Went in around 6 yesterday to order my usual steak melt to be told I was no longer able to select my choice of herb and cheese bread. The sandwich was threw together. Never asked what sauce I wanted or offered me any salad. When did these rules change. The 2 girls working weren’t at all friendly and continued chatting to each other while serving. My partner got the baller and it didn’t even include the peppers as stated on the menu Total waste of money. Won’t be back 😡

the staff was very rude and was giving dirty looks as we tried to explain that they skipped one girl in the line and started being very disrespectful and said she had to speak up

The staff attitude is terrible.

Walked in and told there was no sitting in I asked why and was told they need time to clean up 2 hours before it was meant to close and they said they wanted to leave early

Staff told us we couldn’t sit in as they wanted to mop floors and get ready to go etc even though it was 7pm and store closes at 9pm.

No Soap in toilets, reported to staff and told bluntly "There is none", explained I needed to wash my hands after using public toilet and that I'm Immuno-compromised , offered alcohol gel. I asked to use soap from their hand washing station at food counter, server allowed me access to come behind counter to wash hands however horrified to discover it too had no soap. If staff had no soap avaliable how do they wash their hands safely during food preparations and after using the toilet?Totally unacceptable,unsanitary and unsafe,especially with recent outbreaks of E.Coli surely staff should be more vigilant and must undertake some food hygiene training?.

I cancelled my order and they didn't refund me my money back

Just ordered a subway which was meant to be ham, bacon and cheese and somehow the female staff member has only heard bacon and charged me full price! I think this is absolutely ridiculous how some people can't make a sandwich or use the hearing devices they call ears.... Will not be back #moyes out

I went to get nachos and I only got a little amount so I was hungry and went in to try and get more… and she told us to get out because she was mopping the floor 1HOUR before they closed

Ordered on Thursday night. Only one guy working but he was super helpful. Great experience and brilliant vegan cookies.

I burnt my lip at this store due to how hot one of the sauces was. This should not have happened. Would not advise going to this store.

The staff at this Subway is very nice and efficient. They always ask for change of gloves for Vegan customers. My experience was amazing this afternoon. Keep up the good work and thanks for providing amazing service as always.

Nicely refurbished new store. New menu takes a bit of getting used to and no longer microwave things.

Food is classic subway quality at its finest, good selection. Service could be improved, staff are more concerned with having a chat with their colleague than actually serving you leading them to ask you things more than once and not getting some of the order right. But they are friendly when they actually take the time to talk to the customer. Atmosphere is pretty dead but if you like a quiet place to eat then would recommend.

Staff are very rude , I asked for foot long , should get 2 full spoon , but staff put 2 half spoon, ask for regular spoon not half, then Ryan supervisor involved and said we gona charge u extra for that and was very rude, very bad customer service, not happy at all, always try to put less meat in spoon, never back this subway again .

Ordered from here off just eat will never use them again the driver was over a hour late and refused to give me the drink I paid for to which makes me think she stole it for herself ring the place over 10 times with no answer total disgrace

Very strange experience in this newly refurbished subway, a lot of rules. Not allowed to add sauce to nachos or any extra salad or sauce to set sandwiches. Food was cold even though straight out of toaster. Deffo won’t use this subway again

Excellent service in a spotlessly clean Subway. Staff were so particular about cross contamination as one was a Gluten Free order. Our subs were fresh, tasty and delicious. Great experience. 😊

Always love going to this place as I did today at 12:00. The guy serving me was well mannered and made me smile. Food is great as always. Just a bit sad the sriracha hot chilli is gone but food is amazing anyway. Customer service is its defining quality.

Connswater good with excellent views from the food hall. Saintfield compact but good service. Lisburn (facing cinema) is my favourite as it is very modern with phone charging outlets and great service

Can anyone explain why this subway is closed down ?

It’s the worst subway. Constantly dry, very little sauce, always arrives freezing and order is never fully right.

Line was as big as the great wall of China but was made to go to the back of the line for a pepsi

Went in for lunch and asked for a six inch chicken and bacon and was told it would be extra for the bacon which I know is not right as I work for subway and know that you will on get charged if you ask for more,and asked for the sandwich to be toasted only for it to be cold by the time I left the store as it was not toasted for long enough , as i was eating it I found what looked to be a piece of plastic in the sub I will not be back

So I've been in a few times heard all the horror stories of the store and thought I'd give it a go anyway... but time after time anytime I have been here the subs are literally overloaded to the point they break or fall all over the place.. ( very messy).. machines are broke or the food is out of stock ect.. staff allways looks so p**sed off and allways complain about being there sometimes throwing things in anger... Not a nice place even though it's my local I will travel in future rather than walk 5 Minutes to this place standards are to low some serious retraining needs done..

Ordered a Steak and Cheese on Italian, male server complained fervently that the cheese sticks together and that all the products stick together and that was annoying. Female cashier was absent for 5+ minutes running back and forth between the back office and till, even though I was the only one in the shop at the time and watching my sandwich grow colder in front of me. Overcharged by 50p according to the menu prices. Sandwich itself was half empty with very little steak or lettuce in it, almost bread entirely at one point. Would not recommend - staff were more concerned with loudly and offensively criticizing someone they knew who was pregnant and having a rough time. Will not be back.

Literally just walked in to order a sub as usual but the blonde haired girl literally just continued to make subs for just eat, completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. I just walked out after 5 minutes of standing there

Ordered a tlc wrap and this is what I received! No vegan chicken, no wrap

Just ordered trough uber eats. Drink never arrived Did not get the bread I ordered on none of the sandwiches. The sandwich was cold. I got refund from uber eats for the missing drink. Still unhappy, very poor service

Subway is standered but it never disappoints

The girl who made the sandwiches didn't want to be there. Very rude and was lifting the salad and throwing in the subs. They were freezing and a complete mess when we opened them. Even my 9 year old said it was rotten and they were binned. Usually great with the other staff but this was a waste of money

Just visited this Subway for lunch and I have to say the service was awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The gentleman who served us could teach many people how to do plate friendly service. 100% service.

I am very disappointed. Me and my hubby got a subway salad tonight and the portion was very small I paid £15 for them aswell. We are not full at all, very expensive for all we got.

Always a good standard of food and service from this Subway. Perfect if you just want a snack on their meal deals. Handy if you want something before going to the Cinema nearby. There's a cash machine beside it.

Not a great service here. Been in two times in two weeks and the same staff seem dopey, forget stuff...unfriendly...get people's orders mixed up... shame because I enjoy the food!!!. A smile and being pleasant to people can fo a loonnggg way.

Gone down hill! I can confirm most of what previous reviewers have said, i remember when the staff were friendly and reconised their repeated customers. I have been over charged on many occasions, really dont know what your paying for now. I can also say i have been in when the place is empty and the mess on tables and floor is crazy. The only bad food i have is when they burn the cheese on the nachos. And the staff could not care less, no recognition of their loyal customers. I used to go here everyday for lunch and sometimes returned for a sub dinner, now its a few times a month, soon to be none.

Was there 1st March 2019 and ordered 3 childrens meal and was horrified to see the 6inch bread was divided into 3 sandwiches that means a measley 2inch for the kids, def not worth it cancelled 2 of the child meals as they were open mouthed in shock and ordered adult 6inch meals. I will def not be back, disgusted customer against penny pinching on your kids meals.

Food is good especially with kid's but to take away the ,£3 meal deal is just down right spiteful how do you expect little kid's to feel when there last £3 can't even get them a meal. Shame on you subway shame on you,!!!!!!!!!

Getting expensive for a basic sandwich giving the ever reducing selection in the non-premium menu.

Came here at 9am for quick brekie and the service was great and quick. Generous portions and fresh ingredients. Nice sitting area but don't expect much it's only sandwich bar. Recommend.

I have always been a huge fan of subway. I still am, I love the fresh ingredients and great tastes. What I don't love is sitting down to eat in mess. When we arrived the place was empty, it was quite late in the evening so the dinner rush was well over. There would have been plenty of time to clean up but no, the staff here seem to clean half an hour before they close and at no other time. In fact from previous visits, up to an hour before closing you cannot sit in and often can't get a sandwich because they are closing soon. This is one of the worse subways I have ever been in. Not because of the food though.

Ordered a BLT... I just got bacon in my sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and the queue was too long to ask for the lettuce and tomato to be added so I just had a B instead of BLT

As with all subways, certain amount of getting what you expect, this one does however have a customer toilet and TV. Can be difficult to get parked during busy periods

Jude the manager served me and was absolutely fantastic, the sub was perfect and he was amazing

Good value, decent staff, perfect if you're in Lisburn and you want a Subway. If you're in Dublin and you feel like a McDonalds, however, this isn't the place for you.
