Subway in Lisburn

Oh dear Subway at the Omniplex in Lisburn. What terrible service and attitude from the staff and probably the worste sandwich ever served to me. Only wanted a cheese foot long and the girl made the sandwich with 4 slices of cheese only. This amount of cheese didn’t even cover the bread and she’d over lapped so there were big gaps of just plain bread. When I commented the cheese didn’t cover the bread she was saying, and her colleague chimed in ‘you can only have 4 lol!!! 4 slices is not sufficient for a cheese only sandwich, maybe as a topping on a tuna, but not on its own. At least spread it out evenly if you’re using 4 so the bread is covered!! Anyway, they were so ridiculous in their response and attitude I could only laugh at them. You couldn’t even get annoyed by the way they behaved 🤣. Just a refund and left. I took a pic of the stupid sandwich they were charging me nearly £6 for 🤣🤣. You can see only half the bread has cheese on it 🤣🤣. Well, I’ll stick to my local subway at Texaco in Lisburn. Their sandwiches are brilliant and they always give 6 slices of cheese at no extra cost!! They’re doing takeaway now too so I don’t ever have to waste my time at the omniplex on again.

Order wasn’t right and didn’t give me the correct things I originally ordered!! Clearly don’t take on what a customer wants

Cameron or the abstract sandwich artist as we are calling him! Needs to understand food goes along the sub not in a pile in the middle. Unfortunately worst experience in a subway ever had to deconstruct and rebuild my subway before eating.

Food and cookie was freezing cold

The food was stone cold and completely not toasted. Not worth the money!

Food arrived quite quickly just a pity everything was freezing cold & none of the dips arrived with the cheese bites or churro

do me a favour and tell your delivery driver not to smoke when delivering my food. cheers

Food lovely, only problem I asked for caramel sauce with churro but it was missing. That is the second time now. Thank you.

Food is good but more often than not missing items. This time 1 coke and 3 bags of crisps are missing. I understand mistakes happen, but how so often?

Food was delivered more or less on time, but sandwiches weren’t toasted, although I asked them to be, and my nachos came with a whole lot of jalapeños, even though I didn’t order them. Couldn’t eat the nachos at all.

The quality of the food was really poor, salad bowl had items in it that weren’t selected . Waffle fries came soggy and with something stuck to them- had to bin them. Very disappointed

Ordered three subways to get home and one not in bag so went back to have superviser say i stole a sandwitch to then find out they didnt ring it in my order then superviser just dam right cheeky shudnt be working with people shud be sacked and i will be taking this above his head talkihg to me that way infront other customers

Very disappointed got delivered food and sent me a wrong order and cold sandwich even a dog cant eat it,and they never even looked at Side note on order i asked southwest and hotsauce but they put it bbq sauce,is your staff dont know how to read??,I phone the shop speak with the Manager Natasha and she said they didnt have the copy of reciept so they didnt read the note!I worked for subway for over 3 yrs and i know that staff have the copy of reciept so they have to read and follow what order etc..,obviously you didnt traine your staff well never ordering here again nur to recommend this place!!!such a waste of money!!

ATTITUDE OF DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE SHOCKING!!!

forgot the cookies i had ordered. food cold and i ordered a 9 piece hash brown and only got the 6pice also forgot the sauce. very disappointed!!

Everything was made wrong. Like everything. Didn’t have meatballs so they rang us to ask what we wanted. We told them what we wanted and what was delivered was like a frankenstein of what we wanted. Like we couldn’t eat it. Genuinely a joke

Went in around 6 yesterday to order my usual steak melt to be told I was no longer able to select my choice of herb and cheese bread. The sandwich was threw together. Never asked what sauce I wanted or offered me any salad. When did these rules change. The 2 girls working weren’t at all friendly and continued chatting to each other while serving. My partner got the baller and it didn’t even include the peppers as stated on the menu Total waste of money. Won’t be back 😡

The staff attitude is terrible.

the staff was very rude and was giving dirty looks as we tried to explain that they skipped one girl in the line and started being very disrespectful and said she had to speak up

I received a different order to what I ordered my sandwich was right but I didn’t get the cookie or the waffle fries or the 7up instead I got the sandwich I ordered and another sandwich which was just ham and mayonnaise and a bag of quavers and a box of hashbrowns and some sort of flat white drink

Food was lovely, delivery driver was very pleasant and food was early.

Between the order and delivery time, it took 2 hours and 50 minutes to arrive. When it arrived, the sub was very tightly wrapped to the point of being squeezed together. The sub was stuffed into a small box. On top of this, the bread was hard. Will not be ordering from here again. Terrible.

this subway branch forgets something with every order. I've been in-store and witnessed it as well. the sandwich building is chaotic, they don't listen to them as you order and the store is filthy - more training and management required

Staff told us we couldn’t sit in as they wanted to mop floors and get ready to go etc even though it was 7pm and store closes at 9pm.

Walked in and told there was no sitting in I asked why and was told they need time to clean up 2 hours before it was meant to close and they said they wanted to leave early

i wasn’t given my cookie which i paid for and it was on the receipt.

No Soap in toilets, reported to staff and told bluntly "There is none", explained I needed to wash my hands after using public toilet and that I'm Immuno-compromised , offered alcohol gel. I asked to use soap from their hand washing station at food counter, server allowed me access to come behind counter to wash hands however horrified to discover it too had no soap. If staff had no soap avaliable how do they wash their hands safely during food preparations and after using the toilet?Totally unacceptable,unsanitary and unsafe,especially with recent outbreaks of E.Coli surely staff should be more vigilant and must undertake some food hygiene training?.

Order was incorrect There was no pepperoni on the pepperoni slice. It had also gone cold The sub was not toasted whenever it had been requested to do so I was also short changed, ordered two packets of three cookies and only received one packet Not satisfied in the slightest.

Just ordered a subway which was meant to be ham, bacon and cheese and somehow the female staff member has only heard bacon and charged me full price! I think this is absolutely ridiculous how some people can't make a sandwich or use the hearing devices they call ears.... Will not be back #moyes out

Worst Subway in Lisburn. Subs are cold not even toasted. Always something missing. Never get the drink you ask for and they’re always warm.

Order was missing items, sub was not in the bread that was ordered, wrong items sent and what did arrive was cold and falling apart.

Sub arrived with no salad options that had been selected and without any sauce. very dry. Not impressed with quality of sub for the amount paid.

Order was 1 hour late and as the driver had to go back as he had the wrong order that is the restaurant fault and once we did get our order the food was cold the cookies where melted and the sandwiches was not toasted as we asked so due to all this I would want a full refund as this is unacceptable

Ordered on Thursday night. Only one guy working but he was super helpful. Great experience and brilliant vegan cookies.

Delivery was missing several items and my nephew received a flat white coffee drink instead of a chocolate milkshake. Cookie order was wrong too 🙄

Laughable at this point. Ordered 6 inch meal with cookie, nacho chicken bites + pepsi max and meatballs. Sent me Doritos and a bottle of Diet Pepsi 😂 literally couldn’t make it up.

I burnt my lip at this store due to how hot one of the sauces was. This should not have happened. Would not advise going to this store.

delivery driver so cheeky wouldn't come to my door stood at gate . we had no shoes on he said what do you want me to do , I went and took it off him which he made me take it out of his bag , he said this is shocking, he really has an attitude problem, then to top it off the food order was wrong , no drink , wrong subs made brilliant now a very upset family

The staff at this Subway is very nice and efficient. They always ask for change of gloves for Vegan customers. My experience was amazing this afternoon. Keep up the good work and thanks for providing amazing service as always.

Wasn't even cut or toasted despite my order, the last order had lettuce in it that I didn't ask for either. Really disappointing, I never had problems like these when ordering in person.

terrible from just eat. order was ready at 1:40 sitting and waiting to be collected. App told me driver was on the way to collect, didn't collect until 2:40. Food was freezing. no updates delivered by just eat either just told me my food had been picked up. Terrible service and I would be expecting a full refund for this

Food is classic subway quality at its finest, good selection. Service could be improved, staff are more concerned with having a chat with their colleague than actually serving you leading them to ask you things more than once and not getting some of the order right. But they are friendly when they actually take the time to talk to the customer. Atmosphere is pretty dead but if you like a quiet place to eat then would recommend.

I ordered a 2LTR bottle of Pepsi which did not come with my delivery. I then proceeded to open up my sub and it was cold and almost stale? Was not happy with my order from here at all.
