Super Chippy in North Down

Food was very overcooked. Had southern fried chicken and was like chewing on rubber. Curry chips were not nice. Maybe just a blip as I can't understand how else this place survives while giving out low quality food like that with so many other decent takeaways nearby. However, I certainly wouldn't go back to try that theory.

Really great friendly service - they bring the food out to your car :-) especially helpful after we had a spillage of milkshake by our 5 year old!Yummy southern fried chicken and pizza & morelli ice cream milkshakes - happy mummy = happy children on a rainy afternoon.Highly recommended.

I have recently got deliveries from here and the food is good, i have had fish and chips and the pizza is also good.

Thought I would give here a try, I couldn’t say it was not nice but I would go somewhere else in the area that’s not as average.

These guys catered to a birthday party and this was genuinely the best burger I have ever had. Highly recommend. Thanks again great service great food.

Took 3 hours for a delivery. Phoned 4 times to be told them had no staff or manager, its not its away every time. Then when I phoned again I got attitude from the girl. It finally arrived at 11pm when my son had gone to bed. driver said he had been in the shop but never given it till 5min before arriving to us. It was cold and dried out, most of it the dog ate. Never again.

I like the pizze here. Crisp and well done as i like it. The coleslaw is yummy too Has cheap lunch offers as well

Ordered online tonite for it to arrive after 1hr 30mins . On arrival food was cold. Foned and demanded remake or we were calling for refund. Came within 20mins.. deliverey driver wanted old food bk. Food was slapped together in rush and was still cold. Will never b bk again.

Oh my word!!!Ordered a pizza and a small sausage meal about hour and a half ago.the place is 2 minutes from my apartment.Idiots could not find me even though they have delivered to me many times..they did try ringing but i did not know the number and am sick of scammers.eventually spoke to a very rude lady.told them they never were at my door and i don't pick up strange calls..rude rude rude rude !!! Take my advice and avoid

The only reason I gave 5 is so people would see this I ordered food for us and the kid's we received the wrong order so rang and asked if they could resend it I knew it was there peak time so mistakes happen was not expecting to be spoken to the way I was they they said they would resend it and I was never to call them again they don't need or want my business I'm was in shock as we always get from that chip shop and have never complained before as there was never a need and I asked for no form of compensation or discount even though it was there error it's also a man who spoke to me in that manner which also shocked me the entire 2 minute conversation had me in tears

Rung them when food was 30 mins late to be told they hadn't even begun to cook it!!!! No apologies. Asked for refund told to contact just eat. Just eat brill. Super Chippy rubbish. Will never use again.

Not a place I will ever visit again in my life. Poor service. The food quality was shall we say average (and that's being very nice) plenty more decent chippies to visit if you are hungry

We go to this chippy when we are working near rathgael and it's nice and clean, the staff are friendly and prices reasonable. The pasties are quite nice and chips are of reasonable quality.

Over priced poor quality food if your hungry and want chips go home and make them because you'll only be raging that u paid for this but to be fair there's no chippy locally that deserves to be called a chippy there all pants if you ask me and my message to the chippy stop taking us for fools and buck up your ideas

La semana pasada visité Super Chippy y pedimos dos pizzas tamaño. Estaban bien cocinados, deliciosa y satisfactoria una gran relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo la semana siguiente llamé de nuevo y pedí una pizza grande y una porción de patatas fritas y 2 salchichas como un regalo para mis perros pequeños. Llegamos descubrimos pizza no era el que pedimos y aunque bien preparado no era de nuestro gusto y terminó en la papelera. Las patatas fritas eran horrorosos y restos sin cocer. Aunque los perros disfrutaron de la salchicha. Muy decepcionante y ahora no tienen incentivos para volver.

Very Disappointing experience at the Super Chippy. The chicken was greatly over cooked and shrivelled. My expectations of some soft breast were greatly let down when a ball of tough skin arrived. Disappointing.

He tenido comida fuera de aquí en más de una ocasión y nunca he tenido un problema hasta ahora. Las patatas fritas eran terribles, y procedente de un fondo "fish and chips" yo estaba claro que eran sólo precocida y climatizada no completamente cocinado. El servicio, el personal son ignorantes y desagradables. Hay muchos más chippys en Bangor no volveremos! !

A 6.50, ordenados comida en correo electrónico dieron orden de 6,55decir estaría aquí en 60 minutos. A las 8, me llamaron para verificar dijeron mi pedido para ser enviado con el conductor de al lado. A las 8:30 finalmente conseguí mi orden, de 95 minutos, no a 60, después de ser ordenados. No ayuda el recibo era sólo imprimido en 7,40, 50 minutos después de la orden y significado se colocó la comida era estar mucho antes de llegar a mi casa. Cualquier chips pregunto estaban frías. Pérdida de tiempo.

Hemos comido fuera de aquí un par de veces y tengo que decir que el tamaño de las porciones son muy pobres. Una cena salchicha pareciera una comida de los niños. Patatas fritas también son muy pobres. No recomendaría este "fish and chips" a cualquiera

We ordered some pizzas to take home and even after travelling home and giving them a reheat in the oven they were delicious. Much better value than Domino's and really tasty .

Don't usually eat chippy food but this is second time iv ordered and food has been beaut. Will Def be ordering again

Haddock tasted horrible was extremely dry and rubbery Chips were soggy tasteless But the battered sausage was nice ....

Soggy chips and tasteless chicken. should of stayed home and ate cardboard .nothing more to say really.

We both had fish and chips: fish was excellent - chips were soggy, tasteless and needed to be heated in the microwave (we live only a few minutes away). But the biggest negative for me was the cheerless (almost grumpy!) man who served me. He was no different with other customers, including one with a little boy who had to choose his drink: not a smile or a kind word for the wee lad. This guy just looked as if he didn't want to be there. If he's the owner, he needs to think again: if not, someone needs to have a word with him. In fairness to the other staff, service was reasonable.

I don't usually really rate takeaways but I have to say I was really happy with the device and food here. There is a very wide selection of takeaway food on offer but I like s decent plain boring burger and this one had a lovely chargrilled flavour. The chips were also gorgeous - proper seaside town chippy chips! I also loved the fact that they offered different sizes of chip portions - be warned though the large size is enormous! The onion rings are good two! Will definitely be back!
