Bangor Kebab House in North Down

Haven't been in quite some time and I won't be back. This used to be a great wee takeaway when Shakeel managed it. The two lonely guys who served me seemed like fish out of water. No personality although the guy with glasses did say thank you. The kebab on chips was a let down to say the least. I'm glad I didn't go for something more substantial. 5 pieces of the worst overcooked pakora I've ever tasted and doner meat chopped up into tiny burnt ends. How difficult can it be?

Ordered a 12 inch pizza and a mixed kebab, delivery said max 40 mins. Just over an hour and 10 mins later I received my delivery and was starving. Sat down with my friend, opened large pizza box to be presented with a tiny pizza. Not only tiny but cold and chewy. Phoned to complain about pizza, was told I could have a free starter by owner. Told him I wanted the 12 inch pizza which I had paid for, he said next time I order 10 inch and he will give me 12 inch and hung up the phone. Basically for their mistake they get 2 sales and I get 1 small cold rubbery pizza and give them more money in the hope they get it right next time. No chance, these people don't understand customer service one bit. From reading other reviews this is commonplace so save your money and eat elsewhere.

Ordered meal from there one meal didn't come correct I rang them said they would sort it after I had to argue with them about there mistake and them trying to say the would sort it next time, sat and waited for them to rectify and nothing I called and pointed out that our food had gone cold and he hung up family takeaway night ruined height of rudeness tried to use the fact I asked for extra sauce as an excuse for them ruining a £25 meal

Best kebab we have had in ages, will definitely order again.

Went into store to order take away face to face for 3 adults. All the individual orders were wrong. I ordered onion bhajis for starters & they were so spicy I couldn't eat mine. I phoned to inform them how wrong the order was but I really wasn't understood, all I got was this is our usual mix for bhaji, this is rubbish, I have eaten from there many times & never had spicy bhajis. In all honesty the orders are always wrong but usually in a small way, tonight was the last time I will be using their services!!!

Super kebabs and proper chips not frozen. And even a wee freebee kebab meat and water for my dog. Gentlemen

Place an order over 2 hours ago was told at the start would be 20 minutes then told another 5 then a couple of seconds it be 40 more minutes and nobody will answer the phone absolutely ridiculous when even bother wasting your time

Had steak and chicken tikka kebab on chip tonight, can only say fantastic, kebab sauce great and I got a pot of hot chilli sauce to go with it, massive portion both meats really tender, first time I've been there but will be back for sure well done guys. Ordered on line and got discount slightly over a pound great value thanks.

Waited over 90 minutes for delivery phoned up 3 times to be told its on its way ended up cancelling order never going to use them again (must have coming from the khyber pass in India)

Visiting bangor, decided to use khyber pass for some food because of its favourable ratings. I found my meal to be tasty, fairly priced and worthy of its rating.

Absolutely amazing pizza and kebab and the cheesy chips are to die for . . Ive worked in catering all my life and been trying to find a place that I love for over a year here now.... This is the best by far..

I absolutely love Kyber pass. I lived beside it for a year and I think that's why I put on all the weight hahaha, only half joking haha. Their goujons are beautiful and their portions and generous. I haven't had a pizza from them in a while and the other night as my cheat meal I had it and it was incredible it was everything I didn't know I needed. The service and the people that work there are so lovely and I've had many of a drink post night out conversation with them haha. They care about their customers, are so generous and always want to help. Before I started my diet change I asked if I could have plenty of chicken in my goujons and instead they gave me some extra. I felt like crying it was so sweet. Then I forgot to ring and say thank you because I have an awful memory. Would recommend to anybody. Wish them all the luck in the world 💛

The outside looks so wacky but the food was pretty good.

Very good delivery time but doenst seem to have alot of effort out into the actual food, made me feel sick after eating a whole kebab and the meaty is pretty low quality, would recommend if hungry and want a large amount of food

I have order from kyper pass a few times and have loved it. 2nite I ordered through just eat, I ordered a beef and bird burger, I near broke my teeth on the batter on the chicken burger, I also ordered onion rings, sadly they tasted burnt and to top it of MY bill plus delivery was £8.40 but because I was ordering through just eat I was £9.30, just eat have a cheek to charge an extra 90p for food I wouldn't feed my dog IF I HAD ONE.

Anyone who rated this place good was obviously drunk

La comida aquí es terrible. Pedimos un kebab ambivalente de patatas fritas. Nada era agradable. Terminamos poniendo más de lejos. Ojalá hadve sólo fuimos a la isla de especias mi tienda habitual de kebabs. Lo haré nuevamente!

decidimos darnos un capricho a una tienda de comida hindú por comer nifty y he visto este nuevo lugar lo anuncian, así que decidí probarlo. pedimos en línea vía proporcionan nifty. Tras 30 minutos llamaron por teléfono para preguntar si nos hicimos un pedido! Luego dijo: " Ah estaremos listos pronto. Tras otros 20 minutos llegamos nuestra comida. Pedí un pollo Tikka kebabs en Nan con salsa de ajo. Lo que me dieron fue la peor excusa de kebabs. El pollo marinado en no Tikka, era un horrible recubrimiento de polvo que no saben como Tikka. El Nan era tan pequeño que podría pasar como un pan pitta. Los poppadums que recibí fue tan empapados en aceite que la bolsa vinieron en era gotear!! Mi marido pidió un kebab king de patatas fritas con salsa de la casa. recibió una pequeña caja de chip con unas patatas fritas de puñado, 4 trozos de "pollo Tikka" y un sienten molestadas Doner de carne con salsa no. ambos nos reímos cuando hemos visto lo que habíamos recibido, ya que no podíamos creer que alguien podría realmente la audacia para servir comida como eso. Mi marido llamó House es bangor para preguntar sobre el hecho de que no había salsa en su comida y cómo descontento él estaba. El hombre que hablaba a no prestan mucha atención y roto en inglés dijo que salsa envió a nosotros. Así que nos brindó el beneficio de la duda y esperamos a ver lo que nos darían. esperamos y esperamos y esperamos hasta 45 minutos fue nuestra comida fría. Nos pusimos en contacto con comer nifty y explicó lo que ha sucedido y examinado. Cuando michael en comer nifty volvió a nosotros dijo el dueño Unidos nos disnt pide salsa en nuestra comida y nunca nos llamó para expresar nuestra desdicha. Como alguien que ha utilizado comer nifty sabe que hay en blanco y negro lo que pides y lo dije claramente con salsa de la casa. se negaron a darnos ningún dinero o envíenos cualquier comida de sustitución, aunque nuestra comida fría habían ido esperando por ellos. Cualquiera que esté pensando en comprar desde aquí, por favor, ejecute una milla! La comida es terrible, tamaño de la porción es taaan pequeñas (king se supone que b muy grande, no el tamaño de una pequeña caja de chip) y la actitud de los clientes es vergonzoso.
