I have just been in to store and I made my order the man sed the price so I pulled the money out no we only take card here he say so I sed looks like I can get it then he sed looks that way how can he speek to some one like that for one and that's the only fast food place I have ever herd that one never go back their again

Not a great BK with many times seeing the food being less than look warm. Staff could cheer up and pay a little attention too.

Dropped in one evening on my way back to Belfast for a quick bite to eat. Food was warm and didn’t have to wait long to be served or for food to arrive.

60 Abbey Street, Bangor BT20 4JB Northern IrelandOrder beef, sent chicken.. Rung restaurant told correct food would be delivered. Phoned an hour (8.30)later to check up. Was told kitchen was closed nothing they could do ( kitchen was open for another hour and half on Google) guy on the phone told me to eat the chicken instead. After telling him I don't eat chicken I asked what's the solution. Told me there is none we don't refund and the owners don't speak English so there is no point as I nothing would be done.

62 Main Street, Bangor BT20 5AG Northern IrelandOrder took over an hour to be delivered when it came it was cold (I was able to see that the delivery driver had been sat in a car park for over 10 mins) I asked him to take the food back and it be remade as it was ice cold! Wont be ordering from here again, tried to contact subway Main Street and their telephone number was not recognised, extremely unprofessional!
