I didn’t get my food… nothing was delivered!

Driver has no knowledge of the area at all, he didnt read the street signs either.

the delivery driver phoned me to say that he did not have my delivery address for my order.but if I gave him my address the would deliver it if I paid him £5.I refused and the order was delivered

Food was very cold NEVER AGAIN Drive called me on my personal number to apologise which I found personally wrong

Every week I order there is items missing this week it was 20 chillie cheese bite even though I asked them to check order before leaving im fed up not having my food as somebody loose out do a refund don’t feedpeople please sort this out once and for all

Did not receive my food delivery driver was disgraceful hung up on me 3 times when I was trying to direct him

Spent over £50 on food. It was the wrong order. Delivery driver took it back. Not only did we not get our massive order we didnt even get to keep the small wrong order. So spent over £50 and didnt get any food in the end. Still no refund. Avoid

drink wasn't upright so food was covered in pepsi

Ordered a £32.41 order, it came absolutely dripping as one of the travel cups had a puncture in it and it had covered all the food I tried to report it straight away but it would only let me request £27 back so I have now rang the store 3 times with no answer so then I submitted the refund request. Least to say I am definitely not happy with my experience here today!

appreciate with this being christmas and traffic being crazy the times for delivery changed 3 or 4 times, happy to wait but when it arrived it was cold and the burger buns were hard and inedible

I was supposed to receive the 6 free nuggets with my meal as it was over £25 but burger king didn’t provide

late order and food was cold and drink was flat no fizz.

order submitted at 14.40 with a 15.20-15.40 delivery time, while app says 30-45 mins delivery time. Estimated delivery then changes to 16.10-16.40 all while the app is still stating 30-45 mins delivery time. All in all I waited 2 hours for my delivery. Can't understand why it took 2 hours for an order when the app states only 30-45ins delivery? Also no option to cancel order on app, not happy at all!!!

There was two things missing from my order a double whopper burger and 6 onion rings

We asked for plain burgers due to a child with autism they came dressed after me picking plain and writing a request as well couldn’t eat the burger so it’s a waste of money

Anytime I go to this Burger King, I've never had an issue. I always get the same thing. A plain double whopper. A good sign for any restaurant is when they don't accidently put cheese on. McDonald's is horrible for this. However, this Burger King branch in the Kennedy Centre has never done it to me. The Burgers for me have always been delicious. Never cold or burnt. I can't speak for everyone, though. I tend to go during the quiet times of the day, so perhaps it's why I get better versions of the food. Just remember. People tend to review when they're angry about a restaurant, so if it's in the 3s. It's probably not that bad in truth. The food court is very spacious, and there are always around 3 to 4 people cleaning it up. So it's never dirty. The staff seem friendly. Often, they're foreigners, so they're hard to understand a little with accents, but they couldn't be nicer. Anyway, don't be put by this Burger King. I've had nothing but good experiences so far.

the size of the bacon double cheese burgers are the same size you get from McDonald's but cost more. it said a large meal jit the burger definitely wasn't a large

delivery driver knocked over second gate, did not fix it and left other gate open, did not speak to me when giving food either, pure ignorance from the courier

All food items delivered fresh & hot and on time, lovely pleasant delivery driver too.

Food was stone cold I had to put it all in air fryer to warm. Why do these companies not have heat boxes they charge enough for the food

The second time I've been here , the food just wasn't cold it was stone cold . First burger was freezing cold couldn't eat it . Asked to have it changed which they did the burger was lukewarm the bacon as if it was only out of the fridge. Was near sick definitely won't be back totally sickened.

food deliveried to someone else address, not sure how when you can drop a pin these days, literally saw him drive down the street to someone else and marked it delivered, amazing.

The drink had spilled at the bottom of the bag and had partially leaked through to the food items, food items where freezing and the double xl burger arrived without sauce, kids meal of chicken nuggets arrived freezing and too hard to eat for a child and the sauce pot and toy where not packed with the order, overall I was extremely disappointed

totally disgusted at the delivery driver, he must have fancied himself a bit of burger king and eat my order cause he certainly didn't deliver it, hope he enjoyed it

Delivery rating will always be terrible until staff start reading customer notes. It's really frustrating paying the ridiculously high prices for delivery, only to have to walk out of your house and go find the driver in the exact place you asked him not to be in the delivery notes.

My order was due between 18:25 and 18:45. My order arrived at 19:28. The guy delivering said the car had broke down. He handed me an open bag which was stone cold. I told him to take it back, I wasn't accepting because it was freezing and would be inedible. He grabbed the bag, jumped into the car and they sped off, leaving me with no food for the evening. I could not complain earlier because they have just closed the order. I rang BK and Just Eat with no answer. Absolute shambles. £25 wasted!

The man did not rap the door and only used ring doorbell which I do not have access to so could not see he was there and drove away with my order I’m very very unhappy !!!

the lateness was of no fault of the company or the driver it was simply just heavy traffic. Overall very good service.

Waited for nearly 2 hrs, driver went the wrong way and then the order status changed to 'delivered' but the driver was somewhere completely different on the map and I never received it.

Well over an hour late, was freezing when arrived, drink spilled also
