I was looking forward to my free coffee from BB's earned from reward points. "Sorry can't give you it - you have the required 7 stamps but the points are split over two cards". You really have to laugh at the silliness of it all, but we'll be taking our coffee addiction to 200 Degrees Coffee in future.

I placed an online order for breakfast. The delivery took 2 hrs, over an hour longer than estimated time. Food was cold and to top it all there was mould on the bread (see picture). Disgraceful. Keep away. Only gave it 1 star because you can't give negative

Tried the Jolly Fryers on my last visit to Castleford. Everything was fried fresh, the fish was large and good quality, the portion of chips was large and well prepared. The cost was £5.75 which is good value. The service was welcoming and friendly.

It’s disgusting - we sat outside, tables not cleared and used serviettes and used sugar packets, bills littering the floor because they have not been collected from the tables after the clients have left. All other areas of the centre have no rubbish apart from what’s blown over from Costa. Not blaming the staff as they are rushed off their feet

Absolutely shocking for young kids as they have no high chairs. Took them 10 mins to notice me waiting at the entrance and once they seated me it took them a further 5 mins to give me a menu. I asked for a table water with my meal but didnt come until i asked again and I had to ask specially for a napkin, and even then I only just got 1! Onion Baji was bizarrely watery but came with a nice sauce. Chicken Jarfrezi was anonymous, no heat and barely any taste. Rice was clumpy and the garlic naan had copious amounts of butter on it, so much so that when i teared into it, the garlic butter pooled in the basket. £20.20 in total and NO CARD ACCEPTED. Also bring your own alcohol if you drink Yusufs Spice Lounge opposite bus station is a 5 min walk away and MUCH MUCH nicer! Avoid this place

Paid £27 for a breakfast and 2 sandwiches & large latte The egg was snotty, hash browns were slushy and very greasy thick toast with enough butter to coat half so asked for extra butter so I could butter it all and had to pay 30p. Table was dirty and had to ask 3 times to have it cleaned..won’t go there again as The food was lukewarm..left the food as I didn’t want salmonella or food poisoning.even other people at the other tables were disgusted that I was charged for enough butter for the toast….Stay clear if you don’t want ripping off To clarify the sandwiches were bacon and mushroom.and no menus on the table to inform people it’s 30p extra so you can butter 1 slice of toast.

Decided to go here for lunch with my Aunt. It was extremely busy but service was on point! I am disabled and when we entered, there was limited seating available. The waitress noticed how uncomfortable i was and when a couple left, offered us to move to a comfier and more accessible table. Even though how busy it was, the waitress Liz was extremely aminable and very friendly. The food was delicious and prices very reasonable. It has beautiful decor and calming views of the water. Great atmosphere, extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you
