a great time during them. The Devenish is a brill place and has built up a very good reputation. I has even opened a new restaurant next door called Jazzy's and this is a fantastic piano cocktail bar/restaurant. The atmosphere, the food, the drink, second to none. Great nights over the weekend. Poor food. Poor service. Restaurant smells of grease. Food didn't fit on the plate. Got fish and chips with peas, and when tried to eat it peas went all over the table - needs larger plates or less food. Beverage presented in a can. Not opened or poured or offered with ice. Waitress handled food and money without washing hands. go next door to Russell & Donnelly
