Subway in North Down

Best Subway I've had in a very long time. So much so it's become my first choice lunch while renovating the house! Spot on

Only get 30min for my lunch will just pick up in future

It took over an hour and a half to get here and the subway is a 5 minute drive from my house !

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered. Italian herbs and cheese bread was ordered and a plain sub was delivered. We won’t be ordering from here again.

My order was 1 hour and 15 minutes late and not even warm when it finally arrived.

The best subway and the drivers are very polite

I've ordered from all the Subways in Bangor at various times and this one is always the best. They actually follow my notes and if there is ever a problem (rarely) they give me a call to sort it out. Thanks guys!

driver left order on the door step didn’t knock or ring the bell and didn’t get a notification to say it was out for delivery until who knows how long after it was sitting there needless to say they were freezing! subs also on wrong bread👎🏻

no meat balls and no teryaky sauce seriously reduce the menu options

Food late due to delivery driver not turning in. When arrived subs and hash browns cold. Cookies undercooked. Not the usual from subway.

I ordered the food at about 12:45 and it didn’t arrive until 1:25 got a text saying it was delayed.

Ordered from this subway today as I'm in a rush to get to a party and they went above and beyond 💜. They sent extra cookies because they weren't able to give me a second white chocolate cookie and the food was absolutely lovely.

Delayed over two and a half hours

over 2 hrs late kept putting order back rang twice only yo be told there busy ordered footlong steak melt sent 6 inch food cold will never order from here again avoid at all costs !!

Girl just left my food at door she had a dog on the passenger seat next to my f**kin food!!! The sub was burnt and was horrible had to order from else where ..

I ordered food on just eat at 16:03 it is now 18:32 and I still have not received my order… they kept putting my order time back 3 times and then give me a time to be delivered and it’s still 15 mins late

Several times order delayed. 2 subs, didn't bother putting cheese in. Another time it looked like the subs had been punched after being shat on. This last time, 20 mins late- called shop to be told its sitting and just waiting for driver to get back. Said it would probably be 20 mins before the driver returned as had several deliveries to do. Advised it could be another 20 mins before driver got to my address. So basically over 2 hours for a couple subs. Just cancelled, so I get to wait for my refund- who knows how long they'll take to do that. Don't take the orders of you can't fulfil your delivery times. Will not be eating from here again.

Wrong sauces put on two of the salads. Cookies ordered didn’t have any macadamia cookies and 5 of the cookies were broken pieces in the box. Very disappointing

There was a slight time delay which i was warned about, but they gave me the completely wrong sandwich from what I ordered. With zero warning or explanation. Very dissapointed.

Lovely driver, food was great too.

It took 1hr 40m to arrive from subway in the same town. Had to contact them to find out where it was as it updated in the app as if it was delivered when it wasn’t. When it arrived, it didn’t have all the toppings I asked for! Very disappointed.

Terrible food was very late , freezing and had tomato in it which I am allergic too , refund refused and branch not answering £18 for 2 sandwiches - disappointed

Forgot drink, phoned and they said they'd bring it ASAP then phoned 10 minutes later and said they aren't bringing it and giving a refund for it. Wrap and subs where hard as well

Food that had been heated was cold when it arrived. It also took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive even though the premises is just around the corner. We were ordering at work so couldn't leave to get it but would definitely not order for delivery again if that is the lead time

Food took a while to arrive, and when it did one of the food items wasn't how it was ordered.

The food wasn’t enjoyable as it tasted like it had be sitting for ages before being delivered. Part of the order was wrong also.

Delicious food, woman was so amazingly nice and apologised for the inconvenience and was very nice , I also got extra crisps for some strange reason , overall it was delicious thank you very much

Food was freezing when it arrived, therefore the bread was so tough we couldn’t eat it. Also what we asked for on subs we didn’t get.

Very disappointing, order 2 subways both very dry cold and taste was like it had been made yesterday , I ordered and was given 1 hour delivery time which was fine but then 1hour 23 minutes later another email saying it will be 2 and half hours, and another email 32 seconds layer saying it would be 3 hour's after the time I ordered. I tried calling yo cancel but they did not pick up, retried 14 times phone just rings out, no option on bangor eats app. To cancel or email just the restaurant number which they don't answer. If they can't forfill the order they should not take the order. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be using them again. Poor attitude from drivers, food not in a good condition on arrival

There was a mix up on the system with my order which resulted in ht late delivery. However when I rang them, they were very prompt in correcting the issue and keeping in contact with updates until the food was delivered. Really appreciated this high level of customer service. Thank you so much!
