The best restaurants serving Default food in North Down South Eastern NI

Staff friendly, quick and helpful but food simply not up to international KFC standards that we all know so well - its almost like " we can serve them anything - the wont mind the quality". To be specific, the chicken does not come with the usual, trademark, vacuum created crispy coating - it come with a greasy breadcrumb coating which is simply not nice - my problem is as simple as that. Thats it - if you like KFC style chicken, eat somewhere else.

I have just been in to store and I made my order the man sed the price so I pulled the money out no we only take card here he say so I sed looks like I can get it then he sed looks that way how can he speek to some one like that for one and that's the only fast food place I have ever herd that one never go back their again

Haven't been in quite some time and I won't be back. This used to be a great wee takeaway when Shakeel managed it. The two lonely guys who served me seemed like fish out of water. No personality although the guy with glasses did say thank you. The kebab on chips was a let down to say the least. I'm glad I didn't go for something more substantial. 5 pieces of the worst overcooked pakora I've ever tasted and doner meat chopped up into tiny burnt ends. How difficult can it be?

Order from the over an hour ago and my food still hasn't arrived it's a joke

Probably the worst salt n chilli chicken I’ve ever had, chicken was tough & stringy on the palette, Hartley any spice & very cheesy. Meat spring rolls came cold & soggy veg inside mushy & meat full of cheap ham. They should be ashamed. I hardly ate any of it. Delivery drivers fault for temperature but chefs fault for really bad food.this place will surely go bankrupt in the near future, I’ve eaten here many times but lately nothing they serve is like it used to be. It like Andy isn’t even trying anymore. Andy do you ever taste any of what you send out. Obviously not

There were no drinks included despite being on order

Scam. Tried to get us to pay twice. Cancelled the Just eat order. Avoid.

Absolutely horrible service, I ordered one apple pie and had to go up to the counter after half an hour or waiting for it for them to shout in my face and make me show proof or purchase for a £1.69 item? That’s absurd!!! My friend also didn’t receive a sauce with her nuggets and when she went to ask for a sauce they gave her the wrong one even tho she clearly said which one she wanted.

Quite possibly the worst chip shop I've ever eaten out off chips were reheated soggy chicken burger was dripping do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost had to throw it all away never again

Placed an order on Bangor eats and two hours later it still hadn’t arrived.

Just ordered food for delivery, it took about an hour and 40minutes to come when it finally came thought I’d be nice.. I was wrong it was all freezing and didn’t even get everything I asked for. Eg. Ordered the pastie supper and got the pastie with about a dozen chips and the mega fry with burnt potato bread and no beans. Very disappointed to say the least.

They couldn’t find my address and just eat haven’t updated my number, It WASNT their fault although I still payed for goods I did not receive…again , I would like my money back.

Family visit, kfc fries were worst I have ever tasted, like strips of soggy soap, second visit -both experiences aweful!!! where are the managers? Is this standard exceptable by the firm?
