Subway in Belfast

Subway didn't have one of the things I ordered and they rang to explain the position and offer alternatives. They even offered to throw in an additional item as compensation. This is the level of service we should all be getting. The food arrived piping hot and was delicious. Can't speak highly enough of the staff.

I never received £30 when I cancelled an order still waiting on it and I just got a phone call from a delivery driver that wasn't even for me how are people using my number to place an order!

the meatballs tasted funny and the sauce in the subway seemed off or the meat was a first for me this but put me off subway for a while

I didn't receive order again tonight this was last night as well

Delivery driver was friendly. Subway missed some items as part of the order though, crucial items of the salad were forgotten about

Awful nachos were litterally downing in cheese and had no salsa on them ! Safe to nice I didn’t have happy kids when these turned up and had to go get my own stuff and make them in the end. Waste of money

I order a meatball marinara and a bmt. the bmt came with only ham and cheese when I had ordered spefic things in it

waffle fries portion was very small but everything else was good

sub was lovely ordered a doughnut, was really looking forward to it, when I went to bite into it it was rock hard, it was as if someone had put it in the microwave for too long as I side was going brown

Order was delivered to the wrong address

Always time for subway , great food , great variety, not great customer service. I suppose you get what you pay for. Saying that I couldn't do it so yea? Great variety of food , affordable prices.

hash browns were freezing cold and i think slightly frozen

I'm disgusted, the delivery driver just left food outside the garden gate and left. We didn't even know the food was there until I checked the app and it said food was delivered but it hadn't been brought to my door, our food was cold because we don't know how long it was sitting there

I'm sensitive to lettuce so I didn't want it in my salad box... but I got it anyway. Clearly the person didn't read the ingredients list properly so there wasn't much that I could eat.

Driver did not come to the right street and I had to walk to the street as he phoned to say he was leaving the delivery in the street and going on

Served by staff member Damian, I ordered a just eat order that got mixed up, walked down to the store and Damian was so understanding and was quick to sort the issue out. Top class customer service he deserves a raise. Thank you Damian.

Food quality was poor, asked for toasted - it wasn’t - missing drinks and the other food was cold. Only thing nice was the cookie 🍪

i never received my food. it said it was delivered but it wasn’t. the driver drove up and down my street but never came to the door.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! There is a major issue with the staffing in the Subway and the connected Spar shop. Whether the owner wants to turn a blind eye to that fact is extraneous as far as I'm concerned. I'd just like to warn the wider public and I'd recommend to anyone to take their custom elsewhere due to hygiene issues I have witnessed first-hand. I had two visits over the last few months where the workers also expressed a very negative and disrespectful attitude. I'll never be back.

Healthy food and friendly staff

The guy took 6 orders at the same time with no problem and kept them all tidy and tasty. Great service.

Staff are generally helpful. This place can get busy at various times and as it is also part of a convenience store, you are generally in crowds of both stores. There is also a direct access to an a attached public house.

Had subway earlier on today , good service, clean etc. In the back of the newsagents on the corner of Carlisle Circus

Quite clean with quick and friendly service.
