Paramount Pizzas in Lisburn

Use this shop every month or so, pizzas always great and good value. Tonight they even give my kids 2 free juice drinks when they were moaning! Great pizza great service

pizza chef came straight from smoking at the back door to getting my pizza ready, leaving back door wide open, who know what's running in and out there, at this stage my chips where just waiting on the counter getting cold until pizza was ready. they used a floor style brush with no handle to clean the pizza area, im sure its not used on the floor, but could be. food was nice i will say, chips a bit cold. while waiting they got a call from another customer who they forgot part of her order (sauces), but the person who took the call wasn't too nice to them or about them after. if i had delivery i would be back but as i have seen the making, never again

OMG out off all the places in lisburn I have got out off this place has to be the best just got a combo stacker and a taco chip and apart from my partners cooking this place is next in line... looking forward to next time thanks guy

My wife rang and ordered there on Friday night, when she came off the phone she commented on the manners and politeness of the girl that took the order. I went in personally and collected the order, again to bowled over by the girl's dynamic. 5 stars, pizza good but service deserves 10.

Have had lovely experiences from there before, but based on this one 2 because- Husbands burger was overcooked and half onion ring? Added extra cheese didn't seem to find it Pizza was inedible and rock hard (even after reheating just went rly hot and was still a door knocker, disgrace had to throw it out) I've beeb getting from this place as a child come on you can do better It was nothing then like it is now, real pizza like domino's, not some stone baked, impossible thing to bite into It's a shame cos I'd rather they didn't close, but sadly I can't say I'll b returning until its improved, even go back to the way it was...was better when it was cheaper so no excuse rly? Also he hatd your dryed out meatballs and plasticky chewy pizza with burnt bits I wanted to spit out, sorry

Placed an order at 1:20am and phoned 3 times asking for updates on the order, only to be told it was 'out for delivery' until finally giving up at 2:30am where I finally cancelled the order entirely due to the wait. Was not provided an explanation regarding the order and simply given a half hearted 'sorry'. Utterly pathetic.

Pizza was awful. It was breathtakingly dry. Comparing it to cardboard would be a compliment. Will not be back.

Steak wrap £4.50, literally a small 6 inch wrap with nothing in it but dry steak and the flour wrap, no sauce, salad nor any other fillings just dry meat and bread… Pepper steak baguette £6.50, a standard large bread roll with the same dried minuscule pieces of steak with what looked to be 2 slices of cheddar melted on top, again, no sauce, no onion. Nothing but bread, “steak” and 2 tiny thin slices of cheddar. The food also arrived freezing cold. Used to love this place, but its drastically gone down hill in the past year. Never again we’re ordering from here. A rustlers burger is far more appetising. Would give 0 star if I could

I ordered a pizza as I was isolating and wanted a takeaway I was very disappointed with my pizza it tasted very doughy and very very salty I couldn’t eat it I like a nice light base similar to the authentic ones I had eaten in Amalfi Italy but this was very thick and very salty not impressed will not order again

Its just an unhappy mix of average with very undercooked vegetables on a pretty poor, overpriced pizza. If you have a oven, go to Iceland 😭

absolutely incredible. fast delivery and cheap as well. my boyfriend and I got the 12" meal deal and went back for the 18". definitely worth the money.

I ordered 2x12 inch pizzas well done for collection. They were well done on top but the bases were white. The dough was completely tasteless and made us wonder if the bases were frozen instead of freshly made? The toppings were completely lacking in flavour except for the ham which tasted rank! I would have returned the pizzas but we live too far away to be bothered. Disappointingly this was our first and last experience as Paramount customers.

When busy they can take up to two hours to deliver but it's worth the wait as the food is good.

Steak kebab on chips with lettuce and onion,was shocked at this. In the bin.

We would order from Paramount every now and again as we always get lovely pizzas from here.Tonight we decided on Pizza for dinner so we ordered online through their website at 5pm when they opened. We waited almost 2 hours before it eventually arrived. In between, I had to ring them up twice to check where our food was. When it arrived, the food was cold which didn't surprise me considering how long we waited for it. Wasn't enjoyable at all and definitely should've ordered elsewhere for dinner tonight rather than wasted our money. Safe to say we won't be rushing back here the next time we want Pizza for dinner.

I usually like ordering from here, however our garlic chip had sparse garlic on it, only a small amount in the middle so you may as well not bother ordering it and my boyfriend called them cheapos

Won’t be back, first time ordering and I was disappointed to say the least, I waited over two hours for my order to arrive, I messaged after 1 hour and was told my order would be the next one out as it was busy, I was pleasant and understood this with no further reply from them, I waited another hour and my partner rang up and he was told it was out for delivery, food final arrived barely warm, no dips and warm drinks, so so disappointed for waiting that long absolutely starving for the food to need further heated and to not have the dip with the chicken

Great value meal deals some.of the best around and lovely pizzas you can pay by card here unlike NYPD.

Staff are always friendly when ordering over the phone and pizza has always been made lovely - very delicious. It is better to phone order and collect though as it is a very long wait for delivery.

I don't recommend! Really bad costomer service. Also not happy when you complain! Dos not complete your order when delivery is wrong... They blame it on you!

Always great and prices so much better than Domino's who personally I believe are a rip off.

Used to use Paramount, few orders with substandard food changed our minds. Not for me anymore.

I don't usually write reviews but when looking up Paramount Pizza some negative reviews came up that nearly put me off ordering from them. I used to get the odd pizza from Paramount 10+ years ago but I always forget about them when looking a takeaway and for a long while Michelangelos was so good it was hard to consider anywhere else. I decided to get from Paramount tonight anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was amazing, not burnt, not bland (as mentioned by other reviews) and very prompt. Also amazing value. Paramount and NYPD are now my 2 favourite spots for takeaway pizza within Lisburn.

cannot find cheaper better food (they make minor mistakes sometimes and for some reason an order i made online for 10.10 when it arrived was 14 pound something when made on call cus my address (dispite being 5 mins walk from paramount) was out of delivery area, ill strike it up to someone new taking it or confusion over how the beat the clock pizza works)(review originally stated i got no coke however while i was playing my game the delivery driver mustve left it in the hallway which is something to be commended for as i didnt check nor correct the coke not being recieved with the order)

First time ordering from here in around 4 years. The reason we stopped was that most of the time the pizzas crusts were overcooked and inedible, unfortunately nothing seems to have changed. I was able to push through the crust with my finger and it then broke into pieces. It also appeared that the outer edge had been cut off in places. The actual middle part of the pizza was mostly ok but it’s disappointing when you can’t dunk the crust or even eat it. Took an hour and a half for food to arrive but at least the driver was apologetic and polite and it was a busy time. There were also large bubbles in the pizza that were left unpopped during the cooking process and as a result they were also very crispy. I hope that something can be done to sort this out.

1st Coronaviris and now my favorite Pizzerra has let me down! Terrible times!I have been a customer and big fan/supporter of Paramount Pizza for many many years but last night I travelled 30 miles home to shop and back we stopped off in Lisburn to eat our food, Boy it was rubbish, horribly cooked poor quality of ham, pepperoni cheese & ragu! Has yhe place changed hands new owners I didnt recognise anyone making or serving. Sad loss.

Hard to beat a pizza and chips for 5 quid.

Ordered my food online at 4.50pm so they would have it early when they opened at 5pm, it was meant to be here at 5.40, but still sitting here at 6.20 and no food, phoned twice to be told mine is the next one out, love paramount's food and great value for money but when you have quests who need to leave at 7pm dont think they will have long to eat it, finely got order 6.45 food cold, sent spicy wings instead of bbq, no dips, offered to replace food too late, normally love paramount's food but this past while it's gone to pot not ordering again my order was for £29 such a waste of money not happy

Firat time ordering and just ordered president burger decent time tho burger was missing half its ingredients, was no bacon cheese and onion rings in it apart from that was good grub. Really dissapointed they dont know what goes in their own burgers seen the reviews were mostly bad and gave it a chance tho sadly didnt get what was promised. Anyone else have same issues let us know

I went on the website and it wouldn’t process my order. It told me a lesser price than when i called to place the order. They were right, i was wrong. I left out some things. Order came quickly! But best of all it was delicious as usual! Really great food! Really do recommend here! Hate all the “big name” pizza places since getting a pizza out of here! Keep up tge great food! Terrible service numerous occasions in the past week where they have got the order wrong. Leaving out parts of the order, getting the order wrong and Incorrect change. Horribly disappointing as normally a fan of Paramount and they've no lost a lot of business from this address.

Just got a delivery open the box looked lovely the taste was very bland and the pizza dry chips were also soggy thought we would give it a try after not ordering for a while from this company but after that one will not be back again!!

Forgot half the order, very poorly made

Was a regular customer for a long time, until I had a most recent bad experience of having to wait over an hour and a half for one single pizza. Ended up requesting a refund ultimately due to the piss poor service. No etiquette or professionalism at all for the customer, let alone a valued one. Not once was I offered an apology, compensation, or even a courtesy call in regards to the long wait. The website states, "We aim to deliver in 40 minutes or less, however at busy times it may take longer as we prepare your food fresh so please be patient." - That may be the case for large orders, but "We only have one driver on." is not a valid excuse for a fast food takeaway service. During the dialogue to arrange my refund, I was informed that the refund would have to be delivered as cash instead of refunded back on to my card (My original method of payment). After I reluctantly accepted this ultimatum, and how it was too busy to deliver the requested refund to my house after the phone call, it concerned me how long I would have to stay up to receive it. I was subsequently challenged on the phone by a representative of the company in regards to how early I go to sleep for work; it was completely abhorrent. Dismissive attitude on the phone with a belligerent "No problem" ending left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. Social and language skills leave a lot to be desired when serving the public. With all that said, here's a tip for free from a disgruntled ex-customer; if you can't keep up with the demand of your "It's really busy here." business, put your hand in your pocket and hire another driver.

Just received my order from paramount 1 hr 50 minutes aftrr ordering becausr i paid by card i couldn't cancel when i phoned after 1 and a half hours was told it was out for delivery and i would just have to wait delivery arrived freezing cold delivered by someone who didn't care so be warned this place should be avoided at all costs

Just had beat the clock tonight and after last time were just expecting basic but they have really upped their game pizza was fantastic and chips were fresh please keep it this way was great for reasonable price loved it thanks.

I treat us once or twice a month to a Pizza! Not just a Pizza but what I judge to be the BEST PIZZA you can get here in Norn Iron! PARAMOUNT PIZZA on Longstone, Lisburn have always served me the best pizza I have tasted locally.Today I ordered 2 x 12" SUPREMO with extra ham pizzas, no free sides @ 17:30 for £10.60p in the Beat the Clock deal. Not only fantastic value but superb Pepperoni, Mixed Peppers and Mushroom with extra Ham on a fine thin based 12" base with tomato, onion & herb Rahul sauce!

If you don't want to pay through the roof for a pizza at Domino's get yourself a paramount! The deals are highly recommend if your hungry!

I once ordered a margarita pizza from paramount pizza, I had eaten the first slice and I had gotten a weird sensational taste of penis. This was quite unusual as I did not see the indian man rub his testicles on my tomato sauce behind the counter. I further investigated this, setting up a camera at the front-desk and to my surprise I found one of the young employees using his penis as a holder for all my slices. I was outraged but intrigued at the same time.

Never had a problem with Paramount, nice pizzas, great staff, quick delivery... would rate more if I could.

Got the order wrong, burnt to a frazzle and sweet potato fries just a bag of grease!!! Perhaps change of management? Will not be back EVER.

Ok lets start.. 1. The onion rings less of the dripping grease and a little bit of a crispy batter would fabulous 2. The chips taste like ive woke up the next day hungover as f**k and pure munched on the left overs for breakfast 3. Quick, good value for money, best pizza in Lisburn.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 5.30 on a Wednesday (5-10 mins away). Pizzas didn't arrive until just after 7pm. Rang a couple of times and the guy was friendly but I don't know why it took so long, initially he had said it would be a half an hour wait but an hour and a half is a bit much. On arrival the second pizza was burnt (in picture). Mine was ok but seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit. Really not worth the wait.

Because the food wasn't good I didn't like the pizza with had way too much sauce on the base and pepperoni was tuff as old boots. I binned the pizza. I have eaten better from there. Maybe just a bad night.

Take to long delivering the food

My girlfriend suggested we try Paramount Pizzas because they had a new menu....big mistake. Firstly the burger I ordered had so much sauce it was nearly falling apart and after 2 bites I realised it tasted like vomit literally. My girlfriend got pizza and it was burnt as well! I'm not one to write reviews but this was fully warranted and judging by the reviews I've read I'm not the only one. In future we'll stick to NYPD for our fast food fix seriously don't make the same mistake as us!

Good food quick and easy collection or if preferred they deliver too

Order took an hour and a half to arrive which was forty minutes after scheduled delivery time. Ordered a bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and extra mushrooms..not a single mushroom on the pizza. Also ordered a meal deal no drink. Although they sent out a corrected pizza..sadly this took a further 45 minutes to arrive but then I was asked for the original pizza, why? To prove they got the order wrong? They also forgot the coke for the second time. There was no satisfactory reason for the mistake and when I rang they weren't apologetic or sympathetic. I won't be back

Third time ordering and never again always mess something up. Missed drinks and burger delivered was not the one I ordered.

I'm not one to write bad reviews or moan about food because I know most places can be hit or miss depending on a lot of circumstances, infact this is the first time I've ever went out of my way to actually write a review but it had to be done this time, ordered a peppered stake on chip to be delivered literally 5 minutes away, I waited well over an hour for it and when it turned up it was absolutely freezing and an absolute mess you wouldn't even feed your dog, plus on top of that I was charged £3.50 delivery for it to be dropped to the other side of Longstone, I know a lot of people exaggerate on these things but it was as if it wasn't even cooked in the first place, I had loads of lovely food from paramount over the years and before the past couple of times I'd of recommended them highly to anyone but this has happened 3 or 4 times in a row now and to be honest I won't be back again.

Tasty as a HELL... it felt unicorn magic... Harry potters wand and what I imagine tinker bells slippers feel like for the first time .... The chips were lovely also.

Ordered a paramount tonight, order was wrong also the other food was cold, the staff were unhelpful and took 1hr30mins to refund money, customer service is a disgrace, need to get better trained staff with better customer service, completely disappointed with the way we were treated tonight will not be taking my services there ever again and would be warning people to stay clear from this joke of a store!!! Not happy is an understatement!!!!! Doesnt even deserve one star!!!!

When me and my boyfriend want pizza we always choose paramount. Tastiest toppings of any take away pizza and also great menu selection of other items. Great value for money especially Beat the clock. Can take a long time to get delivered but collection is always very quick. So much better than dominos much less greasy and don't feel so sluggish afterwards.

Got a paramount a few times and the orders been horrible the food being freezing cold and wrong, not impressed, delivery drivers are rude and dont care about the customers!!!! Not a happy bunny!!!!

Anytime me and my boyfriend want pizza we go to paramount. Huge selection of pizzas, wings, burgers, chips.. etc. Very consistent with amounts and quality, never had a bad experience or left feeling unhappy with any aspect.

I love paramount, tbf maybe just not as good as they would have been a few years ago but still the best pizzas around. Cracker deals and friendly staff really keep this place a good step above the rest.

Shop opened 5pm on Sunday. I was there at 5.10pm. Ordered from Beat the clock. Great value. Order included 1 pizza and a garlic bread, with portion chicken strippers with a dip. However this took 45mins to prepare. Thats a long time to be standing in a pizza shop. The staff seem very flustered and disorganised. When people were coming in it took a while to work out which order was theirs for collection. It was a quite comical. Pizza chef was getting more and more irritated & stroppy and this was all under an hour of opening. When I got home the chicken strippers were burnt and there was no garlic dip, the garlic bread wasn't cooked, literally!! And pizza was average. On our last visit pizza was burnt too. Bottom line. Paramount cannot seem to cope with the volume of business they are getting from phone orders, shop orders and web orders. Beat the clock is good value but only if you aren't fussy on the quality of the food!!! We'll not be back
