Scam. Tried to get us to pay twice. Cancelled the Just eat order. Avoid.

That is the best on Northern Ireland

Place has a very unfair reputation. Total gentleman and proper hand made pizza is amazing.. And the home made Egyptian desert... Think wat ya like... Dnt judge till ya give em a try.. Oh and banoffee pie its banging!

A friend and I ordered food from fone a kebab/ taste of italy tonight. We had been told from a few friends that it was disgusting and arguably the worst place to eat in Bangor so we weren't expecting much but the service we received was appalling. Upon arrival we thought we were at the back of it because there was no counter just french doors into an open kitchen, where there was an old rag laying on the floor. We ordered a 10 inch pizza and a chip with a ketchup "dip." I quote dip because what we received was a chip smothered in ketchup. When I brought this up to the cook he said "that's not what you said" even though I requested a dip, and then made me pay £3.25 for a portion you could hold in one hand. When recieving our food we were astounded by the smell of the margarita pizza. It was topped with some weird, smelly spicy breadcrumb coating and garlic. It was so disgusting I ripped off the crusts to eat on their own which was barely edible because the taste was dreadful, and my friend tried to feed the rest to his dog but even she wouldn't eat it so it went to waste. The chips tasted like they had been triple cooked in lard! The oil literally oozed out of it when you squeezed it. Even for late-night food I will NEVER be back to fone a kebab/ taste of Italy. Absolutely APALLING.

Ordered at 645 at 845 it eventually arrived. Like other reviews they are total scammers .. Said just eat were going to refund us and we need to pay again (with card machine). Told him we wouldn't be paying twice. Wouldn't leave the food until we paid again. Proceeded to keep phoning from outside the house and banging on the door. Took food with them

Stupidly I never read any of the reviews and my wallet is suffering today. Ordered through Just Eat to be told on the app it had arrived when it had been cancelled by the owner. Was told I'd get 50% off as their computer was down but this seems to be the same nonsense everyone else has faced. Rubbish service, money not refunded, no food and never ever again will I order from this dump

Was sick for a week with food poisoning after ordering out from Fone a Kebab!

Me and my friend ordered our kebabs man on the phone didn’t tell us how much it would be or how long we order it at 1am it’s now 2:05am it was supposed to be 30/45 minutes,21£ for two kebabs and it still hasn’t came discussed,looking at these reviews and regretting ordering wondering if we open the door or not this place need shut down now!!

Stay well clear trust me owner will rip you off

Horrendous! I ordered from just eat, but the order was cancelled as soon as the driver arrived - presumably to prevent people from leaving negative reviews on just eat. The single most dodgy food I have ever sampled in my life. Now in the bin.

Ordered food, on just eat absolute disgrace order was cancelled when the driver got to the door and then proceeded to ask for more money at the door with his card machine I told him I was ringing police to be told go ahead i dont care walked off nd took the food with him tht had been paid for through just eat i Ordered at 12am order arrived at 2am, the driver couldn't get away from the door fast enough! I got his number plate off car JustEat needs to get this company fired absolute disgrace make sure to read the reviews before order!!! Totally shocked how this establishment is still in business. Not to mention the £6 delivery fee. £31.50 order straight into the bin!! Please please don't order from here not to mention I rang them 24 times!! cause the order was so late

Great pizzas, lovely service! Will definitely be ordering again! There was some confusion with the order due to two different pizzas being ordered under the same deal, but I have noticed the same problem with other takeaways, so it wasn't an issue. The confusion got sorted swiftly and we also got an extra pizza (my other half was loving it!)

Ordered food never arrived called restaurant and no answer not to mention the prices are a joke

My partner ordered a kebab, spent over £20 for the delivery driver to then ask for more money at the door. She said the just eat system was down so he wouldn't be charged, he stupidly handed £10 over to her. After checking his bank, the money was took out. Absolute scammers all of them! Have now seen all the other reviews and we aren't the 1st they've done it to! Avoid at all costs, place needs shut down!

Ordered food an hour ago and never came, phoned them to cancel the order but they never picked up. Designed to rob you DONT ORDER

Took my money and never delivered. Worst in bangor

The owner John calls and asks why you have used just eat, despite the fact he pays to advertise his shop on it. He then charges you twice and his food is terrible. Everyone in bangor knows his shop is terrible and their food health and safety is horrendous. Do not order from this establishment.

I used Bangor Eats to order my pizza. They did give me the wrong pizza first. But I'm giving them 5 stars because they were very polite and helpful on the phone and corrected their mistake. And when the correct pizza arrived it was so delicious!

Been whined at before about ordering on just eat. Once again I did and my order was cancelled and they phoned me demanding payment at the door. Told them to feck off...m absolute joke. Scammers!!!!

Ordered at 11pm order arrived at 1.35am, order was absolutely stone cold, the driver couldn't get away from the door fast enough! Not only was the order cold it was not what we ordered, half the order was missing! The salad for the kebabs arrived in sandwiche bags, warm, wet and soggy! The chips were stale and hard. Never ever experienced such poor quality food and service through JustEat, its been a learning curve to read the reviews before order!!! Totally shocked how this establishment is still in business. Not to mention the £6 delivery fee. £29 order straight into the bin!! Please please don't order from here....

The last two times I ordered from this business, they took over 2 hours to arrive and the food was cold and inedible. If you don't believe me, check their Just Eat reviews.
