Well , bring your own plate. Starbucks are happy to charge you the earth for a breakfast croissant. Pop it in a microwave until is is limper than a limp thing and shove it in a bag. Take it out if the bag .... no it's stuck to it and as I try to eat it ,it disintegrates and becomes one with the bag. I asked for a plate (sit in restaurant- not too much to expect) sorry we don't have plates was the reply. Asked the manager and he told me ah we are takeaway. A takeaway that has lots of tables and lots of things that you would eat probably from a plate. Is it just me ? No attempt to recognise that my food had turned into a bag napkin cheese and mushroom croissant . 8.00 well spent for the comedic value alone. My tip , pack a plate or in fact pack your own croissant. .

Male Manager is as rude as get out and doesn’t know how to do anything. All I have to say really! Two young girls served me and were so lovely with recommending orders as I wanted to try something new, especially during what seemed to be a very busy time.

Welcome to Star Bucks Belfast City Airport. I award this establishment 5 filthy stars. I was here last week and had to wipe the table myself. This week I asked for a bin bag to clean the table of 8 disused items. The girl behind the counter directed me to the bin. I again asked for a bag. Those items were cups, empty wrappers, and rubbish. ‘I ll clean it in a minute ‘ was the reply. Well I was half way through my food when she decided to come over. Was it just my table. NO. The whole place is a shambles and with a captured audience no one cares. Floor filthy too. But there u go. 5 filthy stars awarded. I ll be back in another week and give an update. PM

Went into buy a fruit salad and sit down but as we had bought cafe nero coffees we were told to leave and not allowed to sit down. When I explained I was coming to get a fruit pot I was sneered at at the sentiments were repeated.

The coffee was good, but couldn't help notice the overhead lights and fans absolutely caked in dust. That's human skin guys. Super gross. The tables and chairs are minging too. Grab your coffee and run guys....ruuuuuuun, before the dust rains into your latte, like a snowstorm of skin flakes . So gross

Terrible service, overcharged for Danish pastry, advertised at £2.65 and charged £3.30, girl on the till looked confused and couldn’t correct the mistake and still wanted the full overcharged amount despite acknowledging the error, spoke to the manager about it who told me he didn’t like my attitude and walked off, I asked for a complaint form and got a torn piece of paper, told him I would report his illegal charging to consumerline, he just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t care less

This was by far the WORST Starbucks coffee experience I've ever had. This Starbucks is located in the terminal waiting area of the George Best Belfast regional airport. The seating area looks nice, but it was packed and there were no tables left. The wait to order took forever and the brewed coffee was horrible. It didn't take like the typical Starbucks Pike Place brew. I have to assume they get the same beans that all the Starbucks locations get, so it must have something to do with the way they brew it. I threw away my Starbucks coffee and went to another little coffee stand next to the Starbucks and got a much better cup of coffee. Overall, not a good experience. Get your coffee next door (same waiting area right next to Starbucks is another coffee chain, much better consistent coffee) at Caffe Nero.

Well this is the fourth Starbucks I’ve been into in the last few weeks and not one of these places has a working internet. This is intentional by the NI franchisee likely to just cut costs and the customer can Foxtrot Oscar. This brand is fast becoming untrustworthy to me. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I imagine it’ll soon lose all my business. I reluctantly give 2 stars as I hovered over making it one but the coffee is still good - despite price increases over 10% and the server was friendly. When you read this review please consider that this is Starbucks where a GB franchise holder charged me 5 pence for tap water in July 2022 having spent £14 on coffee & cake (Portsmouth - separate review) but the claimed intention was to charge for the plastic cup to save the planet when dozens of ceramic cups were available. So saving the planet had nothing to do with it, rather nickel & dime customers to death was the aim by a mega company. The UK disposes of over a billion coffee cups a year undoubtedly Starbucks is a significant contributor to the total. In one Starbucks locally, I recently asked the server about the absent internet service which I noted had been missing for quite a few weeks and they waffled. When I asked them to turn it on and off they became uncomfortable, essentially they conceded it wasn’t available. The issue was that I was trying to bring up my Starbucks card on my phone to pay for my coffee order, but the wheel was spinning and the impatient queue behind me was growing. The server had the temerity to suggest that I go out of the store to a nearby Boots and link into their free customer WiFi - after all Boots cares about paying customers - so that I could bring up the Starbucks card and once established return to Starbucks pay. I looked at them I’m sure incredulously but in the end that’s exactly what I had to do to bring up the card as I wasn’t getting any coffee without payment even though Starbucks had contributed to my inability to work the Starbucks app wherein Starbucks already held money that I’d given them in advance to buy Starbucks coffee. My latest Starbucks visit was in East Belfast in an area with a Mc Donald’s and a Tim Hortons so next time working internet will get our business even if I have to drink cheap coffee. I was meeting folks who chose it. There were five members of staff behind the counter and boy they were slow. Only one served customers at the counter with three wearing earpieces to handle drive through with one making coffee so drive thru was prioritised - we were left standing without the distraction working internet provides while seated drivers were served first. What a way to drive a business into disrepute.

Customer service is not great. Asked someone if they can clear the table that we're sitting at and was told that they've "just cleared a few other ones". Can't use the discount that should be available at all Starbucks branches and Starbucks app payment is also not available.

I usually try to shy away from large North American chains when abroad, but decided to patronize the Starbucks at BHD after the fine folks at Flybe (RIP) gave me a £10 meal voucher as compensation for a delayed flight. I’d already eaten at St. George’s Deli & Kitchen a few hours earlier, so wasn’t overly hungry; thus, a beverage at Starbucks fit the bill. After browsing the menu, I settled on the Tropical Mango Frozen Iced Tea – a “limited time” drink not readily available in North American markets. I also picked up a couple Almond Biscotti cookies, but only after some prodding by the Starbucks employee who encouraged me to use the whole voucher. It was actually kind of nice to sit in the enclosed dining area. Most Starbucks units that I’ve come across at airports are typically just small kiosks and thus lack an actual sit-in space; or, if there is a place to sit one’s keister, it’s usually shared with a food court. As such, I was able to enjoy my beverage away from the hustle and bustle of the George Best general departure lounge. The Tropical Mango Frozen Iced Tea is described on the Starbucks website as “mixing black tea with mango and pineapple, for a classic tropical flavour.” Generic corporate description aside, I actually quite enjoyed this icy-smooth beverage. It was bright and vibrant; the fruits offered a slight sweetness, but didn’t overpower the tea flavour. The biscotti, on the other hand, wasn’t very good – almost broke my teeth biting into those things! FOOD: 3.5/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: Well, I was stuck in a small airport with limited options. The good thing about large chains, though, is you typically know what you’re going to get regardless of location. In this respect, I wasn’t disappointed. Starbucks delivered on their tropical beverage and provided me with enough energy to endure an additional 3 hours of waiting before I was finally up and on my way! Received very poor service from a very imperitant girl with blonde hair, my drink was cold and she was extremely rude when I asked that she replace it, apparently it was because I asked for cream (my fault). Seemingly very inconvenienced and annoyed by my request, she asked me if I still want cream "even though that's the reason why it's not hot". I said yes. Second drink was hot. Tables were dirty and uncleared. Very disappointing. I won't visit any Starbucks again.

A sign said everyting was baked daily but the pastry was hard and was probably fresh once. The coffee was good. It's expensive, but I did expect that in an airport.

Good pesto chicken toasties. Bad customer service, I ordered with a very blaise employee and was given a skinny late which I hadn't ordered, when I said this politely I was then given a very sloppy version of what I had ordered which was much less nicely presented than the first coffee. Not my fault it wasn't what I ordered. Tables and floor very messy and unclean.

the strawberry and lime icey drink couldn't taste any worse. But what made things even worse that the card machine was broken and couldn't buy anything without having cash! I couldn't sit in the floor was dirty and the whole please had a gross unpleasant odour . This Starbucks would get a one star if it wasn't for the friendly staff.

Very poor location full of untrained staff. Andy on the bar thinks he’s in the Wild West sliding your drinks that he doesn’t know how to make along the bar. If you’re lucky the lid might be on properly, but experience says probably not. Train your staff in how to make flat whites, and have your timer running on the filter coffee. The red flashing light is a giveaway.

If I order tea (or coffee) when assistant says "regular" I expect English breakfast tea or filter coffee. You then sell me mid sized cup. Put small, regular and large on your board instead of 'tall' 'grande' and 'venti'. I am not a regular - I wonder how many others have been 'conned' like this.

Placed an order and it said it would be 55 minutes rang up and the girl said it would be the next order to go out 40 minutes past still no food eventually it arrived over 2 hours later when my husband rang the girl was so cheeky and rude and Apparently she doesn't work in a take away according to her. Food came and it was freezing she offered us £10 off our next order there won't be a next time stay clear from here.

Nice Sunday lunch- have eaten here a few times and really enjoyed it. Sunday lunch was very substantial and tasty. My only problem was that there were 3 dogs in the bar- 1 running around without a lead. I like dogs but I don’t want them running around when food is being served- I also witnessed one of the waitresses petting the dog- I do hope she washed her hands afterwards- but I didn’t see that happening. There is a good outdoor area at this bar- surely people who want to bring their dogs could be restricted to there?
