Ordered my food at 1am its now 3am and still waiting for my delivery and no one will answer the phone either Update got food it was half cold and i live a 5 min drive away from the shop and chips werent cooked properly

Stay away. 2x12inch pizzas told were £20. Driver arrived with 2x10 inch pizzas . £28 charged by driver. Disgusting pizza. Anyone wants to ring me back , awaiting. Told a £5 off for next delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Got charged £26 for a undercooked 16 inch pizza with minimal toppings and a few cokes, total waste of money!!!!

Service so slow if i could give a zero i would disgusted and a worker coughed over my food did not take their job seriously my daughter at 9 was standing outside with my dog and had to wait 40 minutes on dough balls they were cold when i got home and i live down the street the worker were play fighting im am so disappointed this place must get inspected its an health hazard this happened at pizza co twinbrooke and price as went ALOT used to be 2.50 now 5 and you get less you usually get 20 and now you get 12

Great food and perfect service. Had an issue where a driver (via delivery platform) was very late, so we phoned and they realised the food would be cold when it arrived so they re-sent directly themselves. Definitely didn't have to, but went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience, and very lovely about it!

Ordered garlic dough balls for collection got them and there wasn’t any toppings inside the dough balls absolutely disgusted 100% wont be ordering from them again!!!

Wish I could give them 0 stars ordered create your own dough balls ask for garlic, ham, chicken and cheese in them when open them bited into them they were all just dough absolutely ridiculous 3 boxes in the bin won’t be order from here again!!!!

Really impressed with pizza Co Stewartstown road today. Ordered online and it was ready for me to collect 15 mins later piping hot. Absolutely delicious, especially the works pizza, yum! Guy there at the time was very friendly. Couldn't fault a thing, will definitely order again.

I ordered through just-eat.co.uk and was td my delivery would be around 50 mins. When I rang to check the status of delivery, I was told it would be a further 30 mins so an hour and a half all in. The member of staff dealing with me on the phone was so polite and helpful, apologised for the delay (they were extremely busy) and refunded the order... But still Sent it to me, piping hot and well chilled drinks. Couldn't believe it. Thanks Shane. Will defo order again, wait was worth it!

My order was completely wrong. The pizza was overly salty and when we called about it the staff were extremely rude on the phone. The food was absolutely disgusting. Won't be back

The order was placed well within the delivery time frame as advertised on the Just Eat app. Two hours later and over forty minutes past the notification of estimated delivery, we rang the establishment. The staff member was rude and unhelpful stating that the delivery times stated by Just Eat were inaccurate. The staff member alleged that the order was complete and ready to be delivered but they were waiting on a delivery driver. Another thirty minutes later and still no delivery. We sought clarification via the app and it advised us that the delivery was changed to 8pm. At 8pm, and still no sign of the delivery, we asked for some money back via the app with the assurance that the order would still be honoured and not cancelled. We subsequently received the notification that our entire order was cancelled. At 8.12 pm I have to make dinner for my 8 month pregnant wife when I was ordering her dinner for 6 as a surprise. The whole thing is an absolute disgrace

Phoned for a delivery waited an hour phoned back one hour later to be told it left another hour later still hasn’t arrived now no ones picking up the phone first time ordering and last time manager would need to sort this ASAP obviously the staff aren’t doing the job their paid for

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL pizza. Hands down beats anywhere else because the kids only eat pizza from here. Taco Mania and The Works were delicious. Great portion sizes in sides. Very reasonable delivery time on a saturday night. We love this place!

Order took over 1.5 hours to arrive after numerous calls chasing the order and unhelpful staff with no apology just an explanation of 'its not my fault, its my manager'. Eventually, the order arrived and it was stone cold and wasn't even correct. I called back and got speaking to the manager who offered me a full refund. I still have not received any refund and I'm now having to spend more time calling and emailing to chase this. I will never order from here again and will be recommending to all family and friends to avoid this Pizza Co. Terrible customer service. Update: After receiving no response (after calling the store again to request that this refund was processed) I sent a message through to Pizza Co Facebook and my refund has now been processed. The Area Manager was really helpful and processed this immediately. For any customer who do have similar issues, I recommend doing the same.

Usually gorgeous and our pizza place of choice. Although this time they got the order wrong and the last few times we've noticed standards slipping. I think we will try somewhere different next time, but we will use pizza company again.

DO NOT GO HERE We ordered online for delivery at 1:30 we had to be up early the delivery said 2:05-2:35 so we ordered and said we will get enough sleep I’m currently writing this at 3:40 we have rang at least 10 times for no one to pick up the phone no order has arrived yet and I paid through card on Uber eats so the payment is gone through and I have no way to get a refund when my phone calls are being ignored. SO I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT unless your planning on getting disappointed and hungry.

I had ordered a delivery last night and waiting one hour for the order when it had arrived it was a wrong order had rang up the company and stated that it was the wrong order and they said they would send out a new pizza after waiting another 1hr 30 mins no pizza had arrived very angry and dissappointed and had now checked just eat reviews and other customers are saying they had similar situation. Never ordering from here again !

I have been a loyal costumer of Pizza Company, Stewartstown Road since it opened. I ordered pizza meal deal at 5.40pm for collection, I was told on the telephone that it would take 10-15mins, I sent my grandson in to collect, their contactless machine was down so my son went in with cash to be told that there was no order for us...if their telephone rings too long it automatically gets diverted to Botonic or Finaghy Road shop who do not inform the shop in question or the customer.....1hr and 10mins of waiting for absolutely nothing....would not have ordered again only the grandchildren were crying for pizza at this stage...eventually got food at 7.10pm....Pizza Company have just lost my business....what a waste of a Friday evening.....very very disappointed and unsatisfied (now) ex customer

Order from here every friday. Today I decided to order via the website for collection at 7.15pm. Order wasn't ready until over 30 minutes later. Was missing dough balls so got refunded in store. Got home and food was freezing! A waste of £30!! Best advice is order in store and wait for it. Never had any problems before which is why I'm giving it 3 stars

Okay for late night pizza but whenever I order a chip its tiny. So I ordered large chips x2. Chips came tonight and the two chips together do not even make an average chip. Drove to fuscos got a proper chip. Not going back as service is poor, they aee slow, food always cold. And the chips are pathetic.

My go-to for pizza, great deals and never had a bad experience. Can be busy at times, but always pleasant on the phone even at pique business hours. Well done people!

No mandé comida a los niños. Cuando llamé inicialmente me dijeron que teníamos que esperar 30 minutos. Y solo cuando hablé con el "gerente" lo bajamos a 15 minutos. Es ridículo pedirle a un niño que espere tanto tiempo considerando que ya hemos esperado 45 minutos para empezar. Ninguna disculpa o compensación alguna. ¡No volveré a utilizar!

Ordered online for collection to pick up in two hours time. When I arrived the order was not ready, they had not even started it. The toppings were non-existent on the pizza; the cheese was poor quality; and the dough was not great.

Could a veg pizza toppings poor in quantity counted the mushroom slices across a large pizza 10 ! Taste!! Tasteless. I haven't had pizza in a long time. Won't be back to The Pizza Company.

Appalling customer service, waited nearly 3 hours on food the other week. The driver walked off without giving me my change tipping himself and not so much as an apology from the company. Beware.

Pizza arrived not too late (10 mins) but both the pizza and curly fries were stone cold. The two dips were warm which wasn't a surprise since they were (eventually) found at the bottom of the bag of fries. I can't comment on quality of pizza as it was too cold to enjoy and wasn't eaten. Neither were the fries. I won't be ordering again

Completely disgusted, ordered food and came with missing items. i was shocked when i opened the box to find not the 5 delicious hot and chocolate cookies that i was promised, but nothing. and what did i get in return? nothing. my heart is broken. my dreams smashed. my belly cookieless....

Garlic bread was absolutly disgusting. When I got it, i didn't even know what it was! I thought to myself maybe they gave me the wrong side as I never would have thought, that that was garlic bread! In the name of good God, please just give me something that actually matches the description. I expected to get a delicious garlic filled loving pizza to get something that my mama used to hit me with when she couldn't find the belt. Get it sorted.

Had ordered for large group tonight with many different requests,which other local pizza place could not fulfill. Order completed on time, gluton free requirements etc all attended to. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped carry food out to car.first time I used this establishment and was very impressed. Took care to ensure all needs were met,highly recommend especially for gluton free needs

I have had the horrible idea of ordering a pizza there. After 3 hours the pizza was not delivered, and the staff was not nice either in handling my complaint as they just said: your pizza is on the way.It is unacceptable to order a pizza at 19.00 and still have not received anything at 23.20. NEVER order there. NEVER, unless you are all on a diet...

Ordering from the pizza company is a waste of money. We ordered from here several months ago through just eat and our order was completely wrong. We called and were given 2 new pizzas, which yet again were not what we ordered. We called once again and were told that our next pizzas would be free. A couple of weeks later we ordered our free pizzas, which completely lacked flavour. Tonight we decided to order from here. We ordered 2 pizzas that lacked flavour and toppings. I ordered extra cheese as a topping, yet my pizza had just as much cheese as my partners. Despite ordering pizzas with toppings that should have had a lot of flavour, all we could taste was the pizza sauce. We also ordered a taco chip and were only given plain chips. I can safely say we will not be ordering from the pizza company again.

Had a delivery through just eat. Pizza's where over cooked and very little cheese even though i ordered extra cheese on my husbands pizza. The pizza tasted very dry and not what i was expecting for the price. Driver was nice though but forgot to bring our dips. Wouldn't order again.

Good feed, got the wing ding deal. Pizza was ok and delivery was quick. Plenty of toppings and dips where very nice. Nicer pizzas in Belfast but worth a try. Wings are nice and spicy.

Usually eat out off finaghy branch at least once a week however on this occasion big let down. Long wait on food when it wasn't even that busy. Staff standing about chatting. Food bland and not up to their normal standard. What has happened to this place? sadly I will not be returning.

I'm a regular at Pizza Co on Botanic and it never fails to satisfy post-night out or even day time munchies. Been given extra dip with my chicken tenders meal a good few times and the waiting time is never too bad even when bunged.

My boyfriend and I regularly order from the botanic store. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. However, we ordered a delivery recently. We sat in the living room beside the door waiting with the door wedged open to be sure we would hear when it arrived. 2 hours later the pizza still hadot arrived and so we rang to enquire and were told the taxi driver arrived ages ago and nobody had answered the door. This was blatant lies and so when it finally arrived I confronted the driver and said he had NOT knocked on the door. He did not apologise and instead said he had 'bate' the door so loud that 'someone down the street even asked him was it him who had knocked so hard at a door because he heard it from down the street'. This lie was so laughable I actually couldn't believe it. As if that ever happened. As if he had not been stupid enough, he then proceeded to tell me that someone had even offered to buy the pizza off him and he had said no. I then realised that that was exactly what he had done. Im assuming someone offered him more money for our delivery and he sold it. He then asked me for 16.50 and I asked why only half the order was there as we ordered a pizza and a taco twister and only the pizza arrived. Obviously someone who works there knows the pizza isn't that price so of course he knew there was something missing.He then arrived a further half hour later with the taco twister which was missing with a bottle of coke and said 'that's complimentary or whatever' . i was actually shocked at how ridiculous the whole thing was. I do not blame pizza co for this however I will not order a delivery from them again due to that corrupt, rude delivery driver.

My daughters and I visited here on our way back to our hotel after visiting the Titanic monster mash Halloween fireworks display. The staff where very friendly and even made nice comments to my girls about the scary face paint they had on. We got the pizza's back to the hotel and they were delicious. The base was lovely. Cooked to perfection with quality tasty ingredients for toppings. Well done to them.

I ordered a delivery and was told it would arrive in half an hour. I waited over an hour and rang to ask where my delivery was. The store said the driver had left 25 mins ago. The deliver arrived one hour and twenty- five minutes later. I asked the driver what had happened. He said the original driver had got lost and he had had to come and rescue him but the original driver would be here any minute with my missing drink. I had a feeling that the piss was being taken. The food was stone cold. I rang the store to complain. They said there was only one driver and they had no idea what the delivery guy was talking about. I received a fresh order which arrived 15 mins later with the same driver. He repeated the same piss take story again and claimed the original driver was still lost somewhere in the area. I was incredulous. I suspect this guy was on drugs. The pizza had a dip tub jammed into a slice and I was afraid to eat it incase something had been done to it. I rang the store to complain and spoke to a snide, couldn't care less supervisor who could not provide any means for me to contact the business owner to complain. I will never ever use this business again! !!!!

The Pizza Co. On Stewartstown road has again lived up to its reputation. Me and my friend shared a half and half pizza and it was lovely.. definitely the best pizza take away in my opinion in the area. If you fancy a pizza it's the place to go.
