I don't think they know how to read a docket, they messed up our order really badly. The customisations was completely ignored some of the original options like ham and cheese didn't have cheese. not following customisations is really dangerous because food allergies exist.

Since the introduction of the screens, quality and service have gone massively downhill. This is the third time I've not had a full order of ingredients - which is frustrating when I'm sitting down to eat 2 miles from the store. Salad was missing last time; seasoning this visit. Ironically I did ask before they wrapped and said everything was there. Staff don't seem to be following the instructions or there must be a disconnect between the ordering kiosk and what they're presented with on screen.

Went in and there are two self service machines. Asked could they take our order at the counter but no, they can't, it's up to you to try and navigate their EPOS system. Queue is ridiculous. It's clearly so they can prioritise the people using Just Eat but it takes away from coming to the restaurant and having to go through an ordeal just to get your order in. The place wasn't very clean at all, had to wipe down a table to get somewhere to sit. The staff have a rotten attitude. Got our sandwiches and both wrong, whether that's us ordering at the point wrong or them making it wrong who knows, can't be arsed arguing with snarky teenagers who don't want to be here on a Saturday..£14 for two poorly made 6 inch sandwiches with incorrect ingredients. Don't know how an elderly person is going to come in and navigate that order system, I can barely do it and am in my 30's and tech savvy. Not an enjoyable experience, entirely regret coming here now. Avoid at all costs, plenty of better subways where they take your order as they're making it. Very unimpressed.

I ordered to the wrong subway, when I let the girl know behind the counter she was blunt and order full, she remade the order without me asking then tried to charge me £8 something, when it only cost me £4.32 on app, I then said I thought I was getting this as compensation, she laughed in my face and started waffling on about something, I said you have a bad attitude, she threw food in bin and told me get out, what bad customer service, she needs fired or some lecturing and not the first time I've experienced attitude in the lisburn subway, don't go, to the girl behind counter if your reading this I hope you learn something but people like you are too thick to even think they were in wrong.

Ordered salad using the new kiosk asked for double chicken got chicken and ham unsliced. Was in yesterday with a group of learning disabled adults around 3.30pm yesterday. The attitude of staff was diabolical. I have never ever received such a poor reception from any staff anywhere. To crown off the experience, I asked for a paper disposable cup for one of our group to drink her Fanta, a small request you would think, only to be told staff are not allowed to give out paper cups!!!!!! Won't be back, EVER

I have free deliveries and I ordered 1 foot long meal deal and it cost me £17.43. That’s crazy, now they add a £1.70 service charge and a £0.25 bag fee on to the order. The sub I received was bland, there was no sauce on it and it was cold. Complete waste of money for a sandwich.

Oh dear Subway at the Omniplex in Lisburn. What terrible service and attitude from the staff and probably the worste sandwich ever served to me. Only wanted a cheese foot long and the girl made the sandwich with 4 slices of cheese only. This amount of cheese didn’t even cover the bread and she’d over lapped so there were big gaps of just plain bread. When I commented the cheese didn’t cover the bread she was saying, and her colleague chimed in ‘you can only have 4 lol!!! 4 slices is not sufficient for a cheese only sandwich, maybe as a topping on a tuna, but not on its own. At least spread it out evenly if you’re using 4 so the bread is covered!! Anyway, they were so ridiculous in their response and attitude I could only laugh at them. You couldn’t even get annoyed by the way they behaved 🤣. Just a refund and left. I took a pic of the stupid sandwich they were charging me nearly £6 for 🤣🤣. You can see only half the bread has cheese on it 🤣🤣. Well, I’ll stick to my local subway at Texaco in Lisburn. Their sandwiches are brilliant and they always give 6 slices of cheese at no extra cost!! They’re doing takeaway now too so I don’t ever have to waste my time at the omniplex on again.

Between the order and delivery time, it took 2 hours and 50 minutes to arrive. When it arrived, the sub was very tightly wrapped to the point of being squeezed together. The sub was stuffed into a small box. On top of this, the bread was hard. Will not be ordering from here again. Terrible.

No Soap in toilets, reported to staff and told bluntly "There is none", explained I needed to wash my hands after using public toilet and that I'm Immuno-compromised , offered alcohol gel. I asked to use soap from their hand washing station at food counter, server allowed me access to come behind counter to wash hands however horrified to discover it too had no soap. If staff had no soap avaliable how do they wash their hands safely during food preparations and after using the toilet?Totally unacceptable,unsanitary and unsafe,especially with recent outbreaks of E.Coli surely staff should be more vigilant and must undertake some food hygiene training?.

This place should not be called a Chinese take away .. it is without doubt the worst Chinese I have ever eaten . In fact binned not eaten … raw pink sausages , bland friend rice with plastic chicken , cold chips and delivery 30 mins late … absolutely awful Never again … Di not order your take away from here it is really that bad ! And cost £45!!!

Avoid this restaurant if you are gluten intolerant! Usually a jacket potato is a safe choice, but today my only option was to have it with grated cheese and a very, very small side salad all served on a small side plate- I didn’t risk the baked beans. No dressing available, as the mayonnaise couldn’t be guaranteed Gf. So a really really dry tasteless lunch. Staff are few and far between, though the young lady serving me was doing her best I think.Really Dobbies, this reflects so badly on your company that you would do better to close it, or keep it just for coffee and tray bakes ( no gf options there either, not even pre wrapped brownies. )

Ordered food Saturday night, the food came pizza and chips where freezing also ordered 3 dips that they forgot phoned them up. They apologised and said they are now closed so you can come tomorrow to collect the dips. Absolutely ridiculous consumer service what good would it be collecting the dips the next day
