We ordered through just eats and the food came almost an hour late and then still cold. We stood in front of the house the whole time and then we were told they couldn't find us as a reason. But when we called the store beforehand, we were told it was only starting now... Dry and hard and cold pizza

Took 50mins to arrive in Donaghadee. Rang bell once and was out the gate with the order as I got to my door. Forgot my drink doner was cold .2 mouth fulls and the rest was binned .Rang the shop to say my drink wasn't with the order and they asked me could they send it next time I ordered. I said yes but there most certainly won't be a next time. Can stick the can .1st and last time ordering from chillis

It's not good what it used to be. There's a funny taste and Put me off it

ordered for collection by accident, phoned them up and they agreed to deliver for £3.50, such a relief as we were already in our taxi home. Friendly staff 👍🏻🙏🏻😊

Put my order in at around 6.30 and it said the estimated time was between 7.20-7.40 which I was ok with, then it was updated to say 7.55. I didn’t receive my order until 8.50! That is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting!

I completely forgot about my order and I accidentally fell asleep is there any way I’m able to get my order today or get my money back ?

The cheese Pizza wasn’t cooked very well neither was the pepperoni also had bearly pepperonis on it more less another cheese pizza. When we took it out of the box it more less fell apart

I ordered my chillies to the wrong address through the just eat app as I’m sure many have done, but I tried to ring the shop over 15 times. End result I didn’t get my food

If the delivery driver used a tad bit of common sense he would have realised the doors were at the bottom of the stairwell he could see that was lit up. Had to get dressed and walk round with my pregnant fiancé afterwards with the food to ask for a refund....this is where it really got interesting. Completely refused a refund then 3 men try and intimidate my fiance and said they were phoning people that weren't the police. Investigation pending. I'm sure the food is great though lol

it turned up 45 minutes after what suggested, ever element of each item was cold and the 2 poppadoms included were completely flexible. The pizza crust was soggy and chewy, the chips had dried out... I used to live Chillies but this may be the last time I bother.

Available until 2am on just eat but the restaurant is closed.

salad was not fresh house sause was like watter and the kebab meat was burnt could not eat it

Took 1hour and 35 minutes to deliver my food and answered the phone which they then told me that it was to be delivered in 5 mins to then ignore all my calls after the original call... absolute joke of a place... shouldn't be offering delivery if they can't provide an adequate service and delivery time.. completely unimpressed and let down.

When delivered the delivery driver forgot 1 of my drinks and my spicey garlic bread, when i realised i opened the door and tried to shout to him in his car and waved my arms but he just drove off

The pizza was absolutely delicious, the chips with sauce was delicious and the delivery driver was very kind and helpful Will definitely order again , they always go out of there way to deliver such a good service :)

Main man Is a great guy always great with customers super friendly great cook with amazing food we got 2 kebabs they were great with fast delivery at 11pm would definitely recommend to others

Hands down... The WORST takeaway I've ever eaten. I've made it my mission to try every Indian/kebab takeaway and this eatery is the WORST!!! I've ever tasted. Please stop misleading people with your brand and give up this disgraceful takeaway food. Utterly disgusting!!! Chicken was frozen, nan bread undercooked, korma sauce lacking quality accompanied by a lack of quantity and comsistancy. (basically tasted like a thick cheese sauce). I will never step foot in this takeaway again. Ordered: Chicken pakora kebab in nan bread with Korma Sauce Garlic bread with cheese, 10" 1/5 -Food 2/5 - service - as it was before estimated N/A atmosphere (due lack of attendance)

Wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely rotten. The chips were rancid. How is that even possible? Genuinely shocked at how rotten it was. Inedible. Wouldn't feed that to an animal.

Haven’t tried most of their menu ! But most places in Northern Ireland don’t know how to make a proper Phall… I ordered the chicken one, meat as tender as can be & the spice level is perfect compared to most places that hold back… when I ask for a Phall, they deliver every time with hot heat & lovely fresh green chillis …. it’s a 10/10 for a spice lover here

Balti was fantastic very tasty and just as expected, however the chili masala was very dry and not very much in the tub. Slight difference in usual taste also.

Ι ordered well in advance to have the order on time. After a phone call to ask for an update the order arrived with a delay of 25 min. The driver asked me to read to him what I had ordered because he was not certain this was my order. When he gave me the order I asked if this is my order for sure and he said he would not know. Most importantly the items that had chicken were undercooked.

My order never came. Sat up waiting for over an hour and no food. Still took my money. An absolute disgrace.

I had a donor kebab last night & I have to say that it was probably the nicest I’ve had in the last 2years. Very fairly priced, no problems with the extras I wanted. A little cold on delivery but 30secs in the nuker & it was perfect. Well done chillies 🌶️

Best kebab in Bangor. Nice and clean tasting, never dripping in grease like most of the other vendors locally. Our go to for a first class Kebab every time!

I ordered a chicken tikka kabab and received a doner kabab not happy!

They try to charge you the jacked up Just Eat prices even when you didn't order using the app. Phoned in an order for collection and when I arrived to pick it up I had one member of staff argue with me that the cost on the menu on the wall wasn't right and I could go online and check the prices. I told him that's not the way it works. Online is online and I'm standing in front of you and your menu on the wall says it costs this much. He wasn't for budging so I made a counter-offer of my £20 back in my wallet and he could eat the 2 kebabs. I've never saw someone so upset about handing over a few quid that didn't belong to him. I should add - I was pointing to the most recent prices they have up... written in permanent marker. If their prices have gone up further, someone needs to get the marker out again.

Ordered at 12, food arrived at 2am after being told 12.45. Chips did not come, chicken wings did instead, we didn't order chicken wings we ordered chips.

Ordered the vegetable starter which included the samosa, pakora and onion baji, I received a large onion baji and a tiny one… no pakor and no samosa! I got a tikka kebab on chips and it was freezing

Delivery driver after contacting me by phone, could not deliver my order as he could not find my address. I clearly gave him my postcode and address as had been sent by Sat nav to the wrong place. If you charge a high price, you expect a high standard. Food is good, but there time keeping is terrible. If anyone orders from here expect it to come late.

To be quite honest not the best pizza, ordered fresh at counter and from the first bite the flavours just weren't right. The cheese tasted oily, didn't taste like mozzarella and the sauce was lacking in the herb department. Overall quite bland and don't think I would recommend, better options available elsewhere.

Order all the time from here. Chips where soggy with hard bits food was cold sauce had big lumps all through it

Literally THEE best kebabs I've ever tasted in my life. No idea why they don't have a higher rating on here! I've tried others in Bangor but now know there's no point; Chillies cannot be beaten. Mixed kebab in naan with cheese, kebab sauce & korma sauce (or with cheese, garlic & salad)...get in my belly naiiiii 😋 Portions are unreal too, takes me 2 go's
