Ordered subway and there’s no filling in my sandwich

Didn’t get caramel sauce with choro

Badly made. Definitely wasn’t Cameron working tonight. BLT was as thin as paper and not toasted.

arrived still nice and warm and the carrier was nice

BBQ chicken and cheese toastie is amazing

Perfect sandwich 100% better than yesterday

Sub was cold but apart from that all good

Subway gave me the wrong drink.

Cameron was super quick in getting our delivery to us!

Half the order was missing and there was no way to contact anyone to receive the rest. The restaurant flat out refused to help despite stating that a new member of staff forgot to pack the items missing

ordered a sub way at 60 quid and items were missing asked the driver he said shop didn't give us them to ring the shop to be told he had stolen the food !!!! as he has done it B4 sort it out

Cameron made my Mrs Sarah her food and she loved it. I can not thank Cameron enough for his amazing service, he has made my girl very happy. I hope I can shake his hand one day. PS - Pay him more

It was freezing and drowned in sauce

didn’t even get half my order and the stuff i did get was completely wrong, rang subway and didn’t do anything about it. full refund please.

Through no fault of shop - driver walked to my gate and away again. Only I seen him and called him back for my order -not sure if I’d have got my food. But food is good - warm and correct - thank you Julia this :)

While I put on the notes for peppered cheese and also rang the store and requested same- they proceeded to put no cheese on my order. It’s not something that happens all the time, but it’s the reason I usually go to the store and collect my order.

Muffin out of date subway soggy did not enjoy at all

ordered for 12.10 so id receive the delivery on my lunch break, order arrived early while I was still in a meeting

perfect but they forgot the sauce for my bites. (no biggie)

Worst subway I have ever been to, took 20minutes to order because of the self service screen orders taking preference and when my sub had half a portion of steak in it and about 2 inches of the sub didn't have topping in it, I asked to top it up the server scrapped most of the topping from the sandwich from the middle over to fill it and said that was what I was getting. Very rude and poor service

Girl with ginger hair so cheeky and rude to us need better staff.

There was no sauce on the sandwich, it was not toasted, the cookie was barely cooked and the wrong crisps were sent. Don't think we will be ordering from this subway again. We have had a few bad deliveries in a row now.

There were items missing and it's not the first time

I got the wrong order sent. I spent £28 and you can’t get my order right.

I don't think they know how to read a docket, they messed up our order really badly. The customisations was completely ignored some of the original options like ham and cheese didn't have cheese. not following customisations is really dangerous because food allergies exist.

Took ages to arrive and was stone cold

food was absolutely freezing. put in with the drink and was all wet.

Everything in my order was perfect except for the red pepper it had a sour taste to it it spoilt the wrap for me slightly disappointed 😔

I ordered 2 subs, 1 sub came alright and the second sub had nothing in it. Not even as much as a drop of sauce. Even the driver took the wrong address and went up windermere.. horrendous!!

Since the introduction of the screens, quality and service have gone massively downhill. This is the third time I've not had a full order of ingredients - which is frustrating when I'm sitting down to eat 2 miles from the store. Salad was missing last time; seasoning this visit. Ironically I did ask before they wrapped and said everything was there. Staff don't seem to be following the instructions or there must be a disconnect between the ordering kiosk and what they're presented with on screen.

absolutely shocking quality. the bread was mushy as they had packaged ice cold drinks next to the sandwiches. do they even try anymore. the quality of subway is a joke. i dont think they give a monkeys. youd think if there was a big order you would want to get it right.

Sauce was put on a sub when no sauce was asked for and chocolate chip cookies were sent when white chocolate macadamia were ordered. Not impressed

The new ordering system is overly complicated and therefore slows the whole process down resulting in queues, frustration and a room full of unhappy looking customers. The time on my order slip from the machine was 1250, i was handed my order at 1317

4 items missing from order. Looks like items were taken from bag as sandwiches were squashed at the bottom. £30 for two cold squashed sandwiches. Was promised refund via store and it has since been denied through the app.

Went in and there are two self service machines. Asked could they take our order at the counter but no, they can't, it's up to you to try and navigate their EPOS system. Queue is ridiculous. It's clearly so they can prioritise the people using Just Eat but it takes away from coming to the restaurant and having to go through an ordeal just to get your order in. The place wasn't very clean at all, had to wipe down a table to get somewhere to sit. The staff have a rotten attitude. Got our sandwiches and both wrong, whether that's us ordering at the point wrong or them making it wrong who knows, can't be arsed arguing with snarky teenagers who don't want to be here on a Saturday..£14 for two poorly made 6 inch sandwiches with incorrect ingredients. Don't know how an elderly person is going to come in and navigate that order system, I can barely do it and am in my 30's and tech savvy. Not an enjoyable experience, entirely regret coming here now. Avoid at all costs, plenty of better subways where they take your order as they're making it. Very unimpressed.

Absolutely disgraceful no salad on my sandwich at all and the quantity of filling is very sparse

no salad or sauce on it, so basically cost 14£ for a ham sandwich. not impressed

it clearly says my house number on the order and the useless driver can't even get the house number right it also was saying 20.05 for the delivery but I never got the order till 25 past

They sent me the wrong food, and I don't mean one or two things on it were wrong, they sent me the entirely wrong sub, I ordered garlic cheesesteak to help with my hangover, i got a salad..

Order arrived 30 minutes late. Both drinks and both bags of crisps were missing from the meal deals as well as a dip for the waffle fries. Lucky to even have the sandwiches at this rate.

I ordered to the wrong subway, when I let the girl know behind the counter she was blunt and order full, she remade the order without me asking then tried to charge me £8 something, when it only cost me £4.32 on app, I then said I thought I was getting this as compensation, she laughed in my face and started waffling on about something, I said you have a bad attitude, she threw food in bin and told me get out, what bad customer service, she needs fired or some lecturing and not the first time I've experienced attitude in the lisburn subway, don't go, to the girl behind counter if your reading this I hope you learn something but people like you are too thick to even think they were in wrong.

Ordered salad using the new kiosk asked for double chicken got chicken and ham unsliced. Asked for mayo and everyone knows mayo first then cheese to stop it sticking to the box lid....nope cheee first then one wee tiny dollop of mayo which was.stucknto box lid. Was a take away so was 4 miles away before I opened it...Not good...staff unfriendly...atmosphere shicking

Uber eats never turned up got abuse down the phone. Do they not realise they hive name and make of car with registartion

Cold drinks on top of the subs so all cold. Sent a BMT and not a spicy Italian. Asked for no red onions and they came with red onions.

I have ordered twice this week. Both times the delivery time got later and later, and both times order was wrong. 1st order was missing x3 cookies I paid additonal for (Just Eat did refund this). Second time the cookie with meal deal was missing.

Wrong items delivered and i still havent recieved a refund after sending evidence.

i got crisps (3 packets) instead of my 12 cookies. this has happened twice now. if there is no cookies tell me before i purchase because i don’t like crisps and essentially waste my money.

The bread was really stale. No sauce on the footlong order.. vegetables tasted off. No cheese. Missing a cookie out of a pack of three and one cookie had been broken in half with half missing like someone had eaten a part. Really disappointed!!!!

Was in yesterday with a group of learning disabled adults around 3.30pm yesterday. The attitude of staff was diabolical. I have never ever received such a poor reception from any staff anywhere. To crown off the experience, I asked for a paper disposable cup for one of our group to drink her Fanta, a small request you would think, only to be told staff are not allowed to give out paper cups!!!!!! Won't be back, EVER

I have free deliveries and I ordered 1 foot long meal deal and it cost me £17.43. That’s crazy, now they add a £1.70 service charge and a £0.25 bag fee on to the order. The sub I received was bland, there was no sauce on it and it was cold. Complete waste of money for a sandwich.

I understand things missing from a sandwich but how do you manage to add to it i am allergic to sweetcorn my BMT was filled with it and the garlic herb cheese bites were so cold ice wouldve warmed them up id be embarrassed if i sent out what i receiv
