As a frequent fast-food patron, I was sorely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's. The overall experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the service was painfully slow, with long queues and disinterested staff who seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. The food quality was subpar, with my burger tasting like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and the fries were disappointingly soggy and lukewarm. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning, with tables left dirty and a distinct lack of attention to hygiene. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was far from satisfactory, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Rule of thumb: never order soda drinks for delivery (unless they're bottled) - by the time you get the order the ice will be melted, it will be flat etc. Fries are best consumed fresh so another no no for deliveries.

Ordered 2x chicken mccrispy meals and didn't receive fries. Kept the order simple by ordering the same meals twice and they still manage to mess it up. You would think they would have someone checking the orders prior to sending. Absolute useless management, clearly lack of adequate training provided and lack of care. Not the first time this has happened either. Stupid of me for repeating to order from them. This will be the last. I expect fast food but not no food.

This McDonald’s has consistently left out certain things from my order and the customer service is useless, refusing to offer any sort of refund or help.

Everytime I go through the drive through here, they do not give me the correct order. I get home and am usually missing half of the meal or I have been given the completely wrong order. Most recently they have forgotten a wrap from a wrap meal, a burger and have gave me a sprite instead of a strawberry milkshake. It’s not hard.

Feels like being the lunch line in some eastern bloc mens prison with all the deliveroo drivers jostling around the tills in their track suits. Place is a hole. Drive through if you can or even better drive past.

absolutely raging ! ordered delivery to have half of the order missing. had to drive up to get told that they can’t do anything and that i now have to go out of my way to contact a different service to get compensated. the boy at the window was so lovely handling it. disappointed in management.

Very busy McDonald's but still provided very fast service when I ordered using the screens.

place is an absolute disgrace. went in for an order and had to be about 15 delivery guys all shouting and arguing about picking up orders..all the orders where just sitting on the counter 20+ orders easy not being kept warm and i waited 30 mins and all them orders are still waiting to be delivered..i will never order a mcdonalds delivery of any of those apps

I am sorry to say I am disappointed in the service at McDonald’s and the standard of food, I’m there every Saturday and I always have to wait at least 25-30 minutes for my order and when I get it home it’s always cold, the worst thing they ever did was Uber eats and deliveroo because they seem to get preference over the customer in the restaurant. I get food for 6 people and spend anything from £30 to £40 so I expect my food to be warm but because they are so busy with the deliveries my food is left sitting until I complain and someone decides to pack it. Quite a few times I have got home home and some of my order is missing and I have to go back and your lucky if you get a sorry.I have also noticed in the drive tru you have to wait longer because of deliveries I was there last night getting a quarter pound cheeseburger meal with only cheese and ketchup and they parked me up and I had to wait over 10 minutes which is something I never did before deliveries started so come on McDonald’s look after all your customers not just the ones getting dliveries

The wait times are getting longer and longer every time you go. Everytime you go it is a guarantee you will be told to wait in a bay. Even if it’s for one meal. Used to be a great McDonald’s and it has really went downhill.

Missing big tasty, rest of the food was stone cold and no option on the Mc Donald's app to complain and delivery service is only able to refund £3, even if the missing item was £8. This is now the third time out of 5 that item is missing, we are honestly so disappointed and won't order again!

First delivery ETA was pushed back twice & and hour after the latest time, still had no response/update from Just Eat as to what was going on. Restaurant had closed by this point. Pathetic customer service, could have just cancelled my order.

Staff are usually very friendly and helpful and manage to keep on top of the cleaning tables.

Place is a complete shambles went through drive through as normal ordered a Big Mac meal with no lettuce and pickle and a coke. A McChicken sandwich meal with Coke Zero and two hot apple pies. Paid for meal and went to next window to pick up to be told as usual to go to a parking bay (nearly the norm now!!) waited 15mins on our food and observed every man and his dog going in and coming out from just and deliveroo and god knows who else. Got our food and arrived home to find the chips freezing, hot apple pie luke warm and the plain McChicken sandwich meal had mayo in the burger even though the sticker on the box said plain. If I do grace you with my custom again I will be checking my order before I go anywhere because your staff seem more interested in sorting food carrier orders than anyone else’s!!! Sort it out.

Closest McDonald's for delivery on Just Eat. However, orders always have items missing. Though when going through the drive through, never had an issue.

Drive through can be very slow sometimes. Customer service is not great. One girl doesn't even speak a word. I've found customer service at Dundonald and Knocknagoney much better. One morning they kept me waiting in line to order breakfast and then told me it was over!!😡

Pretty good. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is a decent variety of food, which is usually well-prepared. One slight niggle is that one of the servers placed a curse on my cheeseburger. Now, Ronald McDonald keeps watching me when I pee. Leave me alone Ronald. No, I won't let you do a quality control taste taste, so stop asking.

Food always great experience, but all over Belfast and in almost all their outlets you will not get your order number when you order via their kiosk, and then you have to wait another queue just to know your number.

Christmas pies bought 2 both cold one with no filling

Food wasn't that cold, but I got my order on McDonald's App and they left out a Chicken Big Mac which is £5.69. We also didn't receive 4 sauces for the 20 chicken nuggets. Also no way to contact them for a refund or any compensation. Disappointed.

It's a McDonald's ffs. You don't need an atmosphere, just enough fries to feed yourself and enough pickles on your burger to be happy.

As I sat watching a pair of parents watch their five year old create a barbecue sauce fountain at the condiment station, their eyes emotionless, their souls vacated. I suddenly understood the meaning of life. The enlightenment that washed over me granted me a momentary higher state of consciousness. I could see a path to peace in the middle east, to an end of inequality, to world where swifties and team yeezy could get along. Unfortunately this hyper awareness also created a stark contrast with how the big tasty in my hand tasted to before and how it tasted now. It was awful. Though from this lofty view point I knew that I would be once again drawn into Samsara. And so, I finished it and returned to my natural state. They also had very clean bathrooms with the bare minimum of sectarian graffiti.

Useless 24hr Mcdonalds, 50% of the time the drive through is coned over, or their computers are down or they just leave cars sitting for over 10 mins with no explanation. Going to contact head office with recordings of sitting waiting at this dump. Disgusting service.

I rarely leave comments for fast food companies. However, I was positively surprised by this one. The food arrived immediately and was of a much better quality (oil) than any other McDonald's. Well done.

Don’t go on Friday evening if you want served before the food goes cold / out of date. The demand, particularly from the delivery services, massively outstrips the ability of the staff to supply it. When I eventually got served, this was the cheeseburger. The atmosphere was so stressed I was expecting a mass brawl. I’ll drive to Dublin before I ever use this place again.

Delivery with Just Eat. Sprite was water in a cup and Coke was completely flat. Experience with customer service from Just Eat was useless.

They always provide the best service and food even in the busiest times. Some times the kiost is not interactive. Spacious clean and tidy.

Google alleged I had visited McDs 3 days ago and keeps pestering me to leave a review. (Full disclosure - I didnt visit.) Sorry but I would need to be starving before I would eat here and even then if I found a chunk of cardboard I would gnaw on it first as it tastes about the same.

Complete wrong order delivered, 2nd time this has happened. Manager absolutely no help. £28 and no food. His solutions were to either drive down, which I couldnt do hence why I got it delivered. Or buy another one. Which would have been then £56 for 3 big macs? No thanks. Definitely won't give it a 3rd chance.

Slow fast-food. Almost always overcrowded, so takes a very long time to get your order. Everybody's mood is down due to wait. If you don't want to enjoy a meal, this is the place. I believe all this can be said for most of Mc Donald's restaurants. Other than that, as it should be.

Inedible swill I usually order a breakfast most saturdays as a weekly treat and more than one occasion now (which I have byballed at the time) I have had to clean the food up or throw half away because of how messy and melted and gross it is, never mind the fact they throw hash browns into a bag and the grease makes the whole bag slick. Cut to this morning - £19 to have to bin £13 of food because I could not physically remove the mcmuffin from the paper and the hashbrowns wouldnt come off the paper either. Disgusted. This is my local mcdonalds and I have given multiple chances, but having been sick all week and this being my first food in a few days I am more than let down. With the cost of food you’d question how they can afford to be pulling stunts like this repeatedly.

food came without straws for drinks or dips we asked for, staff member at the food window was incredibly rude telling us we hadnt ordered a second drink, which we had, and was very rude and unhelpful when dealing with it, the member at the paying window was however lovely. I was ordering many times with delivery because my time it's very struggle ( not have time for delight in one restaurant) and happened again my order it was incomplete missing items,so I decided to go in restaurant to make one complayn about this situation for don't repeat again,but the employee in front of desk she knows why I came in front because when I start to tell her why I went there she completes my phrase "fries!"" and she asking me why I am there I need a 🍟??? This is a joke?? I paid for quality service and for food delivery and she asking me after when I said my order it is incomplete if I need a 🍟 missing. Obviously I came in my time to take the missing fries 🍟 I payed for delivery why I went???? I want to speak with manager and came other employees he take my order in back and don't tell what happened , when I ask he talk to me some I don't understood what he said I they left me in front of desk to waiting for non explications. Wouldn't gave any stars, disgusted just drove 17 miles 2 get there at 4:45 2 get nuggets for my special needs son who only eats certain things, get there n the tills r updating so I asked could I still get the nuggets she said no. She said it was brekfast menu starting, so it's my fault ur tills r updating I can't get the food I want??? Of course manager wasn't there, this place is a disgrace there is always something when I go n of course no number for 2 call last week there was 6 cars waiting at 2 am 2 get served n all the staff were out having a smoke because "apartly" AGAIN tills were down. This place at conswater is terrible.they have the cheek to ask for nearly £4 for a burger and give you it cold.after waiting 15mins. Daylight robbery in my opinion. Worst mcdonalds ever....by far Went in to use bathroom before ordering. Toilets were dirty and hand dryer didn't work. We were told by a member of staff to order on machines. Ordered at machine...no paddles for table service so would have to queue to collect order. No receipt from machine to verify order and prove payment. Waited standing in queue for 25 minutes before receiving our order which were both wrong and luke warm. Had to take meal and sit outside and eat a meal neither of us ordered as we had no proof ie a receipt of what we ordered nor could we face another 25 minute queue. Yes it was busy but alot of staff just standing about. I will never darken your door again .

Slow service, inexperienced staff, semi warm food always. Also mop floors without using wet floor signs and then complain why you walk through it to get to the counter.

Most recent order was definitely better although we still got parked up for some time as did our friend's car and items were missing from both cars orders on the first attempt to bring out the goods to the cars. Fundamentally, the food was very good though generally speaking

This is the worst Mcdonalds. Genuinely this used to ge the best, cleanest and most reliable. However now even when you physically select your own order and say no cheese, there is still cheese? And stopped giving away people's orders and then refusing to explain to uber or speak to the customer. Learn some customer service guys, costs nothing but gets you far in life.
