Lovely food and nice and quiet at lunchtime too.

Nicely decorated. Tasty drinks. Hubby had an old fashioned and I had a Russian mule. Great date night. Quiet enough to hear each other and not too busy. We went on a Friday evening.

Really nice fish & chips, enjoyed them.

We used to be regulars here for a long time but due to work commitments and few other things we have been busy. Absolutely superb Food as always, I had Bacon Egg & Tomato sandwich, Everything was excellent from the gorgeous bread Roll , superb thick amazing quality Bacon, atmosphere is always very happy and good vibe, great service from all staff as always, polite friendly. This is a gem of a place. Excellent business. If I could give more than 5* I would. Thank you guys.

Didn't visit but was cutting the grass at the side of the pub. Under new ownership just need people to go in.

Stopped by for one and wished I had more time and no car. Great authentic British pub with lovely staff in a super friendly environment. They also had a wide range of local/craft beers. And if you like dogs , there was plenty there too. Banging Boozer.

this is the best peri peri chicken kebab i have ever had. highly recommend. very reasonably priced. cooked perfectly and not long for wait time. will be returning.

Went there for the first time. The food was excellent. There are set menus and the normal full menu. Everything looked amazing, so we ordered a lot and took some home with us. The service was excellent, and the staff was very polite and courteous. I would recommend it without any hesitation.

We visited here and took friends for lunch, the main server we had she was friendly, bubbly and chatty, however the second one who brought our food was miserable and gave the impression she didn't want to be there. (This is the main reason we scored lower than we would of) The food choice is good, we had the creamy garlic mushrooms, the prawn cocktail and the tomato soup which were all nice and the ones which should be hot, were. For the mains we had the Sunday roast, one asking for extra meat at 2.50 and got a small slice, not impressed, and we had the cauliflower cheese extra and it was mainly stalks not florets so not impressed and also the food wasn't as hot as would of liked. The place was clean and the service was quick, but we were not completely satisfied. Not sure if we would go again.

Visited Easter Saturday for lunch. We took family that we haven’t taken before and they also loved it! Food was superb as ever, portion sizes were bigger I’m sure as we couldn’t finish our dishes! The food here is amazing always! The Gambas Pil Pil apparently are stunning! I had tagliatelle beef stroganoff off the specials board, partner had half half calzone / pizza… brought 1/3rd home 👍👌👍
